采用循环式生物曝气滤池工艺(CBAF),对炼油碱性污水硫化物进行了预处理实验研究,初步探讨其去除机理。研究了不同水力停留时间(HRT)、溶解氧(DO)、pH等对污水中硫化物的影响。当水力停留时间为32h,溶解氧不小于2mg·L^-1,pH范围在5~8时,硫化物平均去除率达到99.5%,且循环式生物曝气滤池工艺处理效果好.运行稳定。  相似文献

在一定的电解装置内研究可溶阳极(铁阳极)电解法处理漂染废水技术,探究废水的电流强度、pH值和电解时间对废水CODcr去除效果的影响规律。结果表明采用可溶阳极(铁阳极)法处理漂染废水的最佳工艺条件是:电解时间为20min时,电流强度为300~400mA.进水pH值5,5~6,处理后CODcr去除率达61.4%。  相似文献

采用实验室规模的序批式活性污泥曝气反应器(SBR)工艺处理模拟的印染废水.通过实验分析了不同曝气时间、进水浓度、静沉时间与SBR处理效果之间的关系,确定了SBR法处理中低浓度的印染废水的最佳运行参数.实验结果表明,在SBR的曝气时间为8h,沉淀时间为1h的条件下,且废水进水pH值为7.5~8.6,COD—cr为8901080mg/L、氨氮为13~20mg/L、色度为350倍左右时,该工艺对CODcr、氨氮、色度等均有很好的去除效果,经处理的印染废水COD、氨氮、色度去除率分别为50%~70%、40%~67%、20%.该法具有投资少、运行费用低、操作简单的特点.  相似文献

在处理制革废水中常用SBR工艺,试验探讨了不同HRT、进水pH、COD负荷、NH3-N浓度、活性污泥浓度的运行参数,研究SBR工艺处理制革废水的最优运行参数.结果表明:SBR反应器在进水COD为1500~2000mg/L、NH3-N为150~250mg/L、pH为7.5、运行污泥浓度在3.0g/L左右、曝气时间为18h时COD去除率能达到95%左右,NH3-N去除率达到97%左右,其出水能够达到一级出水标准.  相似文献

采用曝气生物滤池-臭氧氧化工艺处理焦化废水.考察生化水力停留时间、臭氧投加量、pH值、臭氧氧化时间等工艺参数对COD去除率的影响.结果表明:该工艺能有效降低焦化废水中的有机污染物浓度;当进水COD为987-1123mg/L时,组合工艺处理出水COD稳定在150mg/L以下,满足综合排放二级标准.  相似文献

为了提高含高嘧啶类制药废水的可生化性能并在一定程度上降低该废水的COD,采用臭氧氧化法对该废水进行预处理研究。采用正交试验考察了pH值、H2O2和反应时间及三种因素两两交互作用对臭氧氧化嘧啶类废水COD去除的影响。结果表明:H2O2的剂量对嘧啶废水COD去除率的影响高度显著;其次为停留时间,pH值和三种因素的两两交互作用影响不显著。在90min内O3将嘧啶废水的BOD5/COD由0.11提高至0.36。氧化时间过长,会使易降解有机物进一步氧化,可生化性降低。  相似文献

A sequencing batch reactor (SBR) seeded with activated sludge was established for landfill leachate treatment. Small bio-aggregates began to appear after 40-d operation, and gradually changed to mature aerobic granules, with a mean size of 0.36–0.60 mm. Their sludge volume index at 5 min (SVI5 min), mixed liquor volatile suspended solids (MLVSS), and wet density were around 35 ml/g, 3.4 g/L, and 1.062 g/cm3, respectively. The settling velocities of the granules in distilled water ranged from 0.3 to 1.3 cm/s, which were faster than those in landfill leachate with a salt content of 1.4% (w/v), and also slightly faster than those predicted by Stokes’ law for porous but impermeable particles. Microbial community evolution during the granulation process and stages under different nitrogen loading rates (NLRs) were monitored and analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE), cloning, and sequencing of 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) fragments. Results revealed that some primary and dominant communities in inoculating activated sludge died out gradually; while a few common bacteria, inhabiting soils, municipal wastewater, or activated sludge systems, dominated in the SBR system throughout. In addition, some other dominant species, associated with the aerobic granulation process, were thought to play a significant role in the formation and growth of aerobic granular sludge. During the stable operation time under low NLR, a few species were present in abundance, and may have been responsible for the high organic removal efficiency at this time.  相似文献

The mechanical dewatering of activated sludge is difficult due to its high compressibility, which can be improved by electroosmosis. In electroosmosis, direct electric field is applied to sludge cake. Based on the conductivity modes of different sludge beds, a model is presented in which sludge cake consists of two series parts in the circuit: a dewatered bed and an undewatered one. The dewatered bed called solid conductor is mainly made up of immovable water and sludge particles. The undewatered bed includes movable water and solid conductor, which are connected in parallel in the circuit. The model describes the variation of water content with time and electric power consumption as a function of water content in sludge cake, and interprets the reason for the variation of electroosmotic dewatering rate. Comparison with the experimental data for electroosmotic dewatering under constant voltage supports the validity of the model.  相似文献

以造纸废水处理厂污泥为主要原料,采用化学活化法制备活性炭,考查了活化剂的浓度、活化温度、活化时间、固液比等方面对污泥吸附性能的影响.结果表明:在氯化锌溶液为40%、活化温度为600℃、活化时间为15 min、固液比为1∶3的最佳条件下制备的污泥活性炭碘值达到320 mg·g-1,而加入10%的茶梗添加剂制备的活性炭碘值可达503 mg·g-1,因此引入添加剂可以改善污泥活性炭的吸附性能.利用该污泥活性炭处理含苯酚废水,具有较好的处理效果,因此加强开发并推广污泥制备活性炭新技术,实现废水污泥的资源化利用,成为处理剩余污泥的一种有效途径.  相似文献

Trimeric quaternary ammonium surfactants are newly developed surfactants, their widespread synthesis and utilization results in a great amount of scouring wasterwater of high COD, which is unmanageable. The present investigation aims to find a new type of organo-bentonites modified by the scouring wastewater and to treat the scouring wastewater at the same time. Results of adsorption experiments of phenol and formaldehyde by the modified bentonite show that, at the optimal ratio 24 % (W/V) of modified bentonite to scouring wastewater, the removal rate of phenol and formaldehyde by FTAT scouring wastewater modified bentonite is 3.53 times and 2.48 times higher than that of Na-bentonite, and the COD of treated scouring wastewater reduces to below 200 mg/L, meeting the second level of Standards for Discharge of Water Pollutants from the Ammonia Industry of China.  相似文献

本实验研究了以不锈钢片单独做阳极和以活性碳纤维毡片(+不锈钢)的复合阳极对TNT废水电解效果的影响,并对电解机理进行了初步的探讨。原废水的TNT浓度为70—90mg/L,COD约为290—340mg/L,PH为7.5—9。实验数据显示,当槽电压为10V,PH值为3,外加电解质Na2SO4lg/L,极板间距为4era,电流密度为15mA/em。,搅拌转速为260r/min,电解2h时,以活性碳纤维+不锈钢复合材料为阳极处理原废水,对TNT和COD的降解率分别为66.6%和55.5%,然而单独以不锈钢材料为阳极情况下,对TNT和COD的降解率仅为43.5%和24.7%。结果表明以活性碳纤维+不锈钢复合材料为阳极对TNT废水中的有机物的电解效果显著,对实际工程废水处理有一定的指导意义。  相似文献
