依据我国教师资格制度的有关规定，非师范教育类专业学历人员申请教师资格必需取得教育学、心理学课程的合格证书。为非师范教育类人员补修教育学、心理学课程，通过考试获得合格证书的教师资格认证培训应运而生。教师资格培训的专业性认可直接与教师资格证书的颁发挂钩，保障了教师资格认定的专业水准。本文拟从理论层面探讨教师资格认证培训产生的背景、法律依据、理论依据及其性质定位；分析实施教师资格认证培训对规范教师资格准入务件、提升教师个体专业素质、促进教师专业化发展的重要意义。 相似文献

教师资格证制度是国家法定的职业准入制度,与教师整体素质和水平密切相关。我国现行的教师资格证制度存在门槛过低、不能科学评估教师所应具备专业知识和能力、实习制度不科学、有效期为终身等问题。建议提高教师资格＂门槛＂、改革教师资格考试制度,重视教师综合素质和专业素质的要求,逐步实行规范的教育实习制度,探索完善教师资格定期认证制度,建立合格的教育资格认定机构。 相似文献

当前,完善教师资格制度被认为是促进教师专业化发展、加强管理、提高职业学校教师整体素质的必要条件。但现行教师资格制度内容要求不够全面,执行过程缺乏可操作性,不能满足职业教育特殊需要。为此,一些学者提出建议应该提出理论和实践并重的资格要求,实行多层次、多渠道的认证方式,对认证过程进行规范化管理。从国际经验来看,高标准的认证要求、理论和实践相结合的认证内容和灵活规范的认证过程是发达国家职教教师资格认证的重要内容。所以对教师资格制度的内容、方式、过程的深入研究成为职教师资发展的必然要求。 相似文献
