以聚酯多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,采用半预聚物法制备了邵A硬度为6090A的聚氨酯弹性体.考察了聚酯多元醇、硬段含量、扩链剂用量及固化温度对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响.所制弹性体具有良好的耐溶剂性能、力学性能和切削加工等性能,可用于丝网印刷胶刮.  相似文献

以"耐磨橡胶"著称的聚氨酯具有优异的弹性、抗摩擦性、高强度以及耐油性等优点,但是作为研究最早的阻尼材料之一,由于一般聚氨酯的有效阻尼温域较窄,因而在实际应用中不能充分发挥其阻尼作用而受到限制.针对这一问题,该文主要综述了聚氨酯材料阻尼改性方法:添加有机小分子、共混改性以及共聚改性,并且介绍了聚氨酯的软硬段结构及填料对其阻尼性能的影响,最后展望了聚氨酯阻尼材料的发展趋势.  相似文献

采用聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等分别合成了IPDI型和TDI型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,用共混的方法将阻燃剂FR-600引入到水性聚氨酯中,从而得到一系列阻燃水性聚氨酯。采用红外光谱对合成产物进行表征,并用氧指数仪、Zeta电位测试仪等对其性能进行研究。结果表明,阻燃剂FR-600能显著提高水性聚氨酯的阻燃性能,随着阻燃剂用量的增加,水性聚氨酯的极限氧指数不断增大,对于IPDI型水性聚氨酯,当阻燃剂FR-600的添加量为水性聚氨酯的8%时,其氧指数可达37%,使水性聚氨酯由可燃降低为不燃。对于TDI型水性聚氨酯,在阻燃剂添加量为10%时,其极限氧指数达到36%,达到了不燃级。粒径和Zeta电位测试表明,阻燃剂的加入对两种水性聚氨酯的粒径及稳定性影响不大。  相似文献

通过预聚体法制备了一种无溶剂单组份重防腐聚氨酯涂料(简称PU-1涂料),采用FTIR、TGA对该涂料及其固化后涂膜的结构、热稳定性进行了表征.并对该涂料性能进行了较为系统的测试,结果显示其附着力、耐盐雾、耐氙灯老化等性能均较好,超过了国内重防腐涂料的标准.  相似文献

从树脂工业化生产工艺的角度,探讨了分散设备、分散温度、熟化时间等因素对水性聚氨酯分散体和原漆贮存稳定性的影响;并通过对水性聚氨酯涂料的配漆工艺和涂料配方组分的研究,全面分析了涂料生产过程中剪切分散的速度与时间、涂料配方组分中成膜助剂与增稠剂等因素对涂料贮存稳定性与漆膜性能的影响,得到了制备优异贮存稳定性水性聚氨酯涂料的树脂生产工艺、配漆工艺及配方组分的优化配置方法。  相似文献

以质量分数50%的聚硅氧烷(DC-3074)、20%聚氨酯(DH317)和30%三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)为原料,经室温下冷混制得改性聚硅氧烷树脂,再以质量分数14%的氨基硅烷(HD-602)为固化剂,并加入适量颜料及助剂而制得改性聚硅氧烷彩色涂膜.该涂料具有优良的耐候性能(3 000h失光率≤15%),预计可用作钢结构重防腐涂料.  相似文献

提出利用数字散斑相关方法测量材料的电致伸缩性能的新方法.通过数字散斑相关方法得到面内位移,从而由几何三角关系得到离面位移,实现电致伸缩应变的测量.采用该方法对高电场作用下钛酸钡/聚氨酯复合高分子材料的电致伸缩性能进行了测量.在高电场作用下,对重复加电放电过程进行分析,得到电致伸缩应变,从而获取材料的电致伸缩系数.实验中采用双线性插值方法获取亚象素灰度值,以提高测量精度,并将结果与曲面拟合算法的计算结果进行了比较.结果表明:钛酸钡的加入提高了聚氨酯材料的电致伸缩性能;数字散斑相关方法可以有效地实现材料的电致伸缩系数的测量.该方法为电致伸缩性能的研究提供了一种有效的工具.  相似文献

This essay raises questions about the category of "resistance" in educational research and the methodological dilemmas posed by its interpretation. It suggests that psychoanalytic theory provides a way of thinking about resistance that might be helpful for thinking about the gap between the narration of experience and the interpretation of experience. The essay provides a brief overview of conceptualizations of resistance in educational research, discusses the notion of the psychoanalytic dialogue and the qualities of resistance it offers, and brings a psychoanalytic understanding of resistance to bear on a research story that, at first glance, does not appear to qualify as a story of resistance. There is a perception in British universities and art colleges that art students are not very good at writing, that they don't want to write, and furthermore, that writing gets in the way of the real business of making art. These perceptions are reinforced in much of the literature that has been produced about, and in support of, undergraduate art education in the last few decades. This paper will examine the tensions, both historical and contemporary, between academic practices (such as the academic essay, the dissertation) and fine art studio practices. This translative gap both produces, and perpetuates, a set of binaries: visual/textual, art/literature, words/images, Studio/Art History, making/writing. The net result of which is a resistance to writing from many Art students in Higher Education. I will outline subject specific multidisciplinary strategies used with undergraduate and postgraduate students to harness, and develop, this resistance as both transformational and inventive.  相似文献

This essay explores the case of twenty-three American POWs who refused to return to the United States at the end of the Korean War. It first highlights the role of resistance in liberal rhetorical theory and then uses resistance as a lens to analyze public discourse about the incident. Looking closely at the three most common explanations for the soldiers' turning (youth, impairment, and brainwashing), the essay shows how the debate over the nonrepatriates was fundamentally a controversy over the limits of persuasion.  相似文献

This essay takes a metaperspective on what it means to talk about rhetorical education, the subject of this collection. After exploring different senses of what the term may mean, the essay addresses three issues touched upon but not fully developed in the collection: first, the idea that rhetoric has no subject matter of its own but may instead be applied to any subject; second, why there is a cultural and historical moment in which questions of rhetorical education especially come before us; and third, why we should think about rhetoric outside the academy. This review concludes by suggesting that Cicero’s vision of The Orator sums up the aspirations for rhetorical education suggested in this collection.  相似文献

This essay provides a rhetorical analysis of the French film, Indochine. The authors argue that this cinematic representation constitutes a good example of “melancholic nostalgia,” where producers and viewers used archetypal characters and romantic entanglements as a way of explaining the strengths and weaknesses of various French and “Indo‐Chinese” colonial relationships. The essay argues that the producers of the film tapped into collective longings for symbolic pasts that may never have existed. The authors conclude that Indochine should be considered as a negotiated compromise that tells us more about the needs of modern Western, French and Vietnamese audiences than it does about any “real” colonial past.  相似文献
