当今大学生就业在我国已成为不争的社会问题。受就业市场、性别歧视、自身能力等主客观因素的影响,女性大学毕业生的就业问题尤为突出。论文以地方师范院校女大学生的就业问题为例,对女大学生存在的问题进行分析,最后从社会体制、教育因素及女大学生自身因素等方面提出保障女大学生合法权益,保证女大学生公平就业,提高女大学生就业竞争力的对策。 相似文献

我国女大学生就业状况不容乐观,就业率低、从事职业范围狭窄。从社会性别视角分析主要原因有社会文化因素、就业政策和法律因素、教育因素以及大众传媒因素等几方面。针对这些因素提出解决女大学生就业问题的策略,即提高社会性别意识、在教育中拥有社会性别视角、从国家政策层面消除女性就业歧视、以社会性别视角完善女性就业法律、大众传媒正确引导女大学生就业、从女大学生自身特点出发进行职业生涯规划,以期进一步提高女大学生的就业率。 相似文献
