教师专业化的概念引入我国以来,已为人们广泛接受,但是实现教师专业化还是一个理想。教师专业化的实现,有赖于教师教育的专业化;教师教育的专业化,有赖于高等教育中教师教育专业成为一个合法性的专业,现在中国高等教育中还没有这样一个专业。因此教师专业化的实践,在目前的中国还有困难。教师教育专业的建立要以一定的学科为基础,教师教育专业的学科基础就是教师教育学科。目前教师专业化实践的困境,恰恰是教师教育学科理论生长的条件。 相似文献

所谓教师专业化，简而言之，就是教师职业争取成为专业的过程。专业作为一种社会现象，早在17世纪已在欧洲出现，它因在社会中享有优厚的经济待遇，良好的职业声望和较高的政治权利，使得它们的许多特质及其形成方式常常成为其他职业效仿的对象，许多职业把对专业的效仿视为改善职业地位，促进职业群体社会流动的主要手段。而教师作为社会上一种从业人数众多，工作重要性日趋显著的职业，不可避免地会受到这种职业发展潮流的影响。只不过19世纪以前，西方教师职业的专业化趋向，是在不自觉的、被动的、隐性的状态下进行的。到了20世纪，由于受到西方掀起的专业研究热潮以及由此带来的职业专业化潮流的影响，西方教师职业开始了主动的、显性的专业化过程。到了20世纪80年代后，由于教育发展的需要，提高教师社会地位的呼声以及专业化模式的转型，使得教师专业化进入了一个全新的阶段。伴随着这个教师专业化的历史，教师教育模式也大致相应地有三个类型——学徒模式、技能熟练模式与反思性实践模式。下面将分析教师专业化理论的发展是如何促进教师教育模式的演变以及适应当今教师专业化理论的教师教育模式。 相似文献
