在线评论对消费者购物选择具有重要的影响,但日益增加的海量信息导致了信息过载等问题。因此,判断和识别评论信息的有用性具有重要的研究意义。本文采用文本挖掘和统计分析方法,从评论信息特征和评论者信息两个角度,对在线评论获得有用投票数的影响因素进行了分析,并通过亚马逊商城的用户评论样本,具体研究了各因素的影响作用。研究发现:评论评分对在线评论的有用投票数具有负向影响,而评论信息丰富性和历史评论有用性评价对其具有正向影响。  相似文献

[目的/意义]社会化问答社区的投票机制有利于信息消费者筛选高质量回答。本文以用户原创回答为研究对象,探讨影响知识分享用户感知有用性的影响因素。[方法/过程]以信息接受模型为基础,基于知乎社区71 495条回答,结合文本分析与负二项回归分析方法,从回答特征、回答质量和回答者特征3个方面探讨知识分享有用性的影响因素。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,回答特征(及时性、图片或引用)、回答质量(答案中心度、情感支持)、回答者特征(社会网络中心度、可信度)均对回答有用性投票具有正向影响。回答的语言多样性对回答有用性投票具有负向影响。本研究通过实证进行客观分析,有利于促进回答者贡献高质量回答并对社会化问答社区进行高质量的信息服务提供可行性建议。  相似文献

[目的/意义]探究高校图书馆微信公众号用户消极使用行为的影响因素,为改进服务质量、优化使用体验和提升用户活跃度等提供有价值的意见和建议。[方法/过程]借鉴信息过载、信息系统成功模型及媒介系统依赖理论的相关研究成果,构建图书馆微信公众平台用户消极使用行为模型,并通过问卷调查和结构方程模型进行验证。[结果/结论]信息过载正向影响用户不满意度,信息质量、服务质量及依赖均负向影响用户不满意度,不满意度正向影响用户的忽略和取关行为,依赖负向影响用户的忽略行为和取关行为;不满意度对忽略行为影响程度大于取关行为,而依赖对取关行为的影响程度大于忽略行为。  相似文献

【目的/意义】针对现有用户在线健康信息搜寻行为的实证研究中存在的结果不一致现象,对该领域相关 研究进行梳理验证,旨在明确影响用户在线健康信息搜寻行为的真正因素以及关键调节变量,揭示用户在线健康 信息搜寻行为产生的直接原因,为完善用户在线健康信息搜寻行为理论体系及相关领域的后续研究提供借鉴。【方 法/过程】选取 25篇符合标准的中外文献进行元分析,探究影响因素及其影响程度,从国内外研究情境、用户的社 会属性与健康状况三个维度探讨影响因素与在线健康信息搜寻行为间的调节效应。【结果/结论】结果表明,10个因 素对用户在线健康信息搜寻行为有显著正向影响,其中信息质量的影响强度最高,感知风险、信任、自我效能及感 知有用性对在线健康信息搜寻行为的影响强度较弱,同时验证了国内外研究情境、用户的社会属性与健康状况对 在线健康信息搜寻行为具有调节作用。【创新/局限】本文采用元分析方法,通过对前人研究结果的再分析,得到更 加精准的研究结论,是对在线健康信息搜寻领域现有研究的有力补充。但对元分析方法的应用还较为单一,未涉 及各影响因素间的关系,有待后续进一步研究。  相似文献

Whether to deal with issues related to information ranking (e.g. search engines) or content recommendation (on social networks, for instance), algorithms are at the core of processes that select which information is made visible. Such algorithmic choices have a strong impact on users’ activity de facto, and therefore on their access to information. This raises the question of how to measure the quality of the choices algorithms make and their impact on users. As a first step in that direction, this paper presents a framework with which to analyze the diversity of information accessed by users in the context of musical content.The approach adopted centers on the representation of user activity through a tripartite graph that maps users to products and products to categories. In turn, conducting random walks in this structure makes it possible to analyze how categories catch users’ attention and how this attention is distributed. Building upon this distribution, we propose a new index referred to as the (calibrated) herfindahl diversity, which is aimed at quantifying the extent to which this distribution is diverse and representative of existing categories.To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first to connect the output of random walks on graphs with diversity indexes. We demonstrate the benefit of such an approach by applying our index to two datasets that record user activity on online platforms involving musical content. The results are threefold. First, we show that our index can discriminate between different user behaviors. Second, we shed some light on a saturation phenomenon in the diversity of users’ attention. Finally, we show that the lack of diversity observed in the datasets derives from exogenous factors related to the heterogeneous popularity of music styles, as opposed to internal factors such as recurrent user behaviors.  相似文献

Although information systems (IS) success has been given much attention in IS literature, failure has received lesser attention. This study empirically validates a model of digital service failure for consumers by integrating three dimensions from Tan’s failure model and one dimension from DeLone and Mclean’s Information Success model. The factors have been mapped to Expectation Disconfirmation Theory (EDT). Experiential survey approach has been used to collect primary data from information systems users who have experienced digital service failure. Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used for model testing and validation to measure the impact of information, system, functional and service failure of digital service on end users. The findings suggests that information, functional, system and service failure has an impact on the consumers through the outcome, process, cost and user satisfaction of digital services.  相似文献

针对现有因子分析及相关分析两种方法在指标筛选与赋权方面有待完善之处,提出一种基于信息贡献率的评价指标筛选与赋权方法。该方法首先利用因子方差贡献率和因子载荷构建评价指标的信息贡献率,以此反映该指标解释原始指标集全部信息的比例,然后在现有相关分析法中引入病态指数测度指标集的信息重叠水平,进而实现评价指标的系统筛选与赋权。本研究认为评价指标的信息贡献率越大,其解释原始指标集信息的比例越大,因此该指标越应予以保留,其权重亦应越大。此外,研究亦发现因子分析法易误删信息解释能力强的指标,相关分析法筛选指标易不充分,而本文方法解决了这些问题。  相似文献

Recommender Systems are currently highly relevant for helping users deal with the information overload they suffer from the large volume of data on the web, and automatically suggest the most appropriate items that meet users needs. However, in cases in which a user is new to Recommender System, the system cannot recommend items that are relevant to her/him because of lack of previous information about the user and/or the user-item rating history that helps to determine the users preferences. This problem is known as cold-start, which remains open because it does not have a final solution. Social networks have been employed as a good source of information to determine users preferences to mitigate the cold-start problem. This paper presents the results of a Systematic Literature Review on Collaborative Filtering-based Recommender System that uses social network data to mitigate the cold-start problem. This Systematic Literature Review compiled the papers published between 2011–2017, to select the most recent studies in the area. Each selected paper was evaluated and classified according to the depth which social networks used to mitigate the cold-start problem. The final results show that there are several publications that use the information of the social networks within the Recommender System; however, few research papers currently use this data to mitigate the cold-start problem.  相似文献

Search engine optimization allows for users’ needs to be directly met by result snippets or a “knowledge map” without clicking any results. This behavior is called “good abandonment” and is found to frequently occur during mobile searching. Users exhibit such a behavior when they trust the result that addresses their information need without bothering to click it. Therefore, this study examines how users judge a result's credibility without clicking. This study proposes a model for assessing the credibility of good abandonment results, making a hypothesis about the measures that may affect credibility assessments in mobile searches. A credibility assessment experiment was conducted to collect users’ eye movements, perceived credibility and feedback on different credibility measures. Users’ search behaviors were recorded by a screen recorder, in order to see whether a search was good abandonment. Then the initially proposed model was validated in terms of users’ perceived credibility, search behaviors and feedback, and further improved. The revised model found that the credibility assessment of good abandonment results in mobile searching is determined by six credibility measures distributed across three aspects of content, operator and design. Content-related measures show that users tend to believe the results if there is detailed and updated context information and the content is neutral. Operator-related measures indicate the impact of trust in the search engine on the credibility assessment. Design-related measures indicate that users tend to trust results with interactive functions and optimal layouts. How each of the six measures influence users’ assessment of credibility is discussed in this paper.  相似文献

在国外若干数字图书馆技术接受模型的基础上,针对如何促使投入巨大成本建成的信息资源被用户有效使用的问题,研究了公共图书馆网站用户技术接受行为的影响因素,构建了图书馆网站用户技术接受概念模型,并以南京理工大学图书馆网站为例进行了实证研究,最后采用结构方程分析方法对概念模型中结构变量间的关系假设进行了验证。结果表明,模型中提出的多数变量都对用户积极使用图书馆网站意图具有直接或间接的显著影响,这对于公共图书馆促进用户有效使用网站具有重要意义。  相似文献

This paper discusses the role of user-centred evaluations as an essential method for researching interactive information retrieval. It draws mainly on the work carried out during the Clarity Project where different user-centred evaluations were run during the lifecycle of a cross-language information retrieval system. The iterative testing was not only instrumental to the development of a usable system, but it enhanced our knowledge of the potential, impact, and actual use of cross-language information retrieval technology. Indeed the role of the user evaluation was dual: by testing a specific prototype it was possible to gain a micro-view and assess the effectiveness of each component of the complex system; by cumulating the result of all the evaluations (in total 43 people were involved) it was possible to build a macro-view of how cross-language retrieval would impact on users and their tasks. By showing the richness of results that can be acquired, this paper aims at stimulating researchers into considering user-centred evaluations as a flexible, adaptable and comprehensive technique for investigating non-traditional information access systems.  相似文献

Socially similar social media users can be defined as users whose frequently visited locations in their social media histories are similar. Discovering socially similar social media users is important for several applications, such as, community detection, friendship analysis, location recommendation, urban planning, and anomaly user and behavior detection. Discovering socially similar users is challenging due to dataset size and dimensions, spam behaviors of social media users, spatial and temporal aspects of social media datasets, and location sparseness in social media datasets. In the literature, several studies are conducted to discover similar social media users out of social media datasets using spatial and temporal information. However, most of these studies rely on trajectory pattern mining methods or take into account semantic information of social media datasets. Limited number of studies focus on discovering similar users based on their social media location histories. In this study, to discover socially similar users, frequently visited or socially important locations of social media users are taken into account instead of all locations that users visited. A new interest measure, which is based on Levenshtein distance, was proposed to quantify user similarity based on their socially important locations and two algorithms were developed using the proposed method and interest measure. The algorithms were experimentally evaluated on a real-life Twitter dataset. The results show that the proposed algorithms could successfully discover similar social media users based on their socially important locations.  相似文献

本文以创新型企业中63家上市公司为样本,实证检验了技术资本对创新型企业价值的提升作用,进而通过夏普利值分解法探讨关键驱动因素对创新型企业价值差异的贡献。结果表明,技术资本对创新型企业价值的贡献大于物质、人力资本与行业特征等因素,是创新型企业价值创造的核心动力。行业竞争和人力资本在扩大创新型企业价值差异过程中作用相对较大,并显示出对技术资本价值驱动作用的互补性。本文丰富了技术资本和企业价值的相关文献,为创新型企业的技术、人力和行业联动机制建设提供了直接的经验证据。  相似文献

随着互联网的迅速发展,消费者购物决策越来越依赖于在线评论。从信息接受模型对信息有用性影响出发,构建在线评论有用性投票增量的时间窗,建立在线评论有用性影响因素模型,研究在线评论内容和评论者对在线评论有用性的影响。基于TripAdvisor.com的4 258条酒店评论数据,运用负二项回归进行实证分析。研究发现评论内容长度、评论极端性、评论有用性投票数、评论者认可度和个人信息披露对在线评论有用性具有显著正影响,这对在线零售商和消费者具有重要的启发和建议。  相似文献

【目的/意义】信息共享和信息搜寻是用户参与在线健康社区的主要方式,在参与过程中,用户往往会出于 不同目的同步实施信息共享和信息搜寻的复合信息行为,探讨影响用户同步实施两种行为的因素,有助于帮助在 线健康社区精准把握用户需求,进一步优化提升服务策略。【方法/过程】通过结合自我决定理论和TAM模型,构建 在线健康社区用户信息共享与搜寻行为意愿影响因素模型。通过发放问卷收集数据并运用结构方程模型对研究 假设进行验证。【结果/结论】研究结果表明健康焦虑对信息搜寻意愿有显著影响,情感需要对信息共享意愿有显著 影响。此外,用户信息共享意愿对信息共享和搜寻行为均有正向影响,而用户的信息搜寻意愿仅显著影响搜寻行 为。【创新/局限】丰富了在线健康社区用户信息行为研究领域的理论框架,为在线健康社区用户行为研究提供了新 的视角。未来的相关研究将会针对某一特定社区用户进行更深层次的探讨。   相似文献

基于中国2013-2018年的省级面板数据,构建模型讨论了区域创新网络、高技术企业技术流动对区域创新能力的作用机制,进一步分析了不同创新网络水平地区,高技术企业技术流动对区域创新发展的作用力,利用门槛回归探究了随着区域网络水平的演进,技术市场中高技术企业技术输出和吸纳的变化态势。实证结果表明:(1)区域创新网络、高技术企业技术输出和技术吸纳均有助于区域创新能力的提升,但作用机制和强度不同;(2)相对创新网络欠发达地区,在创新网络发达地区的高技术企业的技术创新具有正向的自我强化机制,但创新网络的作用力稍弱;(3)无论创新网络发达/欠发达地区,高技术企业技术吸纳对区域创新能力的促进作用均大于技术输出;(4)随着创新网络水平的提升,高技术企业技术流动对区域创新能力的影响作用逐渐减弱。  相似文献

[目的/意义]学术社交网络是开展知识交流与学术合作的重要平台,对iSchool成员用户的研究有助于图情学科研究人员合理利用学术社交网络。[方法/过程]本文以ResearchGate (RG)为例,采集61所iSchool成员机构的用户行为数据,依据被关注—关注比例指标进行用户细分,并从地区与层级角度对用户结构及利用差异进行比较分析。[结果/结论]地区角度,北美机构拥有较多明星型用户且注重展现与互动,亚太机构用户则更倾向于搜寻信息;层级角度,iCaucus机构用户更偏好学术资源分享,低层级机构用户跟踪获取学术资源的需求则更普遍。此外,iSchool成员机构能被RG指标进行良好的层级区分,学术影响力和层级领先的机构表现出更大的学术影响,因此应进一步合理拓展对学术社交网络的利用。  相似文献

选用2008-2014年沪深两市非金融行业的上市公司作为样本,本文研究了高管团队的职业背景对研发支出的自愿性披露的影响。研究发现:有研发职业背景的高管团队更可能在年报中披露公司的研发支出。在控制了公司创新强度、高管团队的其他特征(年龄、学历、性别),采用高技术行业样本,利用董监高研发职业背景比例,进行PSM配对等一系列稳健性检验后,上述结论依然成立。进一步区分高管类型发现,有研发职业背景的CEO、董事长和有学术研究背景的CEO对公司披露研发支出的可能性有显著正向影响,而CFO的职业背景对公司研发披露决策没有明显影响。本文将职业背景这一重要高管特征引入企业研发披露的研究领域,丰富了“高层梯队理论”与研发活动的会计信息披露的相关研究。  相似文献
