A new motion-compensated 3-D wavelet transform (MC-3DWT) video coding scheme is presented in thispaper. The new coding scheme has a good performance in average PSNR, compression ratio and visual quality of re-constructions compared with the existing 3-D wavelet transform (3DWT) coding methods and motion-compensated2-D wavelet transform (MC-WT) coding method. A new improved Goh's 3-D wavelet transform(WT) coding scheme is presented in this paper. The new scheme has great advantages including a simple code structure, low computation cost and good performance in PSNR, compression ratios and visual quality of reconstructions, when compared to the other existing 3-D WT coding methods and the 2-D WT-based coding methods. Speech signals in frequency domain were separated based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and inde- pendent component analysis (ICA). First, mixed speech signals were decomposed into different frequency domains by DWT and the subbands of speech signals were separated using ICA in each wavelet domain; then, the permutation and scaling problems of frequency domain blind source separation (BSS) were solved by utilizing the correlation between adjacent bins in speech signals; at last, source signals were reconstructed from single branches. Experiments were car- ried out with 2 sources and 6 microphones using speech signals at sampling rate of 40 kHz. The microphones were aligned with 2 sources in front of them, on the left and right. The separation of one male and one female speeches lasted 2.5 s. It is proved that the new method is better than single ICA method and the signal to noise ratio is improved by 1 dB approximately. 相似文献

为了改善信号的去噪效果,在分析离散小波变换和双密度小波变换的基础上,提出一种基于双密度小波变换的去噪算法。双密度小波有两个小波函数,同一个尺度内相邻的小波间的频带间隔更小,有效的克服了离散小波变换时移性的缺点,有近似的平移不变性,更能描述信号的真实特征。将该算法用于不同噪声强度下的信号去噪,实验结果表明:基于双密度小波变换的去噪算法优于基于离散小波变换的去噪算法,是一种有效的信号去噪新算法。 相似文献

针对复杂环境下的多目标跟踪问题提出了一种新的跟踪方法.在检测部分,采用第三级离散小波变换和背景差分进行了目标分割.在跟踪部分,首先利用卡尔曼滤波器和缩放因子估计目标在下一帧中的中心位置和矩形框尺寸,然后在中心关联和区域关联的基础上提出了投射率和遮挡率的概念,并结合投射率和遮挡率推断目标行为.最后针对具体目标行为,自适应地调整跟踪方案和卡尔曼参数实现了多目标跟踪.在遮挡情况下利用部分观测调整估计框以获得目标测量值和最优框尺寸.提出的方法对处于遮挡、新出现以及稳定等情况下的运动目标均具有鲁棒的跟踪性能.实验结果表明提出的方法是有效的. 相似文献
