为改善汽车的平顺性,将模糊控制算法引入半主动悬架,对其控制系统进行研究。首先以四自由度汽车半主动悬架为研究对象建立了其数学模型与仿真模型;在Matlab中利用模糊逻辑工具箱Fuzzy Toolbox设计了半主动悬架模糊控制器;在此基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建半主动悬架模糊控制系统并在白噪声路面及阶跃路面信号激励下进行仿真试验。实验结果表明,所设计的模糊控制器可以有效改善汽车的平顺性并提高汽车的行驶安全性。  相似文献

A new kind of fuzzy control scheme, based on the identification of the signal's main frequency and the behavior of the ER damper, is proposed to control the semi-active suspension system. This method adjusts the fuzzy controller to achieve the best isolation effect by analyzing the main frequency's characters and inspecting the change of system parameters. The input of the fuzzy controller is the main frequency and the optimal damping ratio is the output. Simulation results indicated that the proposed control method is very effective in isolating the vibration. The grisliness after-effects can be induced by explosion accident with the collapsing of the structures, the demolishing of the equipments and the casualty of the human beings. Isolation belt constructed between the blast point and the construction is one of the useful design schemes for blast resistance. The nonlinear procedure ANSYS/LSDYNA970 is used to simulate the contact detonation and the isolation belt of blast resistance filled with the air or water respectively. The results indicate that the maximal damage can be caused by the contact detonation, and the isolation belt of blast resistent filled with water can reduce the damage greatly.  相似文献

This paper presents a semi-active strategy for seismic protection of a benchmark cable-stayed bridge with consideration of multiple-support excitations. In this control strategy, Magnetorheological (MR) dampers are proposed as control devices, a LQG-clipped-optimal control algorithm is employed. An active control strategy, shown in previous researches to perform well at controlling the benchmark bridge when uniform earthquake motion was assumed, is also used in this study to control this benchmark bridge with consideration of multiple-support excitations. The performance of active control system is compared to that of the presented semi-active control strategy. Because the MR fluid damper is a controllable energy- dissipation device that cannot add mechanical energy to the structural system, the proposed control strategy is fail-safe in that bounded-input, bounded-output stability of the controlled structure is guaranteed. The numerical results demonstrated that the performance of the presented control design is nearly the same as that of the active control system; and that the MR dampers can effectively be used to control seismically excited cable-stayed bridges with multiple-support excitations.  相似文献

Severe vibration of underground structures may be induced under blast loads. According to the characteristics of the explosion-induced ground shock wave, a new-type damper, inverse control magneto-rheological(MR) damper was designed to control the vibration. The high-frequency performance test of the MR damper was carried out on the small shaking table. It is shown that the performance can be modeled by use of the modified Bouc-Wen model, and the parameters of the model keep stable in the ranqe of 15-50 Hz.  相似文献

A new sliding mode controller for semi-active suspension system with magnetorheological (MR) damper is presented in this paper. In the proposed sliding mode controller, a semi-active suspension based on the skyhook damper system is chosen as the reference model to be followed, and the control law is so determined that the asymptotically stable error dynamics occurs between the controlled state and the reference model state. Numerical simulations are carried out to study the performance of the new sliding mode controller. The results show that the proposed controller yields almost perfect tracking to the reference model and has a high robustness against model parameter uncertainties and disturbances.  相似文献

设计了一种半主动力跟踪PI控制器,对由磁流液(MR)阻尼器作为悬架阻尼器的汽车模型进行控制分析.MR阻尼器的2种不同模型在闭环的汽车悬架控制系统模型中得到了应用.2种模型是基于均值阻尼力对速度(f-v)特性的均值F-v模型,和描述阻尼力非光滑滞环和饱和特性的滞环f-v模型.汽车模型用来研究力跟踪PI控制算法和MR阻尼器对车辆的振动抑制性能.仿真分析还指出了MR阻尼器的非线性,特别是滞环特性对汽车悬架系统的性能影响.结果表明所提出的控制方法对由MR阻尼器驱动的汽车悬架系统能产生很好的减振效果,不仅体现在对悬架弹簧支撑车厢的共振抑制和对驾乘人员舒适性敏感频域的振动抑制,还体现在对汽车轮胎共振频率周围的振动抑制.结果还进一步说明了MR阻尼器所存在的滞环特性对汽车悬架性能的不良影响.  相似文献

For a building structure subjected to impulsive loading, particularly shock and impact loading, the response of the critical columns is crucial to the behaviour of the entire system during and after the blast loading phase. Therefore, an appropriate evaluation of the column response and damage under short-duration impulsive loading is important in a comprehensive assessment of the performance of a building system. This paper reports a dynamic analysis approach for the response of RC columns subjected to impulsive loading. Considering that the dynamic response of a column in a frame structure can also be affected by the floor movement which relates to the global vibration of the frame system, a generic column-mass model is used, in which a concentrated mass is attached to the column top to simulate the effect of a global vibration. To take into account the high shear effect under impulsive load, the model is formulated using Timoshenko beam theory, and three main nonlinear mechanisms are considered. Two typical scenarios, one under a direct air blast loading, and another under a blast-induced ground excitation, are analyzed and the primary response features are highlighted.  相似文献

建立了半主动悬架支撑下1/4车的振动模型,推导了其运动微分方程,运用matlab/simulink工具箱模拟了汽车在40m/s和100m/s两种工况作用下B级路面的随机激励,并编写了1/4车模型在随机激励作用下频域响应求解的仿真框图程序。结果表明,带有PID控制器的半主动悬架与被动悬架相比,明显地降低了车身加速度,即明显改善了汽车平顺性:在时速为40m/s时,车体的振动能量峰值减少了69.8%;在时速为100m/s时,车体的振动能量峰值减少了65.5%;相较于高速工况下,半主动悬架在车速为中低速时,对于平顺性的改善的作用更加明显。  相似文献

Simulation of Airblast Load and Its Effect on RC Structures   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In the analysis of a structure subjected to an explosion event, the determination of the blast load constitutes a crucial step. The effect of the blast load on the structure depends not only on the peak shock overpressure, but also the impulse (hence the duration). For structures with a regular geometry, the blast load may be fairly well estimated using appropriate empirical formulae; however, for more complex situations, a direct simulation using appropriate computational techniques is necessary. This paper presents a numerical simulation study on the prediction of the blast load in free air using a hydrocode, with focus on the sensitivity of the simulated blast load to the mesh grid size. The simulation results are compared with empirical predictions. It is found that the simulated blast load is sensitive to the mesh size, especially in the close-in range, and with a practically affordable mesh grid density, the blast load tends to be systematically underestimated. The study is extended to internal blast cases. An example concrete slab under internal explosion is analyzed using a coupled analysis scheme. The internal blast load from the simulation is examined and the response of the RC slab is commented.  相似文献
