针对高职电子信息类专业学生顶岗实习地点分散、顶岗实习评价指标针对性不强的问题,提出顶岗实习评价和实习管理相结合的评价思路,构建了三级评价指标体系。评价主体分为校内指导教师、实习企业的指导人员和实习学生本人,分别给出了企业指导人员和学生自我评价的评价指标、校内指导教师的评价指标,并给出学生顶岗实习成绩计算方法。通过建立评价标准,提高了顶岗实习的质量和有效性。  相似文献

本文根据北京大学在培养汉语国际教育硕士研究生时的一些思考和做法,特别是近两年来采取的新举措,讨论汉语国际教育硕士培养中的三个问题。文章指出,“汉语国际教育”是“对外汉语教学”这个学科内的一个专业;培养汉语国际教育专业硕士生和对外汉语教学硕士研究生时,相同点要大于二者的差异。文章认为,汉语国际教育是一个教育项目,遇到的很多问题都是学术问题,培养者需要增强学术意识;同时,培养单位应根据自身的特点,突出自己的特色。  相似文献

由于对项目课程的内涵存在认识偏差,导致高职项目课程改革存在很多误区,如将项目等同于教学单元,将项目课程等同于技能训练或项目教学法等。消除误区的最好方法是用系统方法进行项目课程的设计,即依据职业领域构建项目课程体系;根据工作任务设计典型工作项目;依据工作逻辑序化项目课程结构,根据知识分析选择项目课程内容,依据职业特点设计学习情境及创设教学活动。  相似文献

This continuous research within Nordic engineering institutions targets the contexts and possibilities for leadership among engineering education program directors. The IFP-model, developed based on analysis of interviews with program leaders in these institutions, visualizes the program director’s informal and formal power. The model is presented as a tool for starting a shared discussion on the complexities of the leadership of engineering program development. The authors liken program development to hunting in teams. Each individual expert in the program is needed, and all experts will need to work and collaborate for the same target. This calls for strategic and long-term thinking of engineering education development. Institutions should support the development of both formal structures as well as informal leadership skills among their program directors, but never fall for the temptation to see the program director as the only actor on the stage.  相似文献

To implement structural hybrid simulation independent of the control system of any testing equipment in civil engineering, an external command control approach is put forward. Several setup technologies and the corresponding API approaches are investigated to simultaneously combine numerical simulation with physical testing. Hybrid program technology is put forward and described in detail, using Visual C++ program to effectively and accurately control testing equipment and MATLAB program to implement numerical simulation with easy extension. The control program of testing equipment and numerical simulation program are integrated by calling MATLAB engine in Visual C++. A hybrid simulation about a full-scale six-story masonry structure is carried out. The testing results manifest that the external command control approach has the versatility because of simple hardware connection and control program independent on control software of testing equipment; powerful program function of Visual C++ and flexible program of MATLAB are integrated by hybrid program technology; hybrid simulation system provides a realistic and cost-effective testing platform that enables earthquake engineer researchers to accurately and efficiently capture the seismic performance of large or complex structures without having to carry out physical testing of the entire structure.  相似文献

The Respect program is a whole school approach to prevent and reduce problem behavior. The purpose of this study was to investigate which conditions in schools helped them to continue the program successfully after the end of the 1-year implementation period. The study also looked at the actual continuation after the program end. Especially, we looked at which strategies and structures promoted change beyond the implementation phase. The project groups at four Norwegian schools implementing the program were interviewed at the end of the implementation period and again 2? years later. The main findings suggest that involvement in the Respect program enables schools to implement change. However, it is challenging for the schools to continue the work afterwards. The one school that successfully continued the work after the program was characterized by strong and supportive leadership, leadership at many levels, they made plans and saw them through, renewed activities and new members of staff were introduced to and included in the work according to the program principles. These elements were more or less lacking at the other three schools, at least after the active program period. A main finding is that a 1-year program period is not long enough for most schools to implement and continue an extensive whole school program like Respect.  相似文献

基于"成果为本"的教育理念,参照加拿大北阿尔伯塔理工学院进行成果为本的教学改革,提出了基于成果为本进行专业设计与课程开发的4个步骤,主要包括:专业规划、教学计划设计、教学大纲设计及教案设计,明确了专业设计和教学实施过程的核心是成果,紧紧围绕成果使专业设计与教学实施过程形成了良性的闭环控制系统,并以开办婴幼儿护理专业为例,给出基于成果为本的专业设置方法.  相似文献

The article presents results of the evaluation of the GLOBE program (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) in the Czech Republic. The evaluation explores the implementation of the program in schools and its impact on research skills. Four hundred and sixty six pupils, aged 13, from 28 different schools participated in the evaluation. The evaluation revealed problems with the implementation of the program in schools. The majority of pupils usually collect data and work with worksheets in the program. The other activities, such as the analysis and comparison of collected data or planning GLOBE activities, are done only occasionally or never. Although one of the main goals of the program is to develop pupils' research skills, the program had no measurable effect on this outcome. According to these results, changes in the way the program is implemented are needed. Recommendations for further program development and evaluation are discussed.  相似文献
