以板栗苞壳为主要碳源物质,以稻草、杂树叶、板栗叶和桑枝屑等为辅助碳源物质,以米糠为氮源物质,设置10个处理进行杏鲍菇栽培试验。从菌丝生长状况、生长周期、子实体性状特征、生物学效率和菇的商品性状等方面进行对比分析,结果表明:利用板栗苞壳与板栗叶栽培杏鲍菇是可行的,单独以板栗苞壳为碳源物质或者在板栗苞壳中添加适量的稻草、杂树叶、板栗叶和桑枝屑等物质,均可获得较好的栽培效果。 相似文献

Whey protein concentrate （WPC 80） and sodium caseinate were hydrolyzed by Protamex to 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% degree of hydrolysis （DH）. WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were then analyzed, compared and evaluated for their nutritional qualities. Their chemical composition, protein solubility, amino acid composition, essential amino acid index （EAA index）, biological value （BV）, nutritional index （NI）, chemical score, enzymic protein efficiency ratio （E-PER） and in vitro protein digestibility （IVPD） were determined. The results indicated that the enzymatic hydrolysis of WPC 80 and sodium caseinate by Protamex improved the solubility and IVPD of their hydrolysates. WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were high-quality proteins and had a surplus of essential amino acids compared with the FAO/WHO/UNU （1985） reference standard. The nutritive value of WPC 80 and its hydrolysates was superior to that of sodium caseinate and its hydrolysates as indicated by some nutritional parameters such as the amino acid composition, chemical score, EAA index and predicted BV. However, the E-PER was lower for the WPC hydrolysates as compared to unhydrolyzed WPC 80 but sodium caseinate and its hydrolysates did not differ significantly. The nutritional qualities of WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were good and make them appropriate for food formulations or as nutritional supplements. 相似文献

A two-layer method based on support vector machines （SVMs） has been developed to distinguish epoxide hydrolases （EHs） from other enzymes and to classify its subfamilies using its primary protein sequences. SVM classifiers were built using three different feature vectors extracted from the primary sequence of EHs： the amino acid composition （AAC）, the dipeptide composition （DPC）, and the pseudo-amino acid composition （PAAC）. Validated by 5-fold cross tests, the first layer SVM classifter can differentiate EHs and non-EHs with an accuracy of 94.2% and has a Matthew＇s correlation coefficient （MCC） of 0.84. Using 2-fold cross validation, PAAC-based second layer SVM can further classify EH subfamilies with an overall accuracy of 90.7% and MCC of 0.87 as compared to AAC （80.0%） and DPC （84.9%）. A program called EHPred has also been developed to assist readers to recognize EHs and to classify their subfamilies using primary protein sequences with greater accuracy. 相似文献

Rats (n=6) visited four baited locations (randomly chosen on each trial; study phase), one of which was randomly selected to provide
chocolate. After short (1-h) or long (25-h) retention intervals (RIs), eight locations were available, and the four locations
not available in the study phase provided food (test phase); the chocolate location also provided food after long RIs. More
visits to the chocolate location occurred after long RIs than after short RIs. Next, chocolate was paired with LiCl during
the long RI (i.e., after encoding the chocolate location). Fewer revisits to the chocolate location occurred after LiCl than
in previous testing with the long RI. The rats demonstrated complete transfer when grape replaced chocolate after LiCl-chocolate
pairing. The discrimination of what, when, and where could not be based on adopting different revisit strategies at different

There is wide agreement among career counselors that there should not be a dichotomy between personal and career themes in career counseling. This article offers a Developmental Career Counseling (DCC) model that incorporates Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (STDP) principles, specifically, James Mann's (1973) model, into a career counseling process. Common principles of STDP and their relation to principles of DCC are discussed: developmental life-span approach, limited time, importance of working alliance, rapid and early assessment, central focus, active and directive counselor participation, therapeutic flexibility, dealing with termination and specific criteria for client suitability to work in STDP and DCC. The model is illustrated through a DCC case of 8 sessions that focused on issues of self-esteem. The implementation of insights, techniques, and processes, borrowed from STDP and incorporated into career counseling, are demonstrated and implications for the practice of DCC are discussed. 相似文献
