文章探讨高职院校辅导员职业自我效能感与工作绩效关系。研究方法采用职业自我效能感量表、工作绩效,量表对安徽、广东、江苏省内187名辅导员进行问卷调查。结果显示:①高职院校辅导员职业自我效能感总体较好,尤其是学生组织活动因子表现明显;②高职院校辅导员职业自我效能感在性别、年龄和学历方面有一点差异,但经过检验没有达到显著化水平;③职业自我效能中影响学生学习活动效能以及维持纪律效能与工作绩效呈正相关。最终结论是职业自我效能感对工作效率有一定影响。  相似文献

研究以江苏省和安徽省为例,采用"中小学教师工作压力问卷"和"一般自我效能感量表",对随机抽取的小学教师的职业压力和一般自我效能感进行考察。结果表明:小学教师的职业压力普遍存在,小学教师在职业因素、社会因素、家庭因素和学生因素等方面的压力得分较高。不同年龄、教龄及所教年级的小学教师在社会因素、职业因素和家庭因素存在显著差异,不同任课数量的教师在职业压力六个维度上均存在显著差异。小学教师的自我效能感与职业因素、组织因素、自我因素和学生因素等维度存在负相关。职业因素是教师一般自我效能感的有效预测变量。  相似文献

通过对小学青年教师教学效能感现状的调查研究与分析发现,小学青年教师教学效能感总体处于中等偏上水平,女教师个人教学效能感低于男教师,城区教师一般教学效能感低于乡镇教师,教龄5年以上的教师一般教学效能感低于教龄5年以下的教师,个人教学效能感高于教龄5年以下的教师。提高小学青年教师教学效能感的对策包括:加强社会支持,重视教师培训,提高职业认同感;加强教育研究,增加成功体验,融洽师生关系。  相似文献

通过对某高职学院1657名学生进行问卷调查发现:职业效能感中的收集信息、目标筛选、制定计划、问题解决等因素是影响高职学生就业心理压力的重要因素。比较了高职学生职业效能、就业压力的差异,分析了高职学生职业效能感与就业心理压力总体状况,提出了提高高职学生就业能力的对策与建议。  相似文献

为了了解男、女大学生择业价值取向和职业决策自我效能感的差异,采用《大学生职业决策自我效能感量表》和《大学生择业价值取向调查问卷》对574名大学生进行了相关的调查研究。研究结果表明,男、女大学生择业价值取向排序一致,但在工资福利、自我价值实现等六个维度上两者存在显著的差异;在职业决策自我效能感在问题解决维度上,男生的效能感比女生要高,两者的差异达到了显著水平,而总体和其余维度均不存在明显差异;男、女大学生的择业价值取向对各自的职业决策自我效能感均有预测作用,但发挥预测作用的因子不同,女大学生的职业决策自我效能感受专业及个人兴趣因子的影响较显著;而男大学生受工资福利因子影响较显著。  相似文献

调查显示:骨干幼儿教师主要由26~40岁、教龄在5~15年的女性构成;68%的骨干幼儿教师感觉到压力较大,主要职业压力源依次为待遇环境、工作职责、个人能力、外部期望;职业压力与心理素质呈显著负相关;人际关系压力对心理素质有预测作用,自尊、年龄、进取心和坚韧性能较好地预测职业压力.缓解骨干幼儿教师职业压力的对策包括改善待遇环境、提供专业发展机会、增强自我价值感、建立和谐的人际关系、提高自我调控能力等.  相似文献

用调查研究的方式,探查小学班主任教师对班主任角色的专业认同与反思。研究发现,班主任具备一定的专业理念,但还需进一步专业化:他们更重视学生的成绩而不是发展本身。班主任在岗前和在岗时都接受了培训,培训的力度较大。班主任要接受学校的评价和考核,他们感到的职业回报比较低:课时数没有明显减少,每天在班主任工作上平均多耗费3.58h,而每个月为此得到的经济报酬平均只有226.5元。尽管如此,他们的专业认同感却比较高,他们努力工作并为此有价值感。绝大多数班主任认为应该提高班主任的待遇,建立合理的评价机制来提高班主任的幸福感,让更多的教师愿意并乐于当班主任,并进一步能够把班主任工作作为主业来对待。  相似文献

环境是影响高校英语教师职业倦怠的重要因素,关乎教学的质量及教师的发展。对七所普通本科院校的英语教师进行调查,发现环境因素能通过三条路径的间接作用影响英语教师的职业倦怠:通过职业压力的中介作用;通过教学效能感的中介作用;通过职业压力与教学效能感的链式中介作用。因此,良好的社会、工作与生活环境有助于减轻英语教师工作压力、提高教学效能感,进而避免或减轻教师职业倦怠现象的产生。  相似文献

采用问卷调查的形式,对边远地区300名在职中小学女教师的职业压力基本表现进行研究,并分析了影响边远地区中小学女教师职业压力的主要因素。结果表明:(1)边远地区中小学女教师职业压力普遍较大,24.1%的女教师体验着重度的职业压力。(2)边远地区初中女教师在职业压力总分及各因子得分均显著高于小学和高中女教师;主科教师在考试压力和工作负荷方面压力显著高于副科教师;班主任教师在考试压力和工作负荷方面压力显著高于非班主任教师。(3)部分女教师面临家庭与事业发展的双重冲突,尤以研究生学历女性为最。(4)建立良好的社会支持系统是缓解教师职业压力的重要前提,增强自我职业压力管理能力是缓释教师职业压力的关键策略。  相似文献

In this paper, we present the results of a research programme we developed to investigate the professional identity of preschool education teachers in Greece. Our aim was to investigate parameters affecting not only the creation but also the reform of professional identity and to highlight potential differences in terms of professional identity. Contemporary approaches to professional identity – developed since the 80s – raise issues related primarily to participatory processes, reflection, autonomy and emancipation. Teachers’ professional identity is gradually developed through an ongoing process of three interrelated and complementary steps: (a) pre-service teacher education, (b) vocational integration and (c) exercise of professional duties and in-service training. We interviewed 20 teachers on their professional identity. We chose two categories of teachers based on two criteria: (a) their studies, and (b) their professional experience in the field. Tentative findings showed that professional experience was more important than studies in the construction of their professional identity. Professional identity also relates to both their professional experience and the dominant beliefs about early childhood education.  相似文献

This study shows that professional identity should not be viewed as a composed variable with a uniform structure. Based on the literature and previous research, we view teachers’ job satisfaction, self‐efficacy, occupational commitment and change in the level of motivation as indicators of teachers’ professional identity. Using two‐step cluster analysis, three distinct professional identity profiles have empirically been identified, based on data of 1214 teachers working in secondary education in the Netherlands. These profiles differed significantly regarding the indicators of teachers’ professional identity. Teachers belonging to the found profiles did not significantly differ in their amount of experience.  相似文献

Each summer between 1922 and 1938, up to 500 elementary school teachers from across Britain, and some from overseas, joined together in London for a two-week residential vacation course. Organised by Evans’ Brothers Publishers and patronised by leading educationists, politicians and policy-makers, the City of London Vacation Course came to be regarded as an important annual educational institution and a cutting-edge exemplar of teacher professional development. In spite of this apparent fame, it appears to have been entirely overlooked in the history of teacher education. This paper seeks to recover the lost story of the City of London Vacation Course and documents its educational and professional focus and its social and cultural function. Locating it within a wider educational, economic and political climate, the paper also examines how the City of London Vacation Course somehow captured and embodied the promise of an emergent new professionalism for elementary teachers during that period.  相似文献

职业倦怠作为教师面临工作压力时的一种极端反应,应站在教师专业发展的角度,针对教师职业生涯的不同阶段采取相应的措施。在“职前教育阶段”通过培养对教师职业特性的认识,增强他们面对压力的心理素质;通过提供入职培训,使进入“引导阶段”的新教师适应并胜任学校教学工作;通过鼓励教师参加各类科研、教研活动及对其生活、待遇等方面提供关心和支持,使进入“稳定和停滞阶段”的教师增强职业效能感,提高教师的工作积极性;当面对处于“生涯低落和退出阶段”的教师时,应更多地给予人文关怀。  相似文献

已有研究及现状表明,幼儿园教师专业技能的界定及其认识,需要基于《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》进一步梳理和反思。通过相关文本调研,并运用内容分析法进行分析、整理和统计,结果显示:1.在幼儿园教师的实际工作中,"观察了解儿童、交流沟通、教育活动设计与组织"等心智技能的需求更为迫切,而绘画、弹唱、舞蹈等操作技能,则实现着锦上添花的作用。2.专业技能和专业知识是幼儿园教师提升自身专业能力之必要条件,幼儿园教师的工作性质和状态决定了其专业技能和专业能力常常互通互融,而专业能力能更加全面地反映幼儿园教师的专业技能及其所处的水平和状态。  相似文献

It is often assumed that graduate students will develop as teacher educators simply by participating in a doctoral program. However, research has shown that doctoral students find the shift from teaching K-12 to preparing teachers to be a difficult transition. Within the context of a doctoral program community of practice established specifically for the purpose of examining this transition through self-study research, we sought to understand the shift in identity of a novice teacher educator working as an early field experience instructor with elementary science and mathematics preservice teachers. Our findings indicate that the process of self-study research, when supported within a community of practice, offered Jared the opportunity to recognize different aspects of his shifting professional identity, the dominance of particular aspects of his identity in certain situations, and the impact this was having on his students’ development as teachers. Developing this awareness of his adapting professional teaching identity from a classroom teacher to a teacher educator should help as he continues to develop his knowledge and skills working with teachers in different contexts and at different grade levels. Implications for how teacher education programs could better support the professional identity development of novice teacher educators through the use of a self-study focused community of practice are discussed.  相似文献
