本文首先论述了竞争情报在企业并购决策中的作用,将研究集中在三个阶段和两个问题上,即企业并购的准备阶段、目标企业搜寻与选择阶段、目标企业的审查与评估阶段,以及CI需要为企业并购决策搜集哪些信息,且如何对到手的信息进行加工,并描绘出企业并购活动场关系图。然后分别从企业并购的准备、目标企业搜寻与选择、目标企业审查与评估三个部分探讨了竞争情报的实施方法,从宏观和微观两个角度切人相关的研究层次,通过战略因素、市场因素、财务因素、技术因素和管理因素五个方面进行定性分析,并采用模糊综合评价法作为定量研究方法和工具。最后就竞争情报在企业并购活动中的应用提出展望。  相似文献

研究范式是数字化语境下信息科学基础理论研究的重要内容。信息科学是具有多元研究范式的常规科学,不同研究范式之间彼此关联,有可比性。本文在文献调研的基础上论述信息科学三种典型研究范式的基本观点和最新进展。系统/物理范式与信息论和技术传统关系密切,忽视信息用户和理论基础的适用性问题已成为该范式受到争议之所在。认知范式作为系统/物理范式的替代性范式而兴起,其科学共同体的发展趋于成熟。针对认知范式中社会维度的缺失,整体主义认知观等理论模型的提出使认知范式更加完善。领域分析范式重视认识论方法,强调社会文化情景的重要性,提倡从知识领域和话语社群角度开展研究。指出应从元理论层次比较信息科学各研究范式的基本理论假设与预设立场,构建从不同视角阐述社会信息现象的多元研究范式结构框架。  相似文献

Although the impact of time pressure on integrative problem solving has been widely explored in traditional negotiation research, little attention has been paid to its effect as organizational newcomers negotiate and coordinate work role expectations with supervisors. This study examines the effect of time pressure on three integrative communication dimensions of supervisory role negotiations: directness, elaboration, and mutual concessions. One hundred seventy employed college undergraduates completed survey items pertaining to recalled supervisory discussions of role expectations. Consistent with the hypotheses, time pressure had a significant positive effect on each of the communicative dimensions of the recalled negotiation.  相似文献

With the proliferation of the Internet and World Wide Web applications, people are increasingly interacting with government to citizen (G2C) eGovernment systems. It is therefore important to measure the success of G2C eGovernment systems from the citizen's perspective. While general information systems (IS) success models have received much attention from researchers, few studies have been conducted to assess the success of eGovernment systems. The extent to which traditional IS success models can be extended to investigating eGovernment systems success remains unclear. This study provides the first empirical test of an adaptation of DeLone and McLean's IS success model in the context of G2C eGovernment. The model consists of six dimensions: information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and perceived net benefit. Structural equation modeling techniques are applied to data collected by questionnaire from 119 users of G2C eGovernment systems in Taiwan. Except for the link from system quality to use, the hypothesized relationships between the six success variables are significantly or marginally supported by the data. The findings provide several important implications for eGovernment research and practice. This paper concludes by discussing limitations of the study which should be addressed in future research.  相似文献

[目的/意义]公共文化服务质量评价是公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容,从以用户为中心的视角构建公共文化服务质量的评价模型,是对从机构视角展开的服务效能评价研究的补充。[方法/过程]以服务质量评价模型、PSQ模型和LibQUAL+TM为基础,构建以用户为中心视角的公共文化服务质量评价模型,采用验证性因子分析和路径分析,检验量表的信度和结构效度。[结果/结论]用户对公共文化服务质量的评价由公共文化服务的有形性、透明度、关联性和适合性4个维度构成,且用户对这4个维度的感知水平对其满意度水平存在显著的正面影响,评价模型具有较好的信度、效度和拟合优度,可为后续研究和具体实践提供参考。  相似文献

LibQUAL+® is an instrument purported to measure three dimensions of library service quality: service affect, library as a place, and information control. After changes were made to the instrument in 2003, however, no confirmatory factor analyses have been published in peer-reviewed journals affirming the three-factor structure of LibQUAL+®. These deficiencies were addressed by testing the hypothesized three-factor structure and the stability of that structure over time. Specifically, data from three samples (n = 550; n = 3261; n = 2103) were collected over a five-year period and analyzed using a multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. Results suggest that the theoretical model fit the data across the three samples and demonstrates factorial invariance over time. Multicollinearity between affect of service and information control, however, indicate that service quality may be measured as two dimensions rather than three, providing a more parsimonious explanation of service quality.  相似文献

图书档案数字化融合服务是在资源整合和网络技术的基础支撑下,以保障用户的无缝获取和知识参考为目标的新一代网络服务模式。从用户感知服务质量理论的视角提出了资源获取、资源整合、技术平台和知识参考4个维度,并在文献研究与专家咨询的基础上对4个维度及包含的20个要素进行系统论证。为使定性思辨得到定量验证,运用统计分析法从鉴别度、可靠性、有效性和拟合度方面对模型进行验证,结果表明模型可以有效适用于图书档案的数字化融合服务评价,为数字化融合服务发展和融合实践的测评诊断提供有益参考。  相似文献

The LibQUAL+ instrument serves as an indicator of user satisfaction. While offering clear insights into user satisfaction levels, it lacks interpretability when seeking to judge overall library success. This study aims at adopting LibQUAL+ as a measurement tool to predict library users' intention to patronize the library more in future. A theoretical model is presented to measure the relationships among the three LibQUAL+ service dimensions and the overall library user satisfaction. We estimate the effects of the three service dimensions on two indicators of students' attitudes and beliefs (Overall Satisfaction and Perceived Academic Success) and, in turn, the effects of those two variables on students' anticipated library use. We tested the research model using structural equation modeling. Our study results reveal that the three dimensions, Library as Place, Affect of Service and Information Control have considerably different impact on Satisfaction and Perceived Academic Success. Similarly, the two mediating variables, Satisfaction and Perceived Academic Success, have different impact on the Intention to Use [the] Library More in future. Our work is meant to explain how an effective and widely used measurement tool can become more effective and informative through SEM analysis and to provide a broader model to predicting library success.  相似文献

以IS持续使用模型为主要理论基础,结合政府门户网站服务质量方面的研究,将服务质量引入模型。将政府门户网站用户分为基本信息用户、信息交流用户和事务处理用户三类,采用结构方程模型方法对影响这三类用户持续使用意向的因素进行比较分析。结果表明,三类用户模型路径系数及其显著性均存在差异。综合考察服务质量维度对持续使用意向的间接影响总和,信息质量、设计与功能、可靠性分别对三类用户的持续使用意向产生最大的正向影响。  相似文献

Information system success has been widely discussed in the past two decades. As systems and technologies are being improved and developed, discussions on their effectiveness and evaluation on their success have been continuously debated by researchers, scholars and practitioners throughout the years. Besides the major concern of IS effectiveness, factors influencing IS effectiveness are also important. One of these factors is the organizational factor. Using perceptual measures, this study aims to investigate the influence of organizational factors on MIS success. Survey questionnaires were gathered from 132 Extension Managers from Iran's Agricultural Extension Providers. Seven items were identified to influence MIS success. They are IS department structure, top management support, management style, managerial IT knowledge, goal alignment, resources allocation and IS infrastructure. The study also identified five MIS success dimensions; systems quality, information quality, perceived Ease of use, organizational impact and individual impact. The study found that the MIS success variables are significantly and highly correlated. The study also found all the organizational factors are significantly correlated to the five IS success factors investigated; the system quality, information quality, perceived ease of use, organizational impact and individual impact. Multiple regression analyses also found goal alignment as the highest predictor of IS success, followed by IS department structure, IS infrastructure and management style.  相似文献
