An adaptive backstepping sliding mode control is proposed for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with input saturation.A command filtered approach is used to prevent input saturation from destroying the adaptive capabilities of neural networks (NNs).The control law and adaptive updating laws of NNs are derived in the sense of Lyapunov function,so the stability can be guaranteed even under the input saturation.The proposed control law is robust against the disturbance,and it can also eliminate the impact of input saturation.Simulation results indicate that the proposed controller has a good performance.  相似文献

针对一类具有未知饱和模型的单输入单输出非线性系统的控制问题,根据滑模控制原理和多层神经网络的逼近能力,提出了一种直接自适应神经网络控制器的设计新方案。该方法将控制增益推广到未知函数,通过补偿饱和模型方法取消了饱和模型各参数已知的条件。鲁棒项的引入消除了建模误差和参数估计误差的影响。理论分析证明了闭环系统是半全局一致终结有界,跟踪误差收敛到零的邻域内。仿真结果进一步表明所提控制方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对一类具有饱和非线性输入的混沌系统,基于RBF神经网络的逼近能力提出一种控制方案。该方法利用自适应控制和鲁棒控制,使系统可在模型函数和外扰未知下,设计出结构简单有效的控制器,有效消除了现实中由于饱和非线性输入的存在而引起的控制器抖动的不良控制效果。仿真结果表明了所提控制方法的可行性。  相似文献

针对受限环境下四旋翼无人飞行器在参数不确定及外部扰动影响下的高性能高度控制问题,设计一种基于复合非线性反馈(CNF)和自适应非光滑轨迹跟踪控制的高度控制方法。通过四旋翼无人飞行器的垂直通道动力学模型分析和变换,将高度轨迹规划问题转换为输入受限的线性系统控制问题,设计CNF控制器实现轨迹生成;建立参数不确定及外部扰动影响下的垂直通道动力学模型,设计一种自适应非光滑轨迹跟踪控制器,并理论证明了闭环系统稳定性。最后,通过仿真实验验证所提出方法的有效性。结果表明,所设计方法能够有效提高参数不确定及外部扰动下的高度控制品质,且简单实用。  相似文献

For automated vehicles,comfortable driving will improve passengers’ satisfaction.Reducing fuel consumption brings economic profits for car owners,decreases the impact on the environment and increases energy sustainability.In addition to comfort and fuel-economy,automated vehicles also have the basic requirements of safety and car-following.For this purpose,an adaptive cruise control (ACC) algorithm with multi-objectives is proposed based on a model predictive control (MPC) framework.In the proposed ACC algorithm,safety is guaranteed by constraining the inter-distance within a safe range; the requirements of comfort and car-following are considered to be the performance criteria and some optimal reference trajectories are introduced to increase fuel-economy.The performances of the proposed ACC algorithm are simulated and analyzed in five representative traffic scenarios and multiple experiments.The results show that not only are safety and car-following objectives satisfied,but also driving comfort and fuel-economy are improved significantly.  相似文献

The dynamics of hydraulic systems are highly nonlinear and the system may be subjected to non-smooth and discontinuous nonlinearities due to directional change of valve opening,friction,etc. Aside from the nonlinear nature of hydraulic dynamics,hydraulic servo systems also have large extent of model uncertainties. To address these challenging issues,a robust state-feedback controller is designed by employing backstepping design technique such that the system output tracks a given signal arbitrarily well,and all signals in the closed-loop system remain bounded. Moreover,a relevant disturbance attenuation inequality is satisfied by the closed-loop signals. Compared with previously proposed robust controllers,this paper's robust controller based on backstepping recursive design method is easier to design,and is more suitable for implementation.  相似文献

针对AC伺服电机系统,在转矩及转动惯量变化情况下,对比反推自适应控制和滑膜控制两种方法在系统参数变化和阻力扰动的鲁棒性。仿真情况包括理想模型、摩擦力扰动、执行器饱和等。仿真结果表明反推自适应控制对系统变化具有很强鲁棒性,但是更容易受到执行器饱和影响;滑模控制方法更容易实现,但是在摩擦扰动存在情况下,振动式冲击难以消除。  相似文献

The fuzzy NN predictive control algorithm introduced in this paper uses fuzzy neural network to model the nonlinear MIMO process. Its training method that integrates LS and BP algorithm brings quick convergence. GPC algorithm is used as the predictive component. The fuzzy neural network has six layers, including input layer, output layer and four hidden layers. An application to a MIMO nonlinear process (green liquor system of the recovery system in a pulp factory shows that this algorithm has better performance than normal PID algrithm. In this paper,a hybrid adaptive compensation control scheme is proposed to compensate the friction occurrence and other nonlinear disturbance factors that exist in the high-precision servo system.An adaptive compensation controller with a dual-observer structure is designed,while the LuGre dynamic friction model with non-uniform parametric uncertainties characterizes the friction torque.Considering the influence of the periodic disturbance torque and parametric uncertainties,fuzzy systems and a robust term are employed.In this way,the whole system can be treated as a simple linear model after being compensated,then the proportional-derivative (PD) control law is applied to enhancing the control performance.On the basis of Lyapunov stability theory,the global stability and the asymptotic convergence of the tracking error are proved.Numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed scheme has potentials to restrain the impact of disturbance and improving the tracking performance.  相似文献

本文针对具有未知参数不确定和干扰的严格反馈型的非线性系统鲁棒自适应控制提出了一种新的设计方法 ,即动态面控制 .传统的递推算法要求对建模的非线性反复多次微分 .本文方法由于加入了n个低通滤波器使得算法不用对模型非线性进行多次微分 ,因而避免了因“微分项的爆炸”引起的算法复杂性从而简化了算法 .理论分析证明了所设计的鲁棒自适应动态面控制器保证了闭环系统的半全局渐近稳定并且使得输出跟踪期望轨迹 .仿真结果表明了所设计的控制器的有效性和可行性 .  相似文献

针对一类具有函数控制增益的非线性相似组合大系统,基于一种修改的李亚普诺夫函数并利用Ⅱ型模糊系统的通用逼近能力,提出了一种稳定自适应分散模糊控制器设计的新方案。该方案能够避免现有的一些模糊控制器设计中对控制增益一阶导数上界的要求。通过理论分析,证明了闭环分散模糊控制系统是全局稳定的,跟踪误差收敛到零。  相似文献

The purpose of using life extending control for Black Hawk UH-60 helicopter is to make a trade-off between the handling qualities and the service life of critical components. An increase in service life span results in enhanced safety and the reduction in maintenance costs. This paper presents a design methodology of life extending control for structural durability and high performance of mechanical system, which is based on an explicit dynamic inversion control scheme. A real-time nonlinear fatigue crack growth model is built to predict fatigue damage resulting from the impact of cyclic bending stress on rotor shaft, which serves as an indicator of service life. The 4-axis gain- scheduled flight controller, whose gains are adjusted as a function of damage and flight velocity, is designed to regu- late roll attitude, pitch attitude, vertical velocity and yaw rate. The nonlinear system simulation results show that the responses can meet the requirements on ADS-33 Level 1 handling qualities and that the 4-axis decoupling control is realized. As the damage increases, the tracking performance is slightly degraded, which results in smaller transients in bending moment response.  相似文献

In this paper, an application of a nonlinear predictive controller based on a self recurrent wavelet network (SRWN) model for a direct internal reforming solid oxide fuel cell (DIR-SOFC) is presented. As operating temperature and fuel utilization are two important parameters, the SOFC is identified using an SRWN with inlet fuel flow rate, inlet air flow rate and current as inputs, and temperature and fuel utilization as outputs. To improve the operating performance of the DIR-SOFC and guarantee proper operating conditions, the nonlinear predictive control is implemented using the off-line trained and on-line modified SRWN model, to manipulate the inlet flow rates to keep the temperature and the fuel utilization at desired levels. Simulation results show satisfactory predictive accuracy of the SRWN model, and demonstrate the excellence of the SRWN-based predictive controller for the DIR-SOFC.  相似文献

This paper presents the development of a proportional-integral-derivative (PID)-based control method for application to active vehicle suspension systems (AVSS). This method uses an inner PID hydraulic actuator force control loop, in combination with an outer PID suspension travel control loop, to control a nonlinear half-car AVSS. Robustness to model uncertainty in the form of variation in suspension damping is tested, comparing performance of the AVSS with a passive vehicle suspension system (PVSS), with similar model parameters. Spectral analysis of suspension system model output data, obtained by performing a road input disturbance frequency sweep, provides frequency response plots for both nonlinear vehicle suspension systems and time domain vehicle responses to a sinusoidal road input disturbance on a smooth road. The results show the greater robustness of the AVSS over the PVSS to parametric uncertainty in the frequency and time domains.  相似文献

针对网络控制系统(NCS)存在时延的情况下如何设计控制器问题,提出了一种新的网络闭环控制系统建模方法-离散模糊T-S模型,并在此模型的基础上应用平行分布补偿原理设计了NCS模糊控制器;应用Lyapunov理论和LMI方法,研究了系统的模糊稳定控制问题,给出了基于线性矩阵不等式的不依赖时滞的状态反馈模糊控制器的设计方法,并获得了NCS模糊控制的稳定充分条件为求解一组线性矩阵不等式;通过仿真验证了该控制方法的有效性。  相似文献
