该实验通过测定冠心宁注射液中的丹参酚酸类成分和糖类成分,为评价冠心宁注射液的质量品质提供理论依据.采用紫外可见分光光度法检测,进行方法学考察,测定10批冠心宁注射液的丹参酚酸和总糖的含量.结果表明,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3显色法用于测定丹参酚酸的含量;苯酚-硫酸法用于测定总糖的含量;10批冠心宁注射液中丹参酚酸和总糖的平均含量分别为93.27mg.10 ml-1、969.87 mg.10 ml-1,分别占固含物的7.66%、79.60%.因此,该方法简便快速、准确可靠,可有效评价冠心宁注射液中80%以上的大类成分的含量.  相似文献

Three cooking methods, namely boiling, steaming, and stir-frying for 5 to 10 min, were used to evaluate the effect on nutrient components, free amino acids, l-ascorbic acid, total phenolic contents, and antioxidant capacities of bamboo shoots (Phyllostachys praecox). Results showed that boiling and stir-frying had a great effect on the nutrient components and they decreased the contents of protein, soluble sugar, and ash, and caused a great loss in the total free amino acids (decreased by 38.35% and 34.86%, respectively). Significant differences (P<0.05) in free amino acids were observed in the samples cooked by different methods. Stir-fried bamboo shoots had a high fat content which increased by 528.57% because of the addition of edible oil. After boiling, the L-ascorbic acid and total phenolic contents were significantly reduced, while steaming increased total phenolic content by 3.98% and stir-frying well-preserved L-ascorbic acid (78.87% of its previous content). Results of the antioxidative property study showed that stir-frying could increase antioxidant capacities of bamboo shoots. It is concluded that stir-frying is more suitable for bamboo shoots because it could obtain the maximum retention of antioxidant capacities.  相似文献

Glucosinolates, anthocyanins, total phenols, and vitamin C, as well as antioxidant capacity, were investigated in Chinese kale sprouts treated with both glucose and gibberellic acid (GA3). The combination of 3% (0.03 g/ml) glucose and 5 μol/L GA3 treatment was effective in increasing glucosinolate content while glucose or GA3 treatment alone did not influence significantly almost all individual glucosinolates or total glucosinolates. The total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of Chinese kale sprouts were enhanced by combined treatment with glucose and GA3, which could be useful in improving the main health-promoting compounds and antioxidant activity in Chinese kale sprouts.  相似文献

In the present work, the fruits of four Morus species, namely Morus alba (white mulberry), Morus nigra (black mulberry), Morus laevigata (large white fruit), and Morus laevigata (large black fruit), were analyzed for proximate composition, essential minerals, and antioxidant potentials. For this purpose, the ripe fruits were collected from the northern regions of Pakistan. The major nutritional components (moisture, ash, lipids, proteins, fibres, carbohydrates, and total sugar) were found to be in the suitable range along with good computed energy. Total dry weight, pH, and titratable acidity (percent citric acid) were (17.60±1.94)–(21.97±2.34) mg/100 g, (3.20±0.07)–(4.78±0.15), and (0.84±0.40)%–(2.00±0.08)%, respectively. Low riboflavin (vitamin B2) and niacin (vitamin B3) contents were recorded in all the fruits, while ascorbic acid (vitamin C) was in the range from (15.20±1.25) to (17.03±1.71) mg/100 g fresh weight (FW). The mulberry fruits were rich with regard to the total phenol and alkaloid contents, having values of (880±7.20)–(1650±12.25) mg/100 g FW and (390±3.22)–(660±5.25) mg/100 g FW, respectively. Sufficient quantities of essential macro-(K, Ca, Mg, and Na) and micro-(Fe, Zn, and Ni) elements were found in all the fruits. K was the predominant element with concentration ranging from (1270±9.36) to (1731±11.50) mg/100 g, while Ca, Na, and Mg contents were (440±3.21)–(576±7.37), (260±3.86)–(280±3.50), and (240±3.51)–(360±4.20) mg/100 g, respectivly. The decreasing order of micro-minerals was Fe>Zn>Ni. The radical scavenging activity of methanolic extract of fruits was concentration-dependent and showed a correlation with total phenolic constituents of the respective fruits. Based on the results obtained, mulberry fruits were found to serve as a potential source of food diet and natural antioxidants.  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) transmittance spectroscopy combined with least-squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) was investigated to study the quality change of tomato juice during the storage. A total of 100 tomato juice samples were used. The spectrum of each tomato juice was collected twice: the first measurement was taken when the tomato juice was fresh and had not undergone any changes, and the second measurement was taken after a month. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to examine a potential capability of separating juice before and after the storage. The soluble solid content (SSC) and pH of the juice samples were determined. The results show that changes in certain compounds between tomato juice before and after the storage period were obvious. An excellent precision was achieved by LS-SVM model compared with discriminant partial least-squares (DPLS), soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA), and discriminant analysis (DA) models, with 100% of a total accuracy. It can be found that N1R spectroscopy coupled with LS-SVM, DPLS, SIMCA, and DA can be used to control the quality change of tomato juice during the storage.  相似文献

龙凤湿地由于长期承泄工业废水和城市生活污水而受到不同程度的污染.湿地中的水体流动性差,众多芳香烃类污染物在表层沉积物中富集、沉积,部分有机污染物难以降解.通过实验分析检测这些芳香烃类污染物在湿地不同区域沉积物中的质量分数从0.15~4mg/g变化较大,其中苯系物主要为C4苯和C7苯,多环芳香烃以萘、蒽、菲系列化合物中的萘、C2萘、C3萘及蒽、菲、甲基蒽、甲基菲为主,而且具有PAHs质量分数高于苯系物以及C2萘与甲基菲质量分数高的特征.龙凤湿地表层沉积物中的C2萘及甲基菲等质量分数高,有机污染物成为潜在的二次污染源.  相似文献

用改进的高效液相色谱-紫外吸收方法(HPLC-UV)对8个北方桑树品种中的1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)含量测定。结果表明:0.05 mol/L HCl提取桑树叶片DNJ,经9-芴甲基酰氯(FMOC-Cl)衍生化,可快速而比较准确地测定桑树叶片中DNJ含量。8个桑树品种中部叶片的DNJ含量高于上、下部叶片,北方当地品种"泰来桑"叶片中DNJ含量高于外引品种。  相似文献

Blueberry fruits from 45 commercial cultivars (39 northern highbush and 6 half highbush blueberry) grown in Suwon, Korea were analyzed for fruit size, soluble solids content, titratable acidity, total anthocyanin content, total phenolic content, and antioxidant activity. Fruit characteristics varied widely among the 45 blueberry cultivars. Fruit weight ranged from 0.9 to 3.6 g, soluble solids content from 8.3 to 14.3 °Brix, and titratable acidity from 0.8% to 3.6%. Antioxidant activity ranged from 0.7 to 2.1 mg of quercetin equivalents per gram of fresh berries in different blueberry cultivars. Among the 45 blueberry cultivars, high amounts of anthocyanins and polyphenols, and high antioxidant activity were observed in ‘Elliott’, ‘Rubel’, ‘Rancocas’, and ‘Friendship’.  相似文献

The ability of triadimefon(TDM),a triazolic fungicide,to alter the biochemical constituents and thereby minimizing the days required for sprouting in white yam(Dioscorea rotundata Poir.) tubers during storage under(30±2) °C in the dark,was studied.TDM at 20 mg/L was given to tubers by dipping the tubers in treatment solution containing 20 mg/L TDM on 10,25 and 40 d after storage(DAS).Starch,sugars,protein,amino acid contents as well as protease and α-amylase activities were estimated on 15,30 and 45 DAS from two physiological regions viz.,apical and basal regions of the tubers.In normal conditions(control) sprouting occurred on 70 to 80 DAS.The starch content decreased,while protein,amino acid,sugar contents and protease and α-amylase activities were increased due to TDM treatment and led to early sprouting.  相似文献

Berries are a good source of natural antioxidants. In the present study, the total antioxidant capacity and phenolic composition of three berry fruits (blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry) cultivated in Nanjing were investigated. Blueberry, with a Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) value of 14.98 mmol Trolox/100 g dry weight (DW), exhibited the strongest total antioxidant capacity using both the 2,2-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) methods. Blueberry also had the highest total phenolic content (TPC, 9.44 mg gallic acid/g DW), total flavonoid content (TFC, 36.08 mg rutin/g DW), and total anthocyanidin content (TAC, 24.38 mg catechin/g DW). A preliminary analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) showed that the blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry samples tested contained a range of phenolic acids (including gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, ellagic acid, and cinnamic acid) and various types of flavonoids (flavone: luteolin; flavonols: rutin, myricetin, quercetrin, and quercetin; flavanols: gallocatechin, epigallocatechin, catechin, and catechin gallate; anthocyanidins: malvidin-3-galactoside, malvidin-3-glucoside, and cyanidin). In particular, the blueberries had high levels of proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins, which might be responsible for their strong antioxidant activities. These results indicate a potential market role for berries (especially blueberries) as a functional food ingredient or nutraceutical.  相似文献

目的:建立桑椹口服液中黄酮类化合物芦丁含量的测定方法,为控制桑椹口服液的质量提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以无水乙醇为溶剂,芦丁为标准品,检测波长为257nm。结果:芦丁浓度在2.2~22mg·mL^-1范围内,与吸收度呈良好的线性关系。结论:方法简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于控制桑椹口服液中黄酮的含量。  相似文献

1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)是存在于桑树中的一种多羟基哌啶生物碱,因其通过抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,进而具有降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等生理活性和药理活性.DNJ广泛存在于桑树的各种组织中,不同桑树类型和品种中DNJ含量不同,采取的每一种提取、测定方法均具有选择性和特异性,只适用于某种类型或某种桑树品种样品的纯化和检测.同时,DNJ在桑树体内的含量较低,而且桑树体内其他次生代谢物质的干扰增加了DNJ提取和测定的难度.因此,目前文献中报道的DNJ提取、分离纯化和检测方法较多.针对已报道的DNJ的提取、分离纯化和检测方法,综述了近年来DNJ研究方面的最新进展,为更好利用和开发DNJ制品,为DNJ的工业化生产提供参考和借鉴.  相似文献

以梅州文化公园景观湖的底泥为研究对象,考察了水体扰动、上覆水初始磷浓度、水温、溶解氧浓度、铝盐浓度等因素对底泥磷释放的影响.结果表明,水体扰动、水温升高会增加底泥中磷的释放量;水中的溶解氧对底泥释磷有显著影响,较高的溶解氧浓度抑制磷的释放,较低的溶解氧则有利于底泥中磷释放;水中铝盐浓度大于1.00 mg/L时能够抑制底泥中磷的释放.底泥释磷存在一个临界浓度(0.55mg/L),当上覆水中磷浓度高于0.55mg/L时,底泥从水中吸附磷;当水中的磷低于0.55mg/L时,底泥向水中释放磷.  相似文献

通过对近年来有关淮河流域重金属污染文献分析研究,系统地总结了该流域沉积物中重金属类环境激素Cd、Pb含量在空间分布特点,干流流经城市河段、各支及洪泽湖区沉积物中Cd和Pb的含量明显高于干流其他区域。利用潜在生态风险指数法对淮河流域沉积物中重金属类环境激素Cd和Pb进行分析和评价,得出淮河流域支流和洪泽湖区沉积物中的重金属类环境激素Cd和Pb污染程度和生态危害程度显著高于淮河干流沉积物中的Cd和Pb。  相似文献

以洱海全湖范围内的7条采样样线及上游3个主要湖泊的底泥为研究对象,测定了总氮、总磷2个参数,分析洱海沉积物的氮磷含量及其分布特性和影响因素。实验结果表明:洱海7条样线底泥中总磷的平均值达到266.80 mg/kg,极大值为818.20 mg/kg;总氮含量的平均值达到513.60 mg/kg,极大值为1 975.40 mg/kg。洱海上游3个主要湖泊底泥总氮、总磷含量实验测定结果为总氮的平均值为370.00 mg/kg,极大值为1 397.20 mg/kg;总磷的平均值为52.43 mg/kg,极大值为140.20 mg/kg。总氮、总磷含量与辐射乡镇的人口数量及耕地面积呈正相关,总氮含量还与年人均收入呈正相关。  相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取和顶空分离前处理方法及气相色谱-质谱联用分析技术,研究了白肋烟不同部位叶挥发性香味物质成分及含量的差异.结果表明:在检出82种成分中,共有成分77种,异有成分5种,成分和含量酮类〉醛类〉醇类〉氮杂环类〉其它类〉酯类〉酚类.不同部位间有明显差异,成分和含量均为上部叶〉中部叶〉下部叶.类胡萝卜素类、西柏烷类及苯丙氨酸降解及转化的产物占总含量的57.81%-74.06%,其中前二者的含量是中部叶〉上部叶〉下部叶,后者又是上部叶〉中部叶〉下部叶.11种含量较高的重要香味物质的总量中部叶〉下部叶〉上部叶.综合结果分析,下部叶香气特征不及中、上部叶,中部叶香气品质要比上部叶好.  相似文献

用马铃薯的全薯、薯皮、薯肉作为实验材料,采用溶剂浸提(95%乙醇,0.1mol/L盐酸)法、超声波破碎提取法以及液氮-丙酮提取法这三种不同的实验方法对其花青素进行了提取,并使用分光光度计比色及pH示差法计算了花青素的含量.结果显示,不同的提取方法所测得的花青素相对浓度存在着一定的差异.其中,通过溶液浸提法得到的Bora的花青素含量为全薯为0.041mg·g^-1鲜重,薯皮0.109mg·g。鲜重,薯肉为0.030mg·g^-1鲜重.通过超声波破碎提取法得到的花青素的含量为全薯0.055mg·g^-1鲜重,薯皮0.156mg·g^-1鲜重,薯肉为0.038mg·g^-1鲜重.而通过液氮-丙酮提取法得到的花青素的含量为全薯0.028mg·g^-1鲜重,薯皮0.064mg·g^-1鲜重,薯肉为O.028mg·g^-1鲜重.其中,通过超声波破碎法得到的花青素的量较高.实验结果表明,Bora中较高的花青素含量可使其在天然抗氧化剂的提取及制备方面拥有更广阔的前景和应用价值.  相似文献

Dried ground leaves of Psidium guajava L. (guava) were extracted by water and aqueous ethyl alcohol 50% (1:10) ratio, and the total phenolic content in the extracts was determined spectrophotometrically according to Folin- Ciocalteu's phenol method and calculated as gallic acid equivalent (GAE). Remarkably high total phenolic content 575.3 (15.5 and 511.6(6.2 mg of GAE/g of dried weight material (for ethanol guava leaf extracts and water guava leaf extracts, respectively) were obtained. The antioxidant activity of lyophilized extracts was determined at ambient temperature by means of a 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydryzyl (DPPH˙) colorimetry with detection scheme at 515 nm. The activity was evaluated by the decrease in absorbance as the result of DPPH˙ color change from purple to yellow. The higher the sample concentration used, the stronger was the free radical-scavenging effect. The results obtained showed that ascorbic acid was a substantially more powerful antioxidant than the extracts from guava leaf. On the other hand, the commercial guava leaf extracts and ethanol guava leaf extracts showed almost the same antioxidant power whereas water guava leaf extracts showed lower antioxidant activity. The parameter EC50 and the time needed to reach the steady state to EC50 concentration (TEC90) affected the antiradical capacity of the sample. The antioxidant efficiency (AE) has been shown to be a more adequate parameter for selecting antioxidants than the widely used EC50. This study revealed that guava leaf extracts comprise effective potential source of natural antioxidants.  相似文献

Nine elements (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) in sediment samples at 7 sites (Site 1-7) from Suzhou Creek in Shanghai were analyzed with the Community Bareau of Reference (BCR) (sequential extraction (SE)) protocol and simultaneously extracted metals (SEM)/acid volatile sulfide (AVS) procedure to assess the metal bioavailability and toxicology in this area. The results showed that the BCR extraction can be utilized as an additional tool with the AVS method for assessing the potential bioavailability and toxicity of metals in sediments. Pollution from S5 (Site 5) was more severe than from other sites, especially Pb, Cu and Zn. Among all the sites, more than 80% of the total concentration of Fe existed in the residual fraction, As, Cr, Mn also dominated in the residual fraction (more than 50%). While Cd, Ni and Zn (more than 35%) were mainly in the non-stable phase. Cu had a strong affinity with oxidizable phase and Pb varied from site to site. The SEM/AVS ratio was less than one in these sediments and results implied that the majority of Zn and Ni (〉 40%) were bound to AVS. In contrast, Pb, Cu and Cd were little bound to AVS due to their low ration of SEM-Pb, Cu, Cd to corresponding total concentration and relatively high Dorewater concentration.  相似文献
