近年来固原变电所的部分35KV断路器经常出现在手跳或保护动作跳闸后由于控制回路断线而不能再次合闸的情况。这种断路器属于手车式开关。经仔细对断路器控制回路检查分析,找出了造成断路器无法合闸的原因,并采取措施,对断路器二次控制回路进行了整改,很好地解决了这一问题。 相似文献

The existing literature has given little consideration to social values of information technology in general or of wireless technology in particular. The purpose of this paper is thus to shed new light on this issue. Based on an interpretive case study, we examine two healthcare organisations and discover that social values are often manifested beyond, as well as within, organisations. A matrix of social values in relation to technology changes and their interactions with various stakeholders is further discussed. The matrix helps understand how various social values emerge from and revolve around organisations’ strategic management of information technology. The implications of the findings about social values are discussed and future research directions are suggested. 相似文献

A mathematical analysis of sequential fault transients due to series and shunt faults is important in the study of circuit breaker pole openings and reclosings with arc resistances. The line loading itself becomes unbalanced momentarily due to load switching. Each double fault is developed in sequence, therefore the initial currents in the second and third fault must be treated properly under transient conditions. New sequence component variables λμ0 and ρσ0 are used with αβ0 components. This study is useful for small power systems as well for large power systems. A digital simulation of various series and shunt faults is presented in a generalized manner using αβ0, λμ0 and ρσ0 components. 相似文献

The inputs to mathematical models of library operations require periodic updating. The data collection effort necessary for such updating can be quite expensive. However, if the data collected can serve multiple purposes, the costs can perhaps be justified. A management information system offers a vehicle for multiple uses of data and thus, offers an appropriate environment for implementation of models of library operations. Within this paper, the design of a model-based management information system is discussed in terms of mathematical /statistical, information processing, and human factors issues. An information retrieval system is modeled from the point of view of a user linearly scanning the output list for relevant records of citations. Expected search length, a measure of retrieval system performance, is shown to be affected by the stopping rule employed by the user to determine when to terminate the search. Three stopping rules are considered: the satiation rule, the disgust rule, and the combination rule. The effects of these various stopping rules on expected search length are examined and discussed in detail. 相似文献

The retrieved documents are perceived, several traditional information retrieval evaluation models are visualized and interpreted, and new non-traditional retrieval control means based on the model are explored in the two-dimensional angle display space.
