今天,随着万物智能链接,加速了社会全面智能化的进程,哲学,尤其是政治哲学,需要在一个新的背景下进行思考。在库兹韦尔那里,智能社会的降临是一个奇点,在这个奇点上,传统从主体和对象,或者从主体间性出发的政治哲学开始遇到了问题,所以,我们需要发明一个新的概念,作为智能环境下的政治哲学的根基,这个概念就是物体间性。物体间性不仅可以思考传统政治哲学中的人与人之间的政治关联,也可以思考人与对象、对象与对象、人与智能体之间的政治关联,从而奠定一种全新的智能时代的政治哲学的本体论。  相似文献

装备制造业是国民经济发展基础,采取切实举措促进装备制造业创新发展具有重要意义。近年来,随着"工业4.0"、《中国制造2025》以及"互联网+"等战略逐步深化,以"智能生产与服务网络(Intelligent Production and Service Network,IPSN)"为主要特征的产业创新体系日臻完善,中国装备制造业必将交融于全球一体化的产业网络体系之中并实现转型升级,否则或将面临优胜劣汰风险。在此背景下,研究认为新型产业创新平台是为一项产业创新发展的重要工具,其职能不仅包括管理和信息服务,更应涵盖个性化、模块集成和全程价值链供给战略。利用结构分析法以及功能/价值分析法得出,智能生产与服务网络条件下,平台基本构成包括决策体系、信息感知和传输体系、智能生产与服务组织体系、创新支撑体系。进一步研究发现,平台将由"镶嵌"于产业组织体系向"交融"于智能生产与服务网络体系变革,存在形式具有多样化特征。  相似文献

This paper analyzes ethical aspects of the new paradigm of Ambient Intelligence, which is a combination of Ubiquitous Computing and Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI’s). After an introduction to the approach, two key ethical dimensions will be analyzed: freedom and privacy. It is argued that Ambient Intelligence, though often designed to enhance freedom and control, has the potential to limit freedom and autonomy as well. In recent years, Chinese scientists have achieved significant progress in paleontological discoveries and scientific studies. Series of studies published in top journals, such as Science, Nature and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), have astonished the world by presenting beautiful fossils that furnish robust evidence to enrich the understanding of organismic evolution, major extinctions and stratigraphy. It has been portrayed as the heyday in the paleontology of China. What is the status of the field? What factors have caused the avalanche of fossil discoveries in China? What implications can these new discoveries provide for our understanding of current evolution theories? How, given their significant contribution to the world''s paleontology scholarship, can Chinese scientists play a due leadership role in the field? Throughout history, gender inequality has persisted in most parts of the world. Since the founding of the People''s Republic of China (PRC) in 1949, substantial progress has been made towards gender equality in China. Today, a large number of Chinese women scientists are making significant contributions to advance science. However, are they facing gender discrimination in hiring and promotion? Do they have access to the same opportunities as their male colleagues? What are the potential approaches to further promote gender equality in China''s scientific community given myriad unfavorable social factors? 知识管理和商务智能是改善决策者所获得信息和知识质量的两项核心技术.在概述知识管理和商务智能的基础上,从技术、处理过程、企业文化、加工深度、处理结果等角度对二者的共同点和不同点做了对比分析.对于知识管理(KM)和商务智能(BI)的关系,学术界有三种观点:(1)KM是BI的子系统;(2)BI是KM的帮手;(3)KM和BI是功能互补的系统.为了充分发挥两个系统的优势,弥补各自功能的不足,应该集成知识管理和商务智能.对知识管理和商务智能的三种集成方式做了分析,最后构建了KM和BI并重的集成模型.  相似文献

We have just passed the fifth Anniversary of the publication of the Science Council of Canada's first best-seller — its Report No. 4: Towards a National Science Policy for Canada. When it appeared in October 1968, this report created quite a stir. It was the first definitive examination and evaluation of science-policy problems in this country. It helped to establish Canada as one of the countries anxious to improve the effectiveness of domestic scientific and technical activities under the leadership of the senior government. And it added lustre to the Council's own growing reputation.What has happened in the science-policy field in this country since the publication of Report No. 4? What has happened to the philosophy and recommendations set out in the report? What has the Science Council been doing since 1968? With the fast development of cutting-edge technologies and their greater integration into human life, more ethical challenges emerge. The problem became more salient when the world''s first genetically edited babies were born in China in violation of existing ethical rules. Although the responsible researcher He Jiankui was sentenced for imprisonment for three years last December, it is still necessary to examine the current status of research ethics and the challenges in China. Has China set up a sophisticated research ethics system? For research ethics and their implementation in China, are there unique national characteristics? Artificial Intelligence (AI) is viewed as having great potential for the public sector to improve the management of internal activities and the delivery of public services. However, realizing its potential depends on the proper implementation of the technology, which is characterized by unique factors, that afford or constrain its use. What these factors are and how they affect AI implementation is still poorly understood, and scholars call for studies to add empirical evidence to the existing knowledge. This study relies on a case study methodology and, by adopting an abductive approach, applies a double theoretical perspective: the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and the Technology Affordances and Constraints Theory (TACT). Drawing on these combined lenses, we develop a conceptual framework that extends previous studies by showing how AI implementation is the result of a combination of contextual factors that are deeply interrelated and, specifically, how AI-related factors bring new affordances and constraints to the application domain.  相似文献
