诊断学是临床医学教学体系中的关键学科,其临床见习课程是医学生接触真实医疗环境的首要环节,教学效果与医学生临床思维和实践能力发展密切相关。本研究旨在评估案例教学法(CBL)在诊断学临床见习课程中应用的教学效果。将参加临床见习课程的学生随机分为两组,分别采用CBL教学法和传统教学法进行临床见习带教,课程结束后通过随堂测验以及调查问卷两种方式对教学效果进行考察。CBL教学法组学生对课程的认可度更高,随堂考试成绩也显著优于传统教学组。相较传统教学法,CBL教学法的教学效果更佳,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,有利于培养他们的临床思维方式和实践能力,提高学习成绩。  相似文献

CBL是基于现代教育思想和管理理论指导下一种新的实训课程教学模式.本文首次介定了CBL的含义、理论基础及瑞士高校CBL认知实践课程的实施优势,以期对此领域近乎空白的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用.通过国内外两所高校酒店管理专业实践课程实施效果比照,印证了向瑞士学习借鉴CBL课程对我国酒店类职业教育探索与改革的意义所在.在对CBL的课程设计与开发做出详尽诠释之后,文章又对CBL课程如何运用多种教学方式,提升教学效果做出了借鉴阐述,同时说明了CBL课程是柔和了CBE和PBL的创新学习模式,借鉴就需要对传统教育理念改革.  相似文献

目的:评价基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法:选择温州医科大学2015级、2016级本科整合课程教改班学生作为研究对象,在神经系统疾病教学中通过课前、课堂及课后教学三个完整环节实施基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式,通过问卷调查及考核成绩评价教学效果。结果:在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中实施基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式得到大多数学生的认可,学生成绩更佳。授课教师对教改班的学生评价及对自我的教学效果满意度更高。结论:基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中应用效果良好,可以尝试在本科大班制神经系统疾病教学中推广应用。  相似文献

目的:分析研究CBL教学法应用于运动康复专业教学的可行性及该教学法对《康复功能评定》课程学习效果的影响。方法:文献资料法、访谈法。结果:与传统的教学方式相比,CBL教学法更能提高学生学习的积极性和知识掌握的能力,提高学生的学习效果。结论:CBL教学法在《康复功能评定》的教学中应用能够提高学生的学习主动性、参与性及综合分析的能力,值得在运动康复类的实践课程中推广。  相似文献

Curriculum implementation often falls short because of a lack of cultural understanding by curriculum developers and aid organizations. This paper describes a single-case study of a professional development programme for polytechnic Heads of Department in Ghana, which aimed at identifying how curriculum development activities were sensitive to culture. A conceptual framework for culturally sensitive curriculum development was applied to facilitate the identification of culture in the curriculum development process. Two curriculum specialists and various project members from Ghana and the Netherlands participated in the data collection by means of interviews, documents, and a researcher’s logbook. Results showed that the conducted curriculum development activities were strongly impacted by Hofstede’s cultural dimensions—High-Low Power Distance and Collectivism–Individualism and to a limited extent by Hall’s cultural dimensions—High-Low Context and Polytime-Monotime. The outcomes of this study strengthen the relevance of Context analyses, iterations of design–implementation–evaluation activities, and additional implementation support. Through the conduction of these activities, culture can be taken into account in curriculum development processes and a good fit between the developed curriculum and the local context can be ensured. Furthermore, this study encourages curriculum developers and project teams working in international cooperation contexts to create more cultural understanding by using the framework and by intensively collaborating with informed experts.  相似文献

We report on the development of an after-school and summer-based science, technology, engineering, and mathematics curriculum infused with the arts and social emotional learning content (STEAM SEL). Its design was motivated by theory and research that suggest that STEM education is well-suited for teaching empathy and other emotion-related skills. In this paper, we describe the activities associated with the development and design of the program and the curriculum. We provide expert-ratings of the STEAM and social emotional elements of the program and present instructor and participant feedback about the program’s content and its delivery. Our results revealed that infusing the arts and social emotional learning content into science education created a holistic STEM-related curriculum that holds potential for enhancing young children’s interest in and appreciation for science and its applications. The data also suggested that the program was well-developed and, generally well-executed. However, experts rated the STEAM elements of the program more positively than the SEL elements, especially with regard to sequencing of lessons and integration among the lessons and hands-on activities, indicating that program revisions are warranted.  相似文献

This paper is about the process of developing integrated science curricula at junior secondary schools in the Peoples’ Republic of China in the past 20 years. The history has witnessed two stages of developing integrated science curricula during this period in China: one was at the provincial level in the 1980s/1990s, while the other was at the national level in the new millennium. Using the concept of curriculum emphases, this paper purported to investigate the advocated forms of integration and the reasons and causes behind them in integrated science curriculum during the period under study. Data were collected from two sources: curriculum documents related to the integrated science curricula, and interviews with key informants who were involved in designing the official documents of this kind of science curriculum. Two models of integration have been identified from the two stages respectively: one is ‘integration within science subjects’, while the other ‘integration beyond science subjects’. The social–political roots of the two models of integration have been traced. To meet the goal of scientific literacy, it is suggested in the final part of this paper that the model of ‘integration within science subjects’ should be abandoned while the model of ‘integration beyond science subjects’ should be advocated in the process of developing integrated science curriculum.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a curriculum development project, framed around the cross‐curricular themes as suggested by the NCC guidelines (1991‐a‐f). It is structured as a teacher partnership experience involving close collaboration between university tutors, student teachers and practising teachers in a local school. From the university's perspective, the curriculum development project grew out of the review and evaluation of the education courses which forms 50% of the four year BA/BSc Hons (Education) degree offered for students preparing to be secondary school teachers. From the school's perspective it offered an opportunity to develop a more formal incorporation of cross‐ curriculum themes into the subject curriculum. The paper discusses the project from three perspectives: the university tutors’, the school teachers’ and the students’, describing professional tutoring partnership in practice.  相似文献

21世纪以来,追求高质量学前教育已成为世界各国的共识,国际社会均将高质量学前教育视为构筑国家财富的重要标志之一。在我国,《中国教育现代化2035》也明确提出了“普及有质量的学前教育”这一发展目标。融合“客观主义”和“相对主义”的质量内涵,本文阐析了我国学前教育质量的三重价值诉求及五维核心要素,提出了政府、机构、家庭对话联动,课程和师资、制度和监测等要素系统建设的质量框架体系;从学前教育质量的可负担、公平均衡和持续活力三方面梳理了我国“有质量”学前教育发展的现实困境;并从儿童发展目标重构、课程和师资提升、公共服务体系完善三方面为未来的实现进路提出了建议。  相似文献
