工程训练是高等工程教育的重要实践组成部分,对培养大学生的实践创新能力具有重大作用,但传统的工程训练模式已不能满足新时代创新型、复合型、应用型人才的培养需求。为了充分发挥工程训练中心在创新型人才培养上的作用,探索工程训练教学新模式,通过分析现有传统工程训练的局限性和问题,对创新型工程训练教学模式进行顶层设计,构建了新的实训体系、搭建了创新平台、建设了师资队伍,创新了课程教学,形成了质量保障体系。这种创新型工程训练教学模式在实践与应用中取得了较好的效果,对大学生实践与创新能力的培养起到了推动作用。 相似文献
