用传统求电容的方法求非平行板电容器的电容值时颇为繁杂,然而,应用积分形式的电容特性公式C=[∫dl/εo(l)s(l)]^-1计算非平行板电容器的电容时则计算简单,物理图像清晰,计算结果精确.文中应用上述积分公式求出了非平行板电容器的电容值与用经典方法所得结果完全相同.  相似文献

Influence of Electrolyte on ESR of Medium Voltage Wet Tantalum Capacitors   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this paper, the influence of working electrolyte on high-frequency electrical performance of wet tantalum capacitors is studied. Emphasis is especially put on the study of the contribution of depolariser in reducing Equivalent Series Resistance(ESR). According to the theory of depolarization in electrochemistry and the theory of cathode capacitance of electrolytic capacitor, different kinds of depolarisers are added separately into the foregone electrolyte. Then capacitors are assembled with tantalum cores dipped with the compounded electrolytes. The best depolariser and its concentration in the whole electrolyte could be selected according to the test results of the capacitance and ESR of the capacitors. The results of our experiment show that depolariser Fe2 (SO4)3 used in working electrolyte of 100 V/IO0 μF wet tantalum capacitors can help to obtain lower ESR and higher capacitance at frequency from 0.1 kHz to 100 kHz.  相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanombes with homogeneous diameters (40 - 60 nm), produced by chemical vapor deposition of hydrocarbon gas, are purified by nitric acids. Infrared and Raman studies indicate that oxygen containing surface groups, which are predominately carboxylic, phenolic and lactonic groups, are introduced into purified carbon nanotubes. Then three kinds of block-form porous tablets of carbon nanotubes are fabricated as electrodes in electrochemical double-layer capacitors. Using mounded mixture comprising carbon nanotubes and binder powders provides these tablets. Comparison of the effect of different processing on the structural performance of the capacitors is specifically investigated. Using chemically treated electrodes, electrochemical double-layer capacitors with a specific capacitance of about 33 F/g are obtained with 38 wt % H2SO4 as the electrolyte.  相似文献

A simple and inexpensive method of building a charge meter is discussed and as an application two experiments are suggested. A charge meter can be used for identification and measurement of charges on dielectric media such as teflon, nylon, silk and rubber balloon obtained by method of friction. Teflon and rubber balloon are found to be negatively charged while silk and nylon are found to be positively charged. A charge meter can also be used to measure capacitance of parallel plate capacitors and hence calculate dielectric constant of the medium between its plates. The values of dielectric constant of transparency plastic sheet and plain paper so obtained are 2.71 ± 0.08 and 4.8 ± 0.29. In the last part, the effective capacitance of a capacitor obtained by placing paper and transparency plastic sheet placed one above the other is shown to be equivalent to a series combination of individual paper and transparency plastic sheet capacitors. These experiments can be pedagogical tools for teaching electrostatics.  相似文献

Power integrity (PI) has become a limiting factor for the chip's overall performance, and how to place in-package decoupling capacitors to improve a chip's PI performance has become a hot issue. In this paper, we propose an improved transmission matrix method (TMM) for fast decoupling capacitance allocation. An irregular grid partition mechanism is proposed, which helps speed up the impedance computation and complies better with the irregular power/ground (P/G) plane or planes with many vias and decoupling capacitors. Furthermore, we also ameliorate the computation procedure of the impedance matrix whenever decoupling capacitors are inserted or removed at specific ports. With the fast computation of impedance change, in-package decoupling capacitor allocation is done with an efficient change based method in the frequency domain. Experimental results show that our approach can gain about 5× speedup compared with a general TMM, and is efficient in restraining the noise on the P/G plane.  相似文献

以KMnO4为锰源,在180℃水热条件下反应24 h可控制备了α-,β-,δ-MnO2,采用高分辨扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了它们的微观形貌和晶型结构,并通过循环伏安、交流阻抗和恒流充放电比较了三者的电化学电容器性能,结果表明,在6 mol/L KOH电解液中δ-MnO2表现出最好的电容性能,当电流密度为1 mA/cm2时,比电容最大,容量高达162.78 F/g。  相似文献

以非线性电容RLC串联电路为研究对象,应用多尺度法求得2次超谐共振的幅频响应方程,并且通过数值计算可知,电子元器件的参数变化对振幅值具有影响,幅频响应曲线具有跳跃和滞后现象,即电阻可以抑制振幅值,电源、电容、电感可以增大振幅值。  相似文献
