采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测了60例脑卒中患者血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平,结果发现:脑卒中急性期血清sIL-2R水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001),而在其后发生肺部感染的患者显著高于非感染患者,提示脑卒中患者急性期免疫功能低下,sIL-2R在预测脑卒中后肺部感染中有一定的诊断价值。 相似文献

燃煤型氟骨症患者血清钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶的变化 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
目的:了解燃煤型氟骨症患者血清Ca、P和ALP的变化。方法:分别测定99例燃煤型氟骨症患者和61例非病区健康人群血清Ca、P和ALP水平。结果:氟骨症患者血清Ca(2.12±0.24mmol/L)明显低于健康对照组(2.51±0.14mmol/L),血清P(1.24±0.41mmol/L)和ALP(90.22±29.21U/L)明显高于对照组(分别为1.09±0.28mmol/L和73.64±23.93U/L),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在排除其他代谢性骨病的条件下,血清Ca、P和ALP可作为氟骨症辅助诊断的生化指标。 相似文献

探讨内皮素(ET-1)是否参与脑出血血肿周围水肿带的形成。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定39例脑出血患者静脉血浆及颅内血肿液和正常对照组19例的静脉血浆ET-1含量。结果:脑出血患者静脉血浆ET-1含量(123.83±54.84pg/ml)显著高于对照组(30.62±6.21pg/ml),P<0.001;颅内血肿液ET-1含量(221.7 7±96.86pg/ml)显著高于静脉血浆ET-1含量,P<0.001;不同时期血浆ET-1含量(<6h者为144.86±59.82pg/ml、6～72h为128.70±50.16pg/ml、>72h为82.47±31.74pg/ml)及颅内血肿液ET-1含量(<6h者为299.03±63.72pg/ml、6～72h为231.66±53.22pg/ml、>72h为84.01±25.69pg/ml)比较,<6h含量最高,此后呈下降趋势。结论:ET-1在早期即参与了血肿周围水肿带的形成,故力争脑出血手术在超早期(<6h)进行。 相似文献

[目的]通过对免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM),补体(C3、C4),T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8),可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的检测,研究这些免疫指标与NIDDM(非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病)合并肺部感染患者的关系.[方法]采用双抗夹心法测SIL-2R,速率散射比浊法测免疫球蛋白和补体,单克隆法测淋巴细胞亚群等免疫指标.[结果]①糖尿病及其合并感染组SIL-2R显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01).CD4/CD8显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);②合并感染组较正常对照组IgG、IgA、C3、C4显著升高(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05),IgM无显著变化(P<0.05).[结论]NIDDM合并肺部感染可加重糖尿病及机体免疫功能低下,NIDDM合并肺部感染T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8),补体(C3、C4)免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG)可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的检测,可作为糖尿病及其合并感染者的病情变化的客观指标. 相似文献

目的:通过测定女性吸食海洛因患者外周血中T细胞亚群Th1/Th2细胞因子和血清中性激素的变化,从分子水平探讨吸食海洛因对女性免疫功能和性激素的影响。方法:取吸毒组和正常对照组清晨空腹静脉血3mL,应用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定Th1/Th2细胞因子,采用放免法检测血清雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)。结果:吸毒组30例患者Th1细胞因子(IL-2:1.45±0.48μg/L,TNF-β:0.37±0.14μg/L,INF-γ:2.99±0.55μg/L)和Th2细胞因子(IL-4:23.68±11.22μg/L,IL-10:12.11±5.13μg/L)低于32例健康组Th1细胞因子(IL-2:4.09±0.79μg/L,TNF-β:0.91±0.35μg/L,INF-γ:5.69±0.91μg/L)、Th2细胞因子(IL-4:54.24±17.21μg/L,IL-10:22.34±7.26μg/L)水平(P<0.01);吸毒组患者血清雌激素与孕激素水平显著低于健康组(吸毒组E2:38.71±18.18ng/L,P:0.79±0.53μg/L;健康组分别为79.98±34.42ng/L和2.10±0.86μg/L)(P<0.01)。结论:海洛因的摄入可导致青年女性性腺激素水平下降和免疫水平全面下降。 相似文献

天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者抗氧化及颈动脉硬化的影响 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者抗氧化活性以及颈动脉硬化的影响.方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压患者60例,随机分为天麻钩藤饮组(中药组)和非洛地平组(对照组)各30例,治疗6个月,分别检测治疗前后患者血压、血清SOD、MDA以及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的变化.结果:治疗后,2组血压均明显下降,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),天麻钩藤饮组和非洛地平组的SOD活性在治疗前分别为(85.6±11.2)U/mL和(86.3±12,5)U/mL,在治疗后为(98.1±12.8)U/mL和(95.1±13.2)U/mL,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);MDA在治疗前为(6.28±1.65)nmol/L和(6.23±1.58)nmol/L,治疗后为(4.08±1.30)nmol/L和(5.11±1.39)nmol/L,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).天麻钩藤饮组IMT治疗前后分别为(1.16±0.14)mm和(0.75±0.08)mm,比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者具有良好降压作用,并且能增加抗氧化活性,改善高血压患者颈动脉硬化. 相似文献

目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者机体抗氧化能力的变化及其与病情的关系.方法: 门诊乙型肝炎患者共124例和健康者30例,均经放射免疫方法检测后加以确诊.乙型肝炎患者分为三组:乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎病毒恢复组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组.患者组和对照组均经7150型全自动生化分析仪测定血清ALT、AST含量,应用改良TBA微量法测定血清丙二醛(MDA),以黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平的变化.结果: 乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎病毒恢复组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组三组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于乙型肝炎病毒恢复组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于乙型肝炎病毒恢复组(P<0.01);乙型肝炎合并肝癌组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于乙型肝炎病毒复制组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于乙型肝炎病毒复制组(P<0.01).但血清MDA水平与ALT、AST水平(r=0.151),血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平与ALT、AST水平(r=-0.218)均无相关性(P>0.05).结论: 乙型肝炎患者出现明显抗氧化能力的异常.通过血清MDA、SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平的检测,可为乙型肝炎的临床防治及疗效观察提供一定的依据. 相似文献

本文应用放射免疫方法(RIA)研究了甲亢组和甲减组及正常对照组血清β_2微球蛋白含量的变化。结果显示:甲亢组β_2-MG水平显著高于正常对照组与甲减组(P<0.01),而甲减组β_2MG水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),且β_2-MG水平与T_3、T_4水平无线性相关关系(P>0.05)。结果提示,甲亢与甲减患者β_2-MG水平的变化,可能与机体免疫功能紊乱、细胞代谢的失调有关。 相似文献

目的:评估唾液乙肝DNA检测在乙型肝炎的诊断及治疗方面的意义.方法:采用FQ-PCR法检测200例乙型肝炎患者血清、唾液中HBV-DNA的含量.结果:经FQ-PCR检测20G份标本中血清HBV-DNA含量大于103IU/ml者180例(90%)相应唾液HBV-DNA含量大于103IU/ml者145例(72.5),同时病毒含量大于105IU/ml标本中血清167例(83.5%)唾液98例(49.0%),血清HBV-DNA与唾液HBV-DNA水平之间存在显著相关(r=0.79,P<0.001).差异有统计学意义(χ2=108.77,P<0.01).血清、唾液病毒含量在两组不同免疫组合中均有明显差异.结论:乙型肝炎患者除血清外,唾液中也存在具有感染性的高病毒载量HBVDNA,可能成为传染源之一. 相似文献
