高职院校在教学、科研、党政管理和其他各项活动中直接形成的、具有保存价值的文字、图表、声像等不同载体的文件材料，均属高职院校档案。高职院校档案工作是办好学校的重要基础工作之一，也是衡量学校教育质量和管理水平的一个重要标志，档案工作应是学校评估的重要内容之一。档案的开发利用是学校档案工作的活力所在，是档案工作的生命线。新形势下档案工作的最终目标是实现档案利用的社会化，应如何实现高职院校档案利用的社会化？笔者认为应该从如下几方面着手。 相似文献
