Recently bilingual teaching in China＇s universities has been widely carded out and become a popular subject for study. In this paper, the reasons for bilingual teaching of molecular biology are pointed out, the textbook of molecular biology and teaching method in bilingual teaching classes are determined after investigation and the practice of bilingually teaching molecular biology use both English and Chinese in a class. The effect has proved good. Present English learning and teaching in colleges especially in Art Academy is far from satisfactory.English,as one of the most important international languages,plays a more and more important role in the international communication.In this paper,the author tries to apply TBLT(Task-based Language Teaching) to oral English teaching.The experiment chose 102 freshmen of two classes in College of Broadcasting and Hosting in CUCN(Communication University of China,Nanjing) as subjects,lasting 16 weeks all together.In the experimental class,the participants are taught with the new method with the aid of TBLT,while in the controlled class,the traditional approach was utilized.By means of data analysis and daily observation of teaching experiment,with the help of the software SPSS and MATLAB,the comparison of both class and of the EC before and after the experiment has verified that the new method with the aid of TBLT has a more positive effect in improving students’oral proficiency,es pecially for students who had a poor performance in speaking before. 相似文献

English speaking has been paid more attention today, especially in the age of globalization. Teachers are attempting to find out more effective methods to enhance the teaching results of English speaking. Facing the great demands and present difficulties of oral English classes, teachers have to conduct more study and practice to find out what roles that an oral English teacher has to take in the oral English classroom. Compared with the traditional teaching role in the English classroom, an oral English teacher has to fulfill more than one role in the classroom teaching so as to provide better learning conditions for students. Lacking more exposure to the real interaction with native speakers, students expect the oral English teacher to be a creator of the language environment. With various teaching and learning activities in the oral English classroom, the teacher has to be a good organizer to ensure every student to achieve improvement. An oral English teacher also has to correct students’language errors while ensuring the smooth progress of the classroom teaching. In this dissertation, questionnaire is the main way to accomplish the research. Some basic information of culture teaching in today’s English listening class has been drawn from those questionnaires carried out by the students from Hechi University. The era of Asia has been felt in foreign language education in Japan, with more and more youth reportedly opting to study Chinese and Korean as the second foreign language. The shift in popularity, from European to Asian languages, not only reflects the societal demand for the institutional rearrangement of academic staff but also stirs teachers of European languages to appeal for the continued study of their language. The present discussion paper, drawing from secondary statistics and scholarly knowledge, first reviews a series of Japan’s foreign language education policies from the 1990s to 2012 that have been affecting the organizational structure of foreign language education in Japanese higher education. The study then addresses an array of issues that emerge with the changing needs of the times: the waning popularity of European languages, the Japanese government’s policy shift to English and Chinese, English language professionals’ detached attitudes toward other language education, and the dominance of university language teachers with little to no language teaching training. By addressing these pending yet gravely overlooked issues that merit due attention from language teaching professionals beyond Japan, the present study hopes to provide insight into the traditionally one-sided, English-centric discussion on foreign language education in Japanese higher education in a matter that is informative for international scholarship. 相似文献
