A new approach to the design of the optical fiber direction coupler by using neural network is proposed. To train the artificial neural network, the coupling length is defined as the input sample, and the coupling ratio is defined as the output sample. Compared with the numerical value calculation of the theoretical formula, the error of the neural network model output is 1% less. Then, through the model, to design a broadband or a single wavelength optical fiber direction coupler becomes easy. The method is proved to be reliable, accurate and time-saving. 针对基于复杂网络图像识别方法建模复杂度过高问题,提出一种基于双网络模型的灰度图像识别新方法。首先将像素点作为复杂网络节点,基于灰度乘积构建图像的结构平衡网络模型以及基于欧氏距离构建复杂网络模型,然后分别计算两种网络模型的拓扑特征参量,形成最终的图像特征识别参量。相比现有基于复杂网络的图像识别方法,该方法在理论上能够降低图像建模复杂度,提高图像识别速度。使用 YALE 人脸数据库进行仿真对比实验,结果表明,该方法的图像识别速度为传统复杂网络方法的 35%,正确率提高了 4%。 相似文献

Assessing and demonstrating value for money to agencies funding professional learning networks is a universal challenge. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a narrative-based approach to evaluation called story-building that can be employed to complement other more traditional approaches to evaluation. Story-building goes beyond the anecdotal by constructing individual reflective stories, a collective story and a value creation story that are authentic and resonate with stakeholders because they tap into the specific and particular knowledge of practitioners. A key characteristic which sets story-building apart from other approaches is that it collects and collates both individual and collective evidence of a network’s impact from different sources. Members of the New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory Promoting Excellence Network created and implemented this rigorous approach to evaluation and found story-building to be an effective practice to demonstrate the value and impact of a network. 相似文献

结合支持向量机和神经网络各自的优点,提出了一种新颖的自适应支持向量回归神经网络(SVR-NN).首先,利用支持向量回归方法确定SVR-NN的初始结构和初始化权值,基于支持向量自适应地构造SVR-NN神经网络的隐层节点;然后,使用退火过程的鲁棒学习算法更新网络节点参数和权值.为了验证所提出方法的有效性,给出了自适应SVR-NN应用于非线性动态系统辨识的实例.仿真结果表明,与以前的神经网络方法相比,基于SVR-NN网络的辨识方案能获得相当好的性能,它具有很快的收敛速度.因此,自适应的SVR-NN为非线性系统辨识提供了极有吸引力的新途径. 相似文献

Information sharing is critical to an organization's competitiveness and requires a free flow of information among members if the organization is to remain competitive. A review of the literature on organizational structure and information sharing was conducted to examine the research in this area. A case example illustrates how a social network approach was used to explore the process of measuring the social structure of an organization and the implementation of change interventions to increase connectivity and manage information sharing. The process of conducting social network analysis is described using the case example. Interventions for increasing information flow are discussed. The authors provide an information‐sharing model that demonstrates the various domains of connectivity within an organization at any given state. The benefits of using social network analysis for information sharing and the implications for further research and practice are discussed. 相似文献
