基于Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机平台,对6061铝合金进行等温热压缩实验,研究了该合金在变形温度为350~500℃和应变速率为0.01~10s-1条件下的高温流变行为并建立了6061铝合金的Arrhenius本构方程,应用于Deform软件进行热压缩实验模拟基于动态材料模型和Murty准则,建立了6061铝合金在不同应变下的加工图,结合显微组织进行验证。结果表明,该合金材料的流变应力随应变速率增加而增大,随变形温度降低而增大建立的本构方程能较好描述该合金的高温流变行为变形温度为460~500℃,应变速率为0.1~0.5s-1的区域是该合金最佳工艺参数范围。  相似文献

采用波分和空分混合复用技术和LabVIEW,设计了一种可通过单片机控制的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感监测解调系统,实现了温度和应变的实时监测。实验研究表明,在20~100℃范围内,温度监测平均误差0.3℃,标准差0.163℃,实验灵敏度与标定灵敏度之间的灵敏度误差为0.29%;在0~390με应变范围内,应变监测平均误差2.79με,标准差2.63με,悬臂梁上下FBG实验灵敏度与标定灵敏度之间的灵敏度误差分别为0.10%、0.19%。该解调系统实现了高灵活性、高精度的温度和应变监测。  相似文献

利用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,在应变速率在0.001 s~(-1)~1 s~(-1)以及变形温度在750℃~950℃范围内对Ti555211合金进行等温恒应变速率压缩实验.系统研究了Ti555211合金热加工过程中流变应力行为.结果表明:应变速率对真应力—真应变曲线形状有较为显著的影响,其中,在高温低应变速率的加工条件下,由于动态软化过程的加强,流变应力曲线较为平缓.在高应变速率下合金呈现出不连续屈服现象,且在变形温度较高时更加明显,采用动态理论解释了该现象,为新型近β钛合金Ti555211热加工工艺的制定提供了科学依据,也具有重大的理论价值和工程意义.  相似文献

通过引入应变硬化变量,对Burgers模型中串联粘壶进行了改进,并将改进模型看成是由Van Der Poel模型与改进粘壶串联组成.采用半正矢波间歇荷载模拟实际轮载作用,综合运用流变学和粘弹性力学理论推导了周期性荷载作用下沥青混合料永久变形的力学模型.然后根据3种沥青混合料的室内重复荷载永久变形试验结果,对该模型进行了验证.结果表明:随着荷载作用次数的增加,残余粘弹性应变占永久应变的比例先迅速衰减,而后逐渐趋向稳定,一般仅占2%~3%.荷载间歇时间越长,残余粘弹性应变越小.实际行车荷载的间歇时间足够长,因此残余粘弹性应变可以忽略,从而得到了简化模型.该模型可以很好地描述重复荷载下沥青混合料的永久变形特性.  相似文献

目的:水泥基材料的拉伸性能会随着荷载速率的变化而变化。本文旨在探讨加载速率为4×10~(-6)~1×10~(-1) s~(-1)时,超高韧性水泥基复合材料直接拉伸初裂抗拉强度、初裂抗拉应变、弹性模量、极限抗拉应变、极限抗拉强度、多缝开裂特性和耗能能力的变化规律,为超高韧性水泥基复合材料在抗震工程中的应用提供必要的科学依据和参考。创新点:1.通过直接拉伸试验较为全面地测定超高韧性水泥基复合材料在4×10~(-6)~1×10~(-1) s~(-1)应变速率范围内的直接拉伸性能;2.建立适宜的拟合方程,可直观反映多种直接拉伸性能指标随应变率的变化规律。方法:1.通过直接拉伸试验,确定加载速率对超高韧性直接拉伸特性的影响(图2和4);2.通过对实验结果的拟合,简单直观地反映应变率对拉伸弹性模量、初裂抗拉强度和极限抗拉强度的影响规律(图3、5和7)。结论:基于超高韧性水泥基复合材料薄板直接拉伸试验,当应变速率在4×10~(-6)~1×10~(-1) s~(-1)的范围内变化时:1.材料的初裂抗拉强度、初裂抗拉应变、拉伸弹性模量、极限抗拉强度和耗能能力都具有应变速率敏感性,其中除初裂抗拉应变随应变率升高而减小外,其它几项性能指标都显示出明显的动态强化效应;2.多缝开裂模式和极限抗拉应变对应变率不敏感,极限裂缝宽度始终在100μm以内,极限抗拉应变保持在3.7%左右;3.应变率对初裂抗拉强度、拉伸弹性模量、极限抗拉强度和耗能能力的动态增强效应都存在一个阈值(皆在1×10~(-3) s~(-1)附近),在应变率达到阈值之后,动态效应才更加显著;4.超高韧性水泥基复合材料具有明显优于混凝土的耗能能力,在地震荷载(对应应变率在1×10-4~1×10-2 s~(-1))作用下其耗能能力可达C20混凝土的1000倍。  相似文献

本文用微扰论方法,详细地研究了非线性弹性杆中纵向应变孤波在有限形变和线性粘弹性阻尼同时作用下的演变规律。结论指出有限形变和线性粘弹性阻尼对纵向应变孤波的主要影响是:(1)孤波发生形变;(2)孤波的传播速度减小;(3)孤波的能量发生耗散;(4)孤波后面会生长出一个振荡形状的小尾迹。当忽略有限形变和线性粘弹性阻尼时,应变孤波的能量是一个常数,这种能量的聚集会导致杆的非线性结构断裂,所有这些影响都在含微扰的KdV方程中作了详细的研究。  相似文献

在应变速率为10-3~10-1S-1、温度为150℃~400℃的条件下,在万能试验机上对AZ91D镁合金板材进行了在线加热拉伸试验,获得了各成形条件下0°、45°、90°三个方向的应力应变曲线。试验结果表明,当拉伸温度增加或拉伸速率降低时,板料的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,而其塑性变形能力提高;板材具有明显的各向异性,45°方向塑性变形能力最高,90°方向时最低。  相似文献

采用Gleeble热模拟机进行热压缩实验,研究7150铝合金在变形温度为300~450℃、应变速率为0.01~10s-1条件下的变形行为,采用Zener-Hollomon参数法构建合金高温塑性变形本构方程,并对变形后的微观组织进行分析。研究表明:7150铝合金的流变应力随应变速率增大而增大,随变形温度增大而降低。该合金热压缩变形的流变应力行为可用双曲正弦形式的本构方程描述,其参数A为4.161×1014s-1,α为0.01956 MPa-1,n为5.14336,热变形激活能Q为229.7531k J/mol。随着温度升高和应变速率降低,动态再结晶逐渐取代动态回复成为合金的主要软化机制。  相似文献
