采用磷酸浸渍葵花籽壳在350850℃的炭化温度下制备生物质活性炭并用自制的生物质活性炭吸附水溶液中的硝基苯.通过对磷酸浸渍比、磷酸浓度、炭化温度、溶液的p H值、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附结果的影响等因素的研究,得到在磷酸浸渍比为2:1、磷酸浓度为50%、炭化温度为650℃条件下制得的活性炭比表面积达到1494.883 m2·g-1;在吸附时间110 min、吸附温度为20℃、溶液p H为7的条件下其对水溶液中的硝基苯有最佳吸附效果.硝基苯的吸附去除率可达到95.82%、吸附量达到47.91 mg·g-1. 相似文献

利用以白芍秸秆废料为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备活性炭,研究了磷酸浓度、浸渍时间、炭化温度和炭化时间对白芍秸秆活性炭产品碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝吸附值和收率的影响。在最佳工艺条件下,所制备的活性炭的比表面积达到677.7 m2/g,对碘的吸附值为1098.6 mg/g,亚甲基蓝的吸附值为316.4 mg/g,收率为60.5%。 相似文献

以磷酸溶液:花生壳质量比为1.5:1的磷酸浸渍花生壳。在300℃～900℃的炭化温度制备生物质活性炭;用自制的活性炭吸附水溶液中的硝基苯。并从磷酸浸渍比、炭化温度、吸附时间、吸附温度、溶液的pH值几方面考查对其吸附的影响。结果表明,磷酸浸渍比为30%、炭化温度为800℃、吸附时间为80～90 min、吸附温度为15℃、溶液pH为6～8时条件下的吸附效果最好。硝基苯的吸附去除率为90.06%、吸附量为45.03 mg.g-1。 相似文献

研究了以烟煤为原料制备颗粒活性炭的工艺过程 ,讨论了原煤炭、活化温度、活化时间、活性炭收率等工艺条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,煤制活性炭的最佳工艺条件 :粒度 180目 ,筛余量小于3% ,粘结剂用量为原料粉的 30 % ,炭化温度 5 6 0℃ - 6 0 0℃ ,合适活化温度 85 0℃ - 90 0℃。文章还讨论了煤制活性炭去除水污染物的效能及机理 相似文献

采用搅拌球磨机对木薯淀粉进行机械活化,以不同活化时间的木薯淀粉为原料,CuSO4为催化荆,H2O2为氧化剂干法制备氧化淀粉,并以钙离子配合能力为评价指标,分别考察羧基含量、pH值、温度、钙离子浓度、配合时间等因素对木薯氧化淀粉软化硬水能力的影响.结果表明,机械活化对木薯氧化淀粉软化硬水的能力有显著的影响.由活化60min的木薯淀粉制得的氧化淀粉当羧基含量为0.49%及0.84%时,在体系pH值10、温度30℃、钙离子浓度4mmol/L、配合时间20min的条件下钙离子的配合量分别为106.7mg/g及136.70mg/g,而在相同条件下,由原木薯淀粉制得的氧化淀粉当羧基含为0.49%时,钙离子的配合量仅为48.0mg/g. 相似文献

以可再生生物质玉米芯为原料,CO_2为活化剂,制得玉米芯基活性碳(ACs)。通过改变活化温度,进一步研究了ACs的孔隙结构对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当活化温度为900℃时,ACs可获得最大的比表面积(1 427 m2/g),总孔容(0. 866 cm3/g)及发达的微孔结构,且ACs对亚甲基蓝的吸附有最大值;而当活化温度为800℃时,ACs具有最高的CO_2吸附值且极微孔含量丰富。ACs对CO_2的吸附能力主要取决于其极微孔含量,而与比表面积没有太大关系。 相似文献

以福州市大学城污水处理厂污泥为主要原料,采用氯化锌活化-管式炉热解法制备污泥基活性炭.结果表明,氯化锌化学活化-管式炉热解法制备污泥活性炭的最佳工艺参数为:以亚甲基蓝吸附值和得率作为控制指标,综合考虑所得最佳水平组合为活化剂浓度为3 mol/L、热解温度为550℃、热解时间为2h、液固比为1.5∶1,所得活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值为41.9 mg/g,得率为48.9％.并在此基础上,表征、分析了污泥、污泥活性炭和商品活性炭的微观形貌、比表面积、浸出重金属含量. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex. 相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
