In this paper the measured values of the vapor pressures by ebulliometer method of two important maleic anhydride recovery solvents, di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di-iso-butyl hexahydrophthalate (DIBE),between 0. 63-17. 79 kPa and 0. 49-30. 95 kPa,are reported respectively. A comparison of the data of DBP with the published data has been made, which shows good consistency. For the convenient use of these vapor pressures, Cragoe equation, Antoine equation and Kirchhoff equation are selected to correlate them. The correlating results show that Antoine equation is the best one of the three equations to fit for the vapor pressures of the two solvents. According to Clausius-Clapeyron equation, the linear relationship between natural logarithm of pressure and reciprocal of temperature is used to calculate the molar latent heats of evaporation of the two organic solvents. The molar latent heats of evaporation of DBP and DIBE are 75.1 kJ/mol and 67.7 kJ/mol, respectively.  相似文献

The interaction between geogrid and soil is crucial for the stability of geogrid-reinforced earth structure. In finite element (FE) analysis, geogrids are usually assumed as beam or truss elements, and the interaction between geogrid and soil is considered as Coulomb friction resistance, which cannot reflect the true stress and displacement developed in the reinforcement. And the traditional Lagrangian elements used to simulate soil always become highly distorted and lose accuracy in high-stress blocks. An improved geogrid model that can produce shear resistance and passive resistance and a soil model using the Eulerian technique, in combination with the coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) method, are used to analyze the interaction between geogrid and soil of reinforced foundation test in ABAQUS. The stress in the backfill, resistance of geogrid, and settlement of foundation were computed and the results of analysis agree well with the experimental results. This simulation method is of referential value for FE analysis of reinforced earth structure.  相似文献

A dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor consisting of water-filled dielectric tube electrodes was used for the treatment ofwastewater. The inner dielectric tube, which acted as the discharging electrode, was filled with an aqueous electrolyte solution. The outer dielectric tube, which served as the other electrode, was in contact with the wastewater, which was grounded. The present reactor system was energy-efficient for the production of ozone, not only because the perfect contact between the aqueous electrode and the dielectric surface minimized the loss of the electrical energy, but also because the DBD reactor was cooled by the wastewater. In addition, the ultraviolet (UV) light produced in the DBD reactor was able to assist in the wastewater treatment since the quartz tube used as the dielectric material was UV-transparent. The performance of the present DBD system was evaluated using a synthetic wastewater formed from distilled water and an azo dye, amaranth. The experimental parameters were the concentration of the electrolyte in the aqueous electrode, the discharge power, the initial pH of the wastewater and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide added to the wastewater. The wastewater treatment system was found to be effective for achieving decomposition of the dye.  相似文献

System identification is a method for using measured data to create or improve a mathematical model of the object being tested. From the measured data however, noise is noticed at the beginning of the response. One solution to avoid this noise problem is to skip the noisy data and then use the initial conditions as active parameters, to be found by using the system identification process. This paper describes the development of the equations for setting up the initial conditions as active parameters. The simulated data and response data from actual shear buildings were used to prove the accuracy of both the algorithm and the computer program, which include the initial conditions as active parameters. The numerical and experimental model analysis showed that the value of mass, stiffness and frequency were very reasonable and that the computed acceleration and measured acceleration matched very well.  相似文献

A system for measuring the quality parameters of elevator guide rails is developed. The quality parameters the system can measure include straightness, flatness, squareness, width and height of the rail. The system consists of six parts:main guideway, auxiliary guideway, reference rail, saddle, control casing and measured rail. The guide rail to be measured is mounted on a bed. The straightness errors of surfaces are checked by five linear displacement sensors mounted on the saddle. The deviation of readings from the sensor, which is in contact with top guiding surface, gives the straightness error of the surface and height of the rail. The other four sensors are used to measure side guiding surfaces respectively and give other parameters including flatness on the surfaces, squareness, width and height of the rail. A novel calibration method is also developed to calibrate the straightness motion error of the system in horizontal and vertical directions. The deflection deformation of the measured rail is fitted by using a fourth-order polynomial. Experimental results show that the uncertainty of the system on the side surfaces after compensating the straightness motion error is less than 0. 01 mm, and the uncertainty of the system on the top surface after compensating the straightness motion error and the deflection deformation of the rail is less than 0.03 mm.  相似文献

In this study, Noeolok eutectic flux, used widely in the process of the brazing of aluminum and its alloy, was prepared by the reaction between AI(OH)3/KOH resolution and HF. A series of KF-A1F3 euteetic productions at various reaction temperatures were prepared. The melting points of the products were measured by differential thermal analysis (DTA), and the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results suggest that the temperature control is important to produce an ideal flux consisting of K2A1F5 , H2O and KA1F4 , with a low melting point of 560 ℃ ,which is suitable for the brazing of aluminum and its alloy as the aluminum fluxes.  相似文献

After the linear analytical method of unsteady flow theory is further improved, an innovative and faster algorithm is introduced. The water storage in a confined aquifer is derived from the water transmissivity coefficient and the water-pressure conductivity coefficient. The water transmissivity coefficient is approximated by a Taylorseries expansion of drawdown, and the water-pressure conductivity coefficient is obtained by the average drawdown. In this algorithm, the distance of the observation points from the pumping well must be short. When the distance is as short as the radius of the main pumping well, the data of the drawdown difference between the sidewall and the center of pumping well are difficult to measure, but the same results can be achieved based on the assumption that the drawdown difference approximates to the drawdown of the observation wells at a radial distance from the pumping well according to the algorithm. Without the help of charts, this algorithm is more concise and efficient, which has been verified by the test of water pumping project in Tianjin Binhai International Airport.  相似文献

We present a bulk micromachined in-plane capacitive accelerometer fabricated with an improved process flow, by etching only one-fifth of the wafer thickness at the back of the silicon while forming the bar-structure electrode for the sensing capacitor. The improved flow greatly lowers the footing effect during deep reactive ion etching (DRIE), and increases the proof mass by 54% compared to the traditional way, resulting in both improved device quality and a higher yield rate. Acceleration in the X direction is sensed capacitively by varying the overlapped area of a differential capacitor pair, which eliminates the nonlinear behavior by fixing the parallel-plate gap. The damping coefficient of the sensing motion is low due to the slide-film damping. A large proof mass is made using DRIE, which also ensures that dimensions of the spring beams in the Y and Z directions can be made large to lower cross axis coupling and increase the pull-in voltage. The theoretical Brownian noise floor is 0.47 μg/Hz^1/2 at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The tested frequency response of a prototype complies with the low damping design scheme. Output data for input acceleration from -1 g to 1 g are recorded by a digital multimeter and show very good linearity. The tested random bias of the prototype is 130 μg at an averaging time of around 6 s.  相似文献

The loss of life risk evaluation model for dam break is built in this paper.By using an improved Monte Carlo method,the overtopping probability induced by concurrent flood and wind is calculated,and the Latin Hypercube Sampling is used to generate random numbers.The Graham method is used to calculate the loss of life resulting from dam failure.With Dongwushi reservoir located at Hebei Province taken as an example,the overtopping probability induced by concurrent flood and wind is calculated as 4.77×10-6.Loss of life is 24 220 when the warning time is 0.25-1 h and flood severity understanding is vague,which indicates that the risk is intolerable.The losses of life under three other conditions are tolerable:warning time 0.25-1 h,and precise flood severity understanding;warning time more than 1 h,and vague flood severity understanding;warning time more than 1 h,and precise flood severity understanding.  相似文献

Because of the different ways in which contact materials work, the basic requirements for silver metal oxide contact materials are different. They are anti-welded and anti-erosion when closed, anti-erosion when broken, and arc easily moved and have smaller contact resistance. In this paper, La2O3 is used as a stable oxide in contact material to replace CdO. A new type of Ag/SnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 contact material is first obtained through using powder metallurgical method. Then electrical contact material parameter tester is used to test the electrical contact performance of the contact material. Through experiments, the arcing voltage and current curves, arcing energy curves, fusion power curves while broken and contact resistance while closed were obtained. Analysis of the results showed that the addition of La2O3 makes the contact material have the following advantages: smaller electrical wear, smaller arc energy, smaller contact resistance and arc is more easily extinguished.  相似文献

Cold-stretched pressure vessels from austenitic stainless steels(ASS) are widely used for storage and transportation of liquefied gases,and have such advantages as thin wall and light weight.Fatigue is an important concern in these pressure vessels,which are subjected to alternative loads.Even though several codes and standards have guidelines on these pressure vessels,there are no relevant design methods on fatigue failure.To understand the fatigue properties of ASS 1.4301(equivalents include UNS S30400 and AISI 304) in solution-annealed(SA) and cold-stretched conditions(9% strain level) and the response of fatigue properties to cold stretching(CS),low-cycle fatigue(LCF) tests were performed at room temperature,with total strain amplitudes ranging from -.4% to -.8%.Martensite transformations were measured during the tests.Comparisons on cyclic stress response,cyclic stress-strain behavior,and fatigue life were carried out between SA and CS materials.Results show that CS reduces the initial hardening stage,but prolongs the softening period in the cyclic stress response.Martensite transformation helps form a stable regime and subsequent secondary hardening.The stresses of monotonic and cyclic stress-strain curves are improved by CS,which leads to a lower plastic strain and a much higher elastic strain.The fatigue resistance of the CS material is better than that of the SA material,which is approximately 1?03 to 2?04 cycles.The S-N curve of the ASME standard for ASS is compared with the fatigue data and is justified to be suitable for the fatigue design of cold-stretched pressure vessels.However,considering the CS material has a better fatigue resistance,the S-N curve will be more conservative.The present study would be helpful in making full use of the advantages of CS to develop a new S-N curve for fatigue design of cold-stretched pressure vessels.  相似文献

Natural pyrites contain high levels of adsorbed and structurally incorporated arsenic(As),which may simultaneously result in the release of As and affect the oxidation process of pyrite.However,the oxidation and electrochemical behaviors of As on the oxidation reactivity of pyrites are still not clear.In this study,pyrite was prepared by a hydrothermal method and applied to study the oxidation mechanism between pyrite and aqueous arsenate.Analyses of X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy demonstrate that the as-prepared sample is an octahedron-like pyrite with high purity and crystallinity.The interaction between As(V)and pyrite as well as the electrochemical behaviors of pyrite oxidation in the presence of aqueous arsenate were investigated under acidic conditions by an ion analysis method,cyclic voltammetry(CV),Tafel,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results of the chemical reaction indicate that electrons are transferred from S _2~(2-)to dissolved oxygen with the formation of SO _4~(2-)in the initial As(V)concentration range of 0–0.3 mmol/L.In the initial As(V)concentration range of 0.4–1.2 mmol/L,electrons are transferred from S _2~(2-)to As(V)with the formation of elemental S ~(0 )and As(III).The CV,the Tafel plot and EIS analyses indicate that aqueous arsenate in an electrolyte promotes oxidation reactivity and passivation of the pyrite electrode.Moreover,the electron transfer rate increases with increasing aqueous arsenate concentration in the electrolyte.  相似文献

To investigate the influence of expansion pretreatment for materials on carbon structure, activated carbons (ACs) were prepared from corncob with/without expansion pretreatment by KOH activation, the structure properties of which were determined based on N 2 adsorption isotherm at 77 K. The results show that the expansion pretreatment for corncobs is beneficial to the preparation of ACs with high surface area. The specific surface area of the AC derived from corncob with expansion pretreatment (AC-1) is 32.5% larger than that without expansion pretreatment (AC-2). Furthermore, to probe the potential application of corncob-based ACs in electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC), the prepared ACs were used as electrode materials to assemble EDLC, and its electrochemical performance was investi- gated. The results indicate that the specific capacitance of AC-1 is 276 F/g at 50 mA/g, which increases by 27% com- pared with that of AC-2 (217 F/g). As electrode materials, AC-1 presents a better electrochemical performance than AC-2, including a higher voltage maintenance ratio and a lower leakage current.  相似文献

A macroscopic frost heave model with more clear parameters was established. Based on a porosity rate frost heave model and segregation potential theory, a porosity rate function was deduced and introduced into the stress-strain relationship. Numerical simulation was conducted and verified by frost heave tests. Results show that the porosity rate within the frozen fringe is proportional to the square of temperature gradient and current porosity, and is also proportional to the exponential function of applied pressure. The relative errors between the calculated and measured results of frost depth and frost heave are within 3% and 15% respectively, demonstrating that the temperature gradient, applied pressure and current porosity are the main influencing factors, while temperature is just the constraint of frozen fringe. The improved model have meaningful and accessible parameters, which can be used in engineering with good accuracy.  相似文献

A profilometer used for 3 dimension measurement of micro-surface topography is presented. The instrument is based on the vertical scanning microscopic interferometry (VSMI). A Linnik type interference microscope is used and the interferograms which present changes of surface profile are recorded with a CCD camera. A developed nano-positioning work stage with an integrated optical grating displacement measuring system realizes the precise vertical scanning motion during profile measurement. By a white-light phase shifting algorithm of arbitrary step, frames of interferograms are processed by a computer to rebuild and evaluate the measured profile. Because of the specialty of VSMI, the profilometer is suitable for both smooth and rough surface measurement. It can also be used to measure curved surfaces, dimension of micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS), etc. The vertical resolution of the profilometer is 0.5 nm, and lateral resolution 0.5 μm.  相似文献

Leakage currents, tiny currents flowing from an everyday-life appliance through the body to the ground, can cause a non-adequate perception (called electrocutaneous sensation, ECS) or even pain and should be avoided. Safety standards for low-frequency range are based on experimental results of current thresholds of electrocutaneous sensations, which however show a wide range between about 50 pA (rms) and 1000 μA (rms). In order to be able to explain these differences, the perception threshold was measured repeatedly in experiments with test persons under identical experimental setup, but by means of different methods (measuring strategies), namely: direct adjustment, classical threshold as amperage of 50% perception probability, and confidence rating procedure of signal detection theory. The current is injected using a I cm2 electrode at the highly touch sensitive part of the index fingertip. These investigations show for the first time that the threshold of electrocutaneous sensations is influenced both by adaptation to the non-adequate stimulus and individual, emotional factors. Theretbre, classical methods, on which the majority of the safety investigations are based, cannot be used to determine a leakage current threshold. The confidence rating procedure of the modem signal detection theory yields a value of 179.5 μA (rms) at 50 Hz power supply net frequency as the lower end of the 95% confidence range considering the variance in the investigated group. This value is expected to be free of adaptation influences, and is distinctly lower than the European limits and supports the stricter regulations of Canada and USA.  相似文献

We developed a novel absolute multi-pole encoder structure to improve the resolution of the multi-pole encoder, realize absolute output and reduce the manufacturing cost of the encoder. The structure includes two ring alnicos defined as index track and sub-division track, respectively. The index track is magnetized based on the improved gray code, with linear halls placed around the track evenly. The outputs of linear halls show the region the rotor belongs to. The sub-division track is magnetized to N-S-N-S (north-south-north-south), and the number of N-S pole pairs is determined by the index track. Three linear hall sensors with an air-gap of 2 mm are used to translate the magnetic filed to voltage signals. The relative offset in a single N-S is obtained through look-up. The magnetic encoder is calibrated using a higher-resolution incremental optical encoder. The pulse output from the optical encoder and hall signals from the magnetic encoder are sampled at the same time and transmitted to a computer, and the relation between them is calculated, and stored in the FLASH of MCU (micro controller unit) for look-up. In the working state, the absolute angle is derived by looking-up with hall signals. The structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is very low and suitable for mass production.  相似文献

Out-of-plane angular dependence of ferromagnetic resonance spectra was measured in sputtered Co/Pt multilayers and analyzed with the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. The effective demagnetizing field 4πMeff is found to increase with decreasing tPt and decreasing 1/tco, which can be considered as a result of interplay between the interlayer coupling and a lowdimensional effect. The g factor increases with increasing tpt and decreasing tCo, indicating contribution of spin-polarization of Pt atoms and additional contribution of orbital moment of Co atoms. The in-plane resonance line-width increases with decreasing too and increases with increasing tPt.  相似文献

In the current studies a miniature silicon wafer fuel cell (FC) using L-ascorbic acid as fuel was developed. The cell employs L-ascorbic acid and air as reactants and a thin polymer electrolyte as a separator. Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) silicon etching was employed to fabricate high aspect-ratio columns on the silicon substrate to increase the surface area. A thin platinum layer deposited directly on the silicon surface by the sputtering was used as the catalyst layer for L-ascorbic acid electro-oxidation. Cyclic voltammetry shows that the oxidation of L-ascorbic acid on the sputtered platinum layer is irreversible and that the onset potentials for the oxidation of L-ascorbic acid are from 0.27 V to 0.35 V versus an Ag/AgCl reference electrode. It is found that at the room temperature, with 1 mol/L L-ascorbic acid/PBS (phosphate buffered solution) solution pumped to the anode at 1 ml/min flow rate and air spontaneously diffusing to the cathode as the oxidant, the maximum output power density of the cell was 1.95 mW/cm^2 at a current density of 10 mA/cm^2.  相似文献
