职业教育体系的制度设计与国家发展职业教育的战略定位密切相关。不同的职业教育发展战略定位决定着不同的职业教育体系的设计思路。本文以我国现行职业教育体系为基础,在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上,提出了中、高等职业教育并重的策略,大力发展中等职业教育和专科层次的高等职业教育,积极发展本科层次、探索发展研究生层次的职业教育。同时提出要发展多样化的中等职业教育,确立第四级教育——教育转换中心在教育体系中的地位。 相似文献
