科学准确地预测铁路客运量是制定铁路网规划的基础。以全国铁路客运量的历史数据为基础,采用灰色GM（1,1）模型和三次指数平滑模型进行组合优化,建立了基于IOWGA（Induced Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging）算子的组合预测模型,并对组合预测模型进行了检验,检验结果表明,组合预测模型是有效的、可靠的,具有较高的精度,可对我国的铁路客运量进行预测。最后利用所建立的预测模型预测了2008年--2010年我国铁路客运量。 相似文献

组合预测是一种综合利用各单项预测方法所提供的信息的预测模型,它是提高预测精度的有效途径.为预测河南省2005、2006两年的铁路客运量(万人),先利用直线趋势预测法,预测出河南省2005、2006两年度的铁路客运量分别为5712.285,5912.817;然后再利用灰色预测法,预测出河南省2005、2006两年度的铁路客运量分别为 5888.52,6113.56;进而采用熵权法将直线趋势预测法和灰色预测法所得的预测结果,通过选取适当的权重进行加权平均,建立起组合预测模型,并预测出河南省1998-2006年的铁路客运量分别为5793.35,6005.16,而河南省2005、2006两年度的实际铁路客运量则分别为 5879,6465.最后,为比较上述3种预测方法的优与劣,通过分别精确计算3种预测模型下的预测精度,表明组合预测法取得了更好的预测效果. 相似文献

现有城市公交客运量的预测方法并没有考虑到原始数据的测量误差,为了弥补这种缺陷,以某市1998～2007年城市公交年客运量及该市的职工人数、居民零售额和职工收入作为原始数据,建立了城市公交客运量预测的线性测量误差模型,并对该市2008年、2009年、2010年的公交客运量进行了预测.通过与实际值的对比,结果表明,线性测量误差模型的预测精度相对较高,其预测结果可以为城市公交客运量规划提供依据. 相似文献

铁路客运量数据受多种因素影响而呈现出非线性等特点,为了进一步提高其预测精度,文章提出了粒子群算法（ PSO）优化支持向量机（ SVM）的公路客运量预测模型。利用PSO寻优能力突出的优点,对支持向量机的参数进行了优化选择,并用优化后的支持向量机模型对公路客运量进行预测。研究结果显示,相比BP神经网络和传统的SVM预测方法,基于PSO-SVM的预测精度更高,从而表明了粒子群算法优化支持向量机的方法是有效的。 相似文献

公路客运量和货运量预测是一个复杂的非线性问题,由于影响因素较多,难以用普通的数学方法建模,而建立BP神经网络可以表达这些非线性问题。根据公路客运量货运量历史数据及其相关影响因素数据建立了BP神经网络预测模型。利用实际数据确定网络输入与输出样本,对BP神经网络预测系统进行训练和预测。通过对网络输出预测结果与实际数据的分析,验证了BP神经网络预测系统的精确性和方便性,提高了公路客运货运预测的精确性。 相似文献

针对神经网络用于基坑变形预测存在结构难确定、训练易陷入局部最优及易过学习等问题,以已有的周边地表沉降为样本,利用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)建立基坑地表沉降预测模型,应用网格搜索算法优化模型参数,对基坑周边地表沉降进行连续滚动的多步预测。实例结果表明,LS-SVM用于基坑周边地表沉降预测效果较好,具有所需数据少、推广能力强等优点。 相似文献
