Switched systems are complicated due to the switching among the subsystems. When the subsystem models are unknown, control problems on switched systems turn to be more intractable. In this paper, the optimal switching problems are investigated for continuous-time switched autonomous systems with unknown dynamics and a finite-horizon cost function. Firstly, a novel data-driven optimal scheduling approach is proposed based on the estimated insertion gradients. Secondly, aiming at switched systems with a prescribed switching sequence, a data-driven optimal switching time approach is proposed based on the estimated derivatives of the cost with respect to the switching times. The two approaches take advantages of plenty state data containing necessary information instead of the system models. Furthermore, the errors of the approaches are analysed and bounded. Finally, simulation results of two examples are given to show the validity of the two approaches.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the stability and stabilization problems for a family of hybrid linear parameter-varying systems with stochastic mode switching. The switching phenomenon is modeled by a semi-Markov stochastic process which is more generalized than a Markov stochastic process. With the construction of a Lyapunov function that depends on both the parameter variation and operating mode, numerical testable stability and stabilization criteria are established in the sense of σ-error mean square stability with the aid of some mathematical techniques that can eliminate the terms containing products of matrices. To test the effectiveness of the designed stabilizing controller, we apply the developed theoretical results to a numerical example.  相似文献

A novel partitioning approach for linear switching large-scale systems is presented. We assume that the modes of the switching system are unknown a priori but can be detected. We propose an online partitioning scheme that can partition the system when the mode switches, thus adapting the partition to the mode. Moreover, after the system has been partitioned, we apply a decentralized state-feedback control scheme to stabilize the system. We also apply a dwell time stability scheme to prove that the closed-loop system remains stable even after both the mode and partition changes. The proposed approach is illustrated by means of an automatic generation control problem related to frequency deviation regulation in a large-scale power network.  相似文献

In this paper, the stability problem of discrete-time systems with time-varying delay is considered. Some new stability criteria are derived by using a switching technique. Compared with the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) approach, the method used in this paper has two features. First, a switched model, which is equivalent to the original system and contains more delay information, is introduced. It means that the criteria obtained by using the LKF method can be regarded as stability criteria for the switched system under arbitrary switching. Second, when the switching signal is known, the stability problem for the switched model under constrained switching is considered and piecewise LKFs are adopted to obtain stability criteria. Since constrained switching is less conservative than arbitrary switching if the switching signal is known, one can know that the obtained results in this paper are less conservative than some existing ones. Two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper concerns the simultaneous fault detection and control (SFDC) problem for a class of nonlinear stochastic switched systems with time-varying state delay and parameter uncertainties. The switching signal of detector/controller unit (DCU) is assumed to be with switching delay, which results in the asynchronous switching between the subsystems and DCU. By constructing a switching strategy depending on the state and switching delays, new sufficient conditions expressed by a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is derived to design DCU gains. This problem is formulated as an H optimization problem and both mean square exponential stability and fault detection of augmented system are considered. A numerical example is finally exploited to verify the effectiveness and potential of the achieved scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of designing an observer-based quantized feedback controller for the continuous-time switched linear systems, in which the transmission of switching signal is subject to unbounded delays and packet loss. To deal with the unbounded switching delays, we design a constant d¯ to determine that the switching signal received by controller is ignored or not. Based on that, if the signal is timestamped, the controller’s mode is uniquely determined. Moreover, we adjust the quantizer parameters in real time depending on the actual transmission situations to ensure the unsaturation of quantizer and thus the boundness of quantization error. Within this setup, we derive a maximum allowable packet loss rate ensuring the mean square stability of the closed-loop switched systems. An illustrative example is given to show the usefulness of the proposed framework for the quantized stabilization of some classes of switched systems.  相似文献

A novel scheme is presented for solving the problem of optimal switching with nonlinear autonomous subsystems. This scheme determines the approximate global optimal solution for different initial conditions in a feedback form. Restrictions, including the need to enforce a mode sequence and/or a number of switching, do not exist for the developed method. Performance is evaluated in several examples with different complexities and the numerical simulation shows great promises for the controller.  相似文献

We study the input-to-state stability (ISS) of switched nonlinear input delay systems under asynchronous switching. Our results apply to cases where some subsystems of the switched systems are not necessarily stable under the influence of input delay. By making a compromise among the matched-stable period, the matched-unstable period, and the unmatched period and allowing the increase of the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) on all the switching times, the extended stability criteria for switched delay systems in generally nonlinear setting are derived first. Then, we focus on switched nonlinear input delay systems where the presence of the input delay leads to the instability of some subsystems of it. By explicitly constructing input-to-state stable LKF, the sufficient conditions for ISS of switched nonlinear input delay systems under asynchronous switching are presented. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theory.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the quantitative mean square exponential stability and stabilization for stochastic systems with Markovian switching. First, the concept of quantitative mean square exponential stability(QMSES) is introduced, and two stability criteria are derived. Then, based on an auxiliary definition of general finite-time mean square stability(GFTMSS), the relations among QMSES, GFTMSS and finite time stochastic stability (FTSS) are obtained. Subsequently, QMSE-stabilization is investigated and several new sufficient conditions for the existence of the state and observer-based controllers are provided by means of linear matrix inequalities. An algorithm is given to achieve the relation between the minimum states’ upper bound and the states’ decay velocity. Finally, a numerical example is utilized to show the merit of the proposed results.  相似文献

We consider the stability and L2-gain analysis problem for a class of switched linear systems. We study the effects of the presences of input delay and switched delay in the feedback channels of the switched linear systems with an external disturbance. By contrast with the most of the contributions available in literatures, we do not require that all the modes of the switched system are stable when input delay appears in the feedback input. By reaching a compromise among the matched-stable period, the matched-unstable period, and the unmatched period and permitting the increasing of the multiple Lyapunov functionals on all the switching times, the solvable conditions of exponential stability and weighted L2-gain are developed for the switched system under mode-dependent average dwell time scheme (MDADT). Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theory.  相似文献

This paper investigates the adaptive synchronization for coupled harmonic oscillators with switching topology. Edge-based adaptive control protocols are proposed for both leaderless and leader-following synchronization for coupled harmonic oscillators with switching topology. Using Lyapunov stability theory, by parting the topology graph into connected components (containing at least two connected vertices) and isolated vertex components (containing a isolated vertex), full distributed adaptive synchronization conditions are obtained, which can guarantee that the synchronization conditions do not require any global information except a mild connection assumption. Finally numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the theoretical findings.  相似文献

This paper studies the E-exponential stability of mode-dependent linear switched singular systems with stable and unstable subsystems. First, by constructing an appropriate multiple discontinuous Lyapunov function, new sufficient conditions of E-exponential stability for linear switched singular systems are established. Considering the feature of mode-dependent average dwell time switching, we adopt the switching strategy where fast switching and slowing switching are respectively applied to unstable and stable subsystems. Compared with the existing results, our approach is more flexible and tighter bounds can be obtained. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed criteria.  相似文献

This paper presents the design of a hysteresis band controller to regulate the switching frequency in a sliding mode controlled nonlinear Boost power converter. The proposed architecture relies on a piecewise linear modeling of the switching function behavior within the hysteresis band, and consists of a continuous-time integral-type controller that modifies the amplitude of the hysteresis band of the comparator in accordance with the error between the desired and the actually measured switching period. The study provides the dynamical models of the converter operating in sliding mode and the switching frequency control loop. Moreover, the design of the parameters of both the sliding mode control and the switching frequency controller guarantee the fulfilment of the desired output voltage regulation of the Boost converter and the steady state setting of the switching frequency with a known, taylored dynamics. A Boost power converter prototype has been built to validate the proposal. Experimental results confirm the predicted good performance of the controllers, as well as the robustness with respect to changes in the switching frequency reference and the system parameters.  相似文献

In this paper, the networked stabilization of discrete-time periodic piecewise linear systems under transmission package dropouts is investigated. The transmission package dropouts result in the loss of control input and the asynchronous switching between the subsystems and the associated controllers. Before studying the networked control, the sufficient conditions of exponential stability and stabilization of discrete-time periodic piecewise linear systems are proposed via the constructed dwell-time dependent Lyapunov function with time-varying Lyapunov matrix at first. Then to tackle the bounded time-varying packet dropouts issue of switching signal in the networked control, a continuous unified time-varying Lyapunov function is employed for both the synchronous and asynchronous subintervals of subsystems, the corresponding stabilization conditions are developed. The state-feedback stabilizing controller can be directly designed by solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) instead of iterative optimization used in continuous-time periodic piecewise linear systems. The effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results is illustrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider global adaptive feedback control of nonlinear systems with unknown parameters entering nonlinearly. Such unknown parameters are also not required to lie in a known compact set. Unlike previous results, our proposed adaptive controller is a new double dynamical switching-type controller in which the controller parameter is tuned in a flexible switching manner via a monotonically decreasing switching logic and the controller combines the traditional adaptive theorem with the switching scheme perfectly. Global stability results of the closed-loop system have been proved.  相似文献

In this paper, a multi-model switching control is developed for air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with variable geometry inlet(AHV-VGI). A variable geometry inlet with the translating cowl is adopted to capture the enough air mass flow for the scramjet engine, which can ensure a more powerful thrust. However, the using of VGI causes the unknown changes of the aerodynamics and thrust, making the model of AHV more complex. Therefore, we firstly analyze the thrust characteristic with the translating cowl and present the conception of optimal elongation distance of translating cowl(EDTC). Consequently, multiple different nonlinear aerodynamic models are constructed by curve fitting for each position of the translating cowl. Then, a switching mechanism dependent on EDTC is proposed and the adaptive RBF neural controllers are designed for velocity subsystem and altitude system of every model. Furthermore, the common Lyapunov functional is constructed to prove the stability of the multi-model switching process. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach for AHV-VGI.  相似文献

This paper investigates consensus problem for heterogeneous discrete linear time-invariant (LTI) multi-agent systems subjected to time-varying network communication delays and switching topology. A new two-stage consensus protocol is proposed based on stochastic, indecomposable and aperiodic (SIA) matrix and pseudo predictive scheme. With pseudo predictive scheme the network delay is compromised. Consensus analysis based on seminorm is provided. Results give conditions for such systems with periodic switching topology and time-varying delays to reach consensus. Highlights of the paper include: the protocol can be implemented in a distributed manner; the pseudo predictive approach requires less computation and communication; the verification of consensus convergence does not require the global information about the communication topology; the protocol allows delay to be time-varying, topology to dynamically and asymmetrically switch and system mode to be unstable. Numerical and practical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper studies the time-varying output formation tracking problems for heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems with multiple leaders in the presence of switching directed topologies, where the agents can have different system dynamics and state dimensions. The outputs of followers are required to accomplish a given time-varying formation configuration and track the convex combination of leaders’ outputs simultaneously. Firstly, using the neighboring relative information, a distributed observer is constructed for each follower to estimate the convex combination of multiple leaders’ states under the influences of switching directed topologies. The convergence of the observer is proved based on the piecewise Lyapunov theory and the threshold for the average dwell time of the switching topologies is derived. Then, an output formation tracking protocol based on the distributed observer and an algorithm to determine the control parameters of the protocol are presented. Considering the features of heterogeneous dynamics, the time-varying formation tracking feasible constraints are provided, and a compensation input is applied to expand the feasible formation set. Sufficient conditions for the heterogeneous multi-agent systems with multiple leaders and switching directed topologies to achieve the desired time-varying output formation tracking under the designed protocol are proposed. Finally, simulation examples are given to validate the theoretical results.  相似文献

Time-varying formation tracking problems for high-order multi-agent systems with switching topologies are investigated. Different from the previous work, the states of the followers form a predefined time-varying formation while tracking the state of the leader with bounded unknown control input. Besides, the communication topology can be switching, and the dynamics of each agent can have nonlinearities. Firstly, a nonlinear time-varying formation tracking control protocol is presented which is constructed using only local neighboring information. Secondly, an algorithm with four steps is proposed to design the time-varying formation tracking protocol, where the time-varying formation tracking feasibility condition is introduced. Thirdly, by using the Lyapunov theory, the stability of the proposed algorithm is proven. It is proved that the high-order multi-agent system with switching topologies achieves the time-varying formation tracking if the feasibility condition holds and the dwell time is larger than a positive constant. Finally, a numerical example with six followers and one leader is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper studies the exponential stability of the nonlinear time-controlled switching systems with delay. Two Lyapunov-type stability theorems for such systems with and without state jumps at switching instants are developed, and the corresponding exponential convergence rates are estimated.
