我国高职院校正在蓬勃发展,对我国经济发展起着举足轻重的作用,为我国社会主义建设输送了大量的高技能人才。但是我国高职院校的教师普遍存在着专业知识、学历结构、实践技能、科研水平等方面跟不上时代发展要求的现象,尤其在我国这样的把英语当作第二语言的国家里,英语教师的发展更是不容乐观。因此,本文将围绕高职院校中英语教师发展现状、发展方向及方法三个方面进行浅析。  相似文献

顶岗实习作为锻炼高职在校生职业岗位技能和预演就业技巧的重要实践环节纳入了教学计划,顶岗实习也是考验学生对职业岗位技能掌握程度的一块试金石。在顶岗实习教学实践活动过程中,指导教师起着主动积极引导的作用,有责任帮助学生加强对顶岗实习意义的认识,加强对职业岗位技能学习的指导。学生应认清顶岗实习过程对自己今后就业和发展的积极推动作用,要学会适应企业生产需要,积极投身到顶岗实习的生产活动中去,在工作过程中掌握和体会职业岗位技能,提高就业意识与就业技巧,实现广泛就业和满意就业。  相似文献

"我觉得要培养全面发展的优秀人才,必须树立先进的教育理念,敢于冲破传统观念的束缚"。面对温家宝总理这样一个命题,作为中国的职业教育工作者和研究者,的确需要从所从事的这个类型教育角度去深入思考和探讨,这是历史的责任。应该说,中国的传统教育观念,源于孔子、致力于经学。"学术型"教育链条唯大独尊的价值取向,以及明显的官本位社会心理色彩不利于职业教育发展、更不利于应对中国制造、中国创造的担当。积极设计一种学术(研究)、工程(专业)、职业技能(工种)教育并举并重、各路人才等值,多样多元化教育立交互通的系统性教育价值观念和制度体系,建设职教的目标主体是行业企业,人才标准是行业企业说了算的合理机制体制等若干方面,可以说是在当代传统与现代化的冲突阶段职业教育改革的突破口。  相似文献

This study on "Educational Planning and Secondary School Reform in Italy" is concerned with planning and research in vocational-technical education; the relation between the acquisition of specific skills, and scientific and technical progress is dealt with explicitly as a problem of special relevance. In every case planning in education is premised on particular assumptions about technological development that serve as direct justification for changes in school organization. A paramount question in this regard is whether the evaluations of technical and social development in Italy upon which education planning is based, are borne out empirically. The basic postulates for the expansion of educational institutions, worked out in a period of intensive economic growth (1), must be measured against the results of an analysis of job structure, as well as of pilot experiments in educational planning oriented toward the actual use of acquired skills in the labor process. In addition to these results and their consequences for the school system, in this investigation we shall also draw on studies that have developed approaches to raising general technical competence above the level regarded as strictly necessary and to reorganizing labor in a way implied by such progress.  相似文献

Switzerland spends about 6% of its GDP on education. In the past few years, there have been carrying out important reforms in the educational field, for example introducing a vocational high school diploma and creating specialized higher vocational institution (hautes écoles). What is the extent of educational research in this context? There are very little data on this subject. To meet the need of information, we carried out a study examining expenditure on Swiss educational research from 1998 to 2000 and the link between sources of funding and research centres. The results of the above-mentioned study show that expenditure on educational research is modest compared with the overall cost of the educational system. It also reveals a distinct distribution of tasks amongst the institutions directly dependent on state educational administrations and universities. Although there are also other sources of funds, educational research relies mainly on public funding. This is disconcerting, as public budgets have been facing cuts in recent years, and new requirements for research needs will arise (future research is likely to involve such activities as evaluating reforms and participating in international survey). We conclude new funding strategies have to be found and researchers need to communicate their results more effectively.  相似文献

The economic efficiency of vocational secondary schools in improving the employment prospects for graduates has been questioned, leading to policy recommendations in favor of enterprise-based training and training in non-formal training centers. The role of secondary education would be to impart basic skills, perhaps through reformed curricula that, while falling short of vocationalism, better prepare graduates for adult life. This paper examines trends in World Bank investments in vocational education and training for the period 1963–86 to answer three questions. Is there evidence to suggest that educational authorities in developing countries, as well as in the World Bank, have moved away from investments in secondary vocational schools? What does the record suggest about the patterns through which alternative training systems evolve in developing countries? Is there any evidence that a ‘new educational vision’ is emerging for secondary education? The paper concludes that investment in secondary vocational schools has declined substantially in favor of non-formal training systems. Nine characteristics of effective non-formal systems are identified. Diversified secondary schools, as one model of a ‘new vision,’ have not succeeded, raising important questions regarding possible directions for improved secondary education.  相似文献

Summary: Impact of Donald Super's work on career education: research and practice in Quebec (Canada).In Quebec, various concepts, instruments or aspects of Super's theory have been used to conduct research and educational experiments. We report on some of these elements that have been used to identify the vocational features and needs of young and adult subjects with regard to career education, to develop the vocational exploration strategies and to assess their efficiency. Super's vocational maturity and adult career adjustment inventories are presented including those that were adapted for our population, and those constructed on the basis of his self-concept formulations.  相似文献

高职实践教学与信息化手段相融合是现阶段职业教育研究的热点问题。研究学生在使用教育APP进行实践操作的影响因素及其实践成效,对高职高技能培养具有十分重要意义。通过技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model)对数据分析研究发现:感知有用性对行为意图具有负向影响,对使用态度影响不显著;使用态度对行为意图具有正向影响;感知易用性对态度、感知有用性具有显著正影响;教育APP在实践教学中对提升教学效果有重要作用;性别因素对教育APP的接受程度并无区别;班级规模对教育APP使用效果无显著影响。  相似文献
