中学数学教学中较为赏见的一个现象是:许多学生上课“一听就懂”,课下“一做就错”。很显然这种“懂”是“假懂”。造成“假懂”现象的原因是多方面的,很重要的一点是教学中没有将数学知识的由“学术形态”转化为“教育形态”,使教学切实符合学生的认知特点和规律,实现学生学习的自主建构。实际教学中如何实现数学知识由“学术形态”向“教育形态”的转化呢?下面以笔者教学实践中的具体课例做一说明。 相似文献

在“一带一路”政策持续深入推进和高等教育国际化进程加快的当前,随着来华留学生生人数的急剧增长,“留学生的教育管理质量”已成为高校与社会关注的焦点。当前,多数高校在留学生教育管理工作的理念认知、工作队伍建设、育人体系建设以及学生自我教育管理等方面仍存在不足。笔者认为,应在尊重中外文化差异的基础上开展“同中有异”的“趋同化”教育管理,提高育人质量,加快实现我国留学生教育的可持续、“内涵式”发展。 相似文献

“双导师制”打破了教育硕士研究生以理论知识为主、忽略教学实践的培养局限,强调理论知识与教学实践的有机结合,对教育硕士研究生培养质量的提高具有重要的促进作用。目前,“双导师制”存在教育硕士实践课程与中小学课程融合不足,中小学导师队伍素质参差不齐、变动性大,校内外双导师缺乏有效交流与协作,“双导师制”执行措施和反馈整改力度不够等问题。在分析问题的基础上,结合教育硕士研究生培养的实践探索,提出了“精心设置课程,将实践课程贯穿培养全过程;稳定导师队伍,有效提升中小学导师队伍素质;加强交流沟通,构建‘U-G-I-S’协同培养机制;创新实践教学,增强教育硕士研究生实践效果;强化教育管理,加强‘双导师制’实施监控力度”等建议。 相似文献

This article argues that although there are increasing similarities in priorities across different national education systems, contextual differences raise questions about the replication of sets of change strategies based on particular understandings of the nature of educational change across these different systems. This article begins with an overview of some of the dominant constructions of the management of change in the literature, particularly from Western economically developed democracies. It then outlines the Pakistani educational system to highlight some of the issues raised by the application of these change policies and models to a developing country. This article draws from a research study which explored the views and experiences of school leaders and teachers with regard to the management of a large-scale reform programme at the higher secondary level in Pakistan. The findings of this study illustrate the way in which there is a dissonance between the culture and practices of a specific national educational system and the assumptions embedded in the sets of reform strategies that have been imported from other systems. This article concludes by exploring how change management processes can be reconceptualised in order to be sensitive to the context of education in a developing country. 相似文献

This article follows an earlier publication highlighting the changing role of special educational needs co‐ordinators (SENCos) in England. SENCos are now required to manage change strategically and deliver inclusive school cultures. School‐based action research undertaken by a teacher studying for the postgraduate National Award for SEN Co‐ordination (NASENCO) is featured in the article; a strategic review of resource allocation increased the availability and quality of interventions for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The commentary which frames the study acknowledges that many SENCos are not yet members of a senior school management team (SMT) despite their mandated strategic whole‐school remit. Featuring the process through which one SENCo has strived to enhance SEND provision and develop context‐specific key performance indicators brings official guidance on the SENCo's role in strategic change management into sharp focus, raising questions that should concern both SMTs and non‐SMT SENCos. 相似文献

The questions that dominate the discourse of IT in education are mostly at the technical or craft levels. Visionary questions relating to the purpose of education and the proper place of technology are not much discussed. This paper seeks to undermine the idea that such questions should be avoided. The context of postmodernist change is described and two contrasting visions of education are discussed. Each vision is a hypothetical but recognisable representation of certain trends in educational thinking. Each vision has appeal but also severe shortcomings. The paper concludes that unless teachers, learners and communities can articulate their own visions of educational change, new technology could take them into a future that they would never willingly have chosen. 相似文献

This article reviews the learning process and ways in which it can hinder or contribute to intellectual development, the development of critical consciousness (as defined by Paulo Freire), and social change. Interviews with students illustrate that Freire's concepts are applicable to understanding the process students describe as they extrapolate the hidden curriculum, examine the effect on their learning process, and struggle to free themselves from this socialization process.
