在水果的生长过程中,使用有机磷农药是不可避免的,而残留的有机磷农药影响人们的身体健康．在测定残留的有机磷农药含量时,将水果匀浆后经混合溶剂提取,固相萃取柱净化,经气相色谱FPD检测,各种有机磷农药的相关系数r均在0．99以上,平均回收率为60．0％～98．9％,相对标准偏差RSD为6．57％～19．0％,最低检出限为1μg／mL．它能满足多种残留有机磷农药的同时测定． 相似文献

本文研究了草莓中的有机磷农药(包括甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、治螟磷、氧化乐果、马拉硫磷、治螟硫磷、对硫磷、丙溴磷、三唑磷)残留检测方法.方法:选用乙酸乙酯提取浓缩后经活性炭柱净化,DB-1701毛细管柱色谱分离,用气相色谱-FPD检测器测定.结果9种农药在18 min内获得良好的分离,在0.05-1.0μg/mL的浓度范围线性良好,相关系数r为0.9982 ～0.9999,检测限可达0.002 ～ 0.08 mg/kg,当添加水平为0.5μg//mL时,本法回收率范围为87.6％～96.8％.该法快速准确灵敏,且易操作. 相似文献

对竹笋上常用的有机磷和拟除虫菊酯种杀虫剂采用乙腈提取其农药残留,用SPE弗罗里硅柱净化,气相色谱法进行测定．测得10种杀虫荆农药的线性相关系数为0．9982～0．9992,添加浓度为0．01mg／kg～0．1mg／kg时其回收率在80．6％-124．4％之间,变异系数1．16％～18．2％,竹笋中农药的最低捡出限为0．01mg／kg．该方法可一次性处理样品,同时检测多种农药的残留． 相似文献

用固相萃取和气相色谱法对西江（珠江的主干）进行了为期1a的水相和颗粒相中17种有机氯农药（OCPs）测定。结果表明,水相OCPs的含量范围在2．28～10．21ng／L之间,颗粒物是OCPs的含量变化在20．29-58．74ng／g之间,经过分析得出西江水体中,有机氯农药主要以水相为主,颗粒物中农药所占比例远小于水相中。就OCPs来讲,研究区水质符合国家I类水标准。其来源方面地表径流对此有很大的贡献。西江中六六六类、DDT类和总OCPs的年通量为272．3,164．6,1245．3kg。 相似文献

利用SIPF技术，直接测定水样中10种重金属元素，通过对灰化温度、背景扣除、基体改进剂等三方面的研究，得出了各被测重金属元素的最佳灰化温度，确定了测定海水或其它水样中重金属元素的方法，即用硝酸调节水样的PH值为1，在最佳灰化温度下，用D2扣除背景，用氩气作护气进行测定。该方法测定各重金属的加标回收率为91．3－108．4％，相对欲望 为3．49－9．12％，具有准确度和精确度高等优点。 相似文献

From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
