本文了探讨ACE基因的多态性与运动员人格特质的相关性现象,为性格是否受遗传因素的影响提供理论依据,并为制定科学有效的心理干预措施提供理论基础,选择卡特尔16人格因素问卷和血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性的检测,对112名运动员进行了ACE基因多态性与运动员人格因素相关性研究结果显示,ACE基因多态性与运动员人格因素中的敢为性、独立性、自律性人格因素有较高的相关性;提示ACE基因型可能在人格因素遗传中起一定作用。  相似文献

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭不同中医证型与ACE基因多态性分布间的相关性。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者55例,中医辨证分为心阳气虚型、气虚血瘀型、阳虚水犯型及心阳虚脱型,并采用PCR方法检测血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因多态性。结果ACE基因型及等位基因频率在心阳气虚型和气虚血瘀型间无显著性差异(P>0.05),而在心阳气虚型与阳虚水犯型、心阳虚脱型以及气虚血瘀型与阳虚水犯型、心阳虚脱型间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中医证型与ACE基因多态性有关联。ACE基因多态性可作为慢性心力衰竭中医辨证分型的客观化指标依据。  相似文献

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是全球共同关注的重大公共卫生课题和日益严重的社会问题,发掘防治AD的新靶标和新药物是当今医药领域亟待破解的难题.越来越多的研究显示,中枢肾素-血管紧张素系统(central rennin-angiotensin system,CRAS)与AD密切相关.根据相关文献报道,综述CRAS中血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)及其受体(angiotensinⅡtype l receptor,AT1R; angiotensinⅡtype 2 receptor,AT2R),血管紧张素Ⅳ(angiotensinⅣ,AngⅣ)及其受体(angiotensinⅡtype 4 receptor,AT4R)以及血管紧张素转化酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)在AD发生发展中的作用,有可能成为防治AD的新靶标,提出新型抗AD药物开发的新思路.  相似文献

研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)936*T/C基因多态性与胃癌之间的关系,了解该基因多态性对胃癌生成及发展的影响。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测胃癌患者和健康者外周血的VEGF936*T/C基因型。结果,胃癌患者外周血中VEGF936*T/C基因型或等位基因与健康者相比无差异(精确概率法计算基因型P=0.226;卡方检验等位基因x2=2.934,P=0.087)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病理分期患者C/C基因型和C等位基因比例(66.7%和82.0%)明显大于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(12.9%和1.2%),两者差异有统计学意义(基因型:x2=14.215,P=0.000;等位基因:x2=28.430,P=0.000)。结果表明,VEGF936*C/C基因多态性与胃癌的生成无关,而与胃癌的进展相关。  相似文献

目的:探讨细胞色素P450 2D6*10(CYP2D6*10)基因遗传多态性,并评估其对他莫昔芬联合十一酸睾酮治疗特发性少精男性不育症患者血清性激素、精液参数及自然妊娠率的影响。方法:该病例对照研究包括230例特发性少精男性不育患者和147例正常对照。病例组服用枸橼酸他莫昔芬20 mg/d和十一酸睾酮40 mg/d,疗程共6个月。采用Hph I内切酶对CYP2D6*10基因聚合酶链式反应(PCR)产物进行内切后,从而对其分型。分别于研究开始时、3月及6月分别检测研究对象性激素水平、精液参数及配偶自然妊娠率。结论:CYP2D6*10基因突变型特发性少精男性不育患者接受他莫昔芬联合十一酸睾酮疗效较基因野生型组差。  相似文献

应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)研究了103例冠心病患者和100例正常人载脂蛋白B(apoB)基因上四个位点的遗传多态性及其与冠心病的关联。结果显示:(1)apoB基因上xbaI和EcoRI酶切位点的少见x~ 和E~-等位基因,VNTR的3'VNTR-B等位基因不同程度地与冠心病有关联。(2)xbaI酶切位点的多态性与Ins/Del多态性及VNTR多态性呈联锁不平衡关系,多个突变点共位于同一染色体上时冠心病的危险性明显增加。(3)基因单体型对冠心病的危险性具有独立判别意义。综上结果提示,apoB基因可能是冠心病多基因中的一个易感基因。  相似文献

The aim of this work is to discover the inhibitory mechanism of tea peptides and to analyse the affinities between the peptides and the angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE) as well as the stability of the complexes using in vitro and in silico methods. Four peptide sequences identified from tea, namely peptides I, II, III, and IV, were used to examine ACE inhibition and kinetics. The half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50)) values of the four peptides were(210.03±18.29),(178.91±5.18),(196.31±2.87), and(121.11±3.38) μmol/L, respectively. The results of Lineweaver-Burk plots showed that peptides I, II, and IV inhibited ACE activity in an uncompetitive manner, which requires the presence of substrate. Peptide III inhibited ACE in a noncompetitive manner, for which the presence of substrate is not necessary. The docking simulations showed that the four peptides did not bind to the active sites of ACE, indicating that the four peptides are allosteric inhibitors. The binding free energies calculated from molecular dynamic(MD) simulation were-72.47,-42.20,-52.10, and-67.14 kcal/mol(1 kcal=4.186 kJ),r espectively. The lower IC_(50) value of peptide IV may be attributed to its stability when docking with ACE and changes in the flexibility and unfolding of ACE. These four bioactive peptides with ACE inhibitory ability can be incorporated into novel functional ingredients of black tea.  相似文献

The prospects for Aristotelian character education (ACE) is considered. Seven important claims that should win wide acceptance are reviewed; and also two challenges that are impediments. I argue many of the assumptions of ACE turn out not to be distinctive. The conflation of realism and naturalism is ill-considered, and the account of phronesis will need additional clarification to be helpful to educators, as will the specific recommendations on offer. I conclude with a suggestion that Dewey offers a powerful, empirically grounded, educationally accessible account of moral functioning that meets the desiderata of ACE; and that charting an integrative perspective is an exciting prospect for the future.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To examine relationships between childhood autobiographical memory disturbance (CAMD) and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) which are defined as common forms of child maltreatment and related traumatic stressors. METHODS: We use the ACE score (an integer count of eight different categories of ACEs) as a measure of cumulative exposure to traumatic stress during childhood. In a cross sectional analysis we assess the relationship of the ACE score to the prevalence of CAMD in a sample of 9,460 relatively healthy adults evaluated for wellness care at a southern California health maintenance organization between August 1995 and March 1996. In addition, we examined possible secular influences by examining association among each of four birth cohorts. Logistic regression was used to obtain the adjusted relative odds of CAMD associated with increasing ACE score. RESULTS: Overall, the age-standardized prevalence of CAMD was 18% (men: 15%; women: 19%). As the ACE score increased, the prevalence of CAMD increased in a graded fashion for both men and women (p for trend <.0001). After adjustment for age, sex, race/ethnicity, and education, adults with an ACE score >or=6 were 5.9 (95% CI, 4.4-7.9) times more likely to have CAMD compared to adults with an ACE score of 0. The prevalence of CAMD increased with each successive birth cohort, and graded relationships between the ACE score and CAMD were observed among each of the four birth cohorts though no statistical difference in the association was found across birth cohorts. CONCLUSIONS: The accumulation of ACEs across several domains is associated CAMD among men and women and in each of four birth cohorts. Further research is needed that describes the prevalence of CAMD in population-based samples and that examines whether impaired memory is a marker for persons neurobiologically affected by multiple forms of child maltreatment and related traumatic stressors.  相似文献

I pursue three of the many lines of thought that were raised in my mind by Kristjánsson’s engaging book. In the first section, I try to get clearer on what exactly Aristotelian character education (ACE) is, and suggest areas where I hope the view is developed in more detail. In the second and longest section, I draw some lessons from social psychology about the pervasive role of what I call ‘Surprising Dispositions,’ and invite Kristjánsson to take up the difficult challenge of clarifying how ACE would help to address their influence on our thought and action.
