This paper distinguishes between two main questions regarding the notion of privacy: “What is privacy?” and “Why do/should we value privacy?”. In developing a social-ontological recognitional model of privacy (SORM), it gives an answer to the first question. According to the SORM, Privacy is a second order quality of roles within social practices. It is a function of who is or should be recognized as a “standard authority”. Enjoying standard authority means to have the right to interpret and contest role behavior and role obligations within a specific practice (first level), as well as evaluate the normative structure, the fundamental practice norms as well as the roles and their status (second level). The SORM utilizes the concept of standard authority to explicate privacy with regard to two categories that capture the relevant phenomena of privacy: decisional and informational privacy. Within a practice, an actor is said to have decisional privacy if she as a BCR does not (or does not have to) recognize bearers of accidental roles as standard authorities. Vice versa, an actor is said to enjoy informational privacy if all other BCRs (and especially data collecting actors) recognize her as a standard authority. Additionally, the requirement of mutual recognition by the practice participants as standard authorities introduces a “weak normativity” into the theory, which can be used to identify deficient privacy arrangements within practices.  相似文献

It has been more than 10 years since Satoshi Nakamoto published his famous paper entitled ‘Bitcoin: a peer-to-peer electronic cash system’, which set the foundation of blockchain technology. Accompanied by the price volatility of bitcoins from 2017 to 2018, blockchain has been a hot word on the internet, and particularly hot in China. Blockchain offers a distributed and secure system for data storage and value transactions. Its applications are springing up in multiple fields.The Chinese government is considering these trends with great caution. Initial coin offering has been banned in China since September 2017. By contrast, an official white paper on China''s blockchain technology, which was released in May 2018, said that blockchain technology will be widely applied in the real economy of China within 3 years. In a recent panel discussion held by National Science Review, experts talked about related topics. Their opinions may provide a quick view of the future development of blockchain in China and abroad. 从创新主体角度来看,区域创新体系主要包括知识创新、技术创新和公共服务创新三大部分。区域创新成效的关键就是三者之间的协同创新,然其协同基础就是三者创新水平现状。故本研究通过以区域创新三螺旋为理论框架指导,从高校院所、企业、政府与中介服务三大方面对山东省创新发展现状予以研究。发现山东省仍然是大企业带动创新驱动的模式,传统产业占比高;高等院校等知识创新资源力量强,但区域布局不均衡;政府与中介服务的政策与服务体系较为完善,创新硬平台投入大大高于软平台建设,应加大软平台建设力度。  相似文献

为厘清旅游产业集聚对碳排放的影响程度,采用区位熵和分解加总法分别测算2001—2016年中国旅游产业集聚度和碳排放强度,继而运用重心分析、空间自相关法探究其空间演变及内在关联特征,最后构建二者的回归模型。研究结果表明:①旅游产业集聚和旅游业碳排放强度在空间上分布不均衡,旅游产业集聚呈现出东中部高、西部低的分布格局,而旅游业碳排放强度与其相反;②旅游产业集聚重心分布在河南省驻马店市与南阳市及其交界地带,其演变轨迹整体向西北小幅偏移,移动距离约为112.362 km;旅游业碳排放强度的重心分布在陕西省商洛市、安康市和湖北省十堰市境内,其重心轨迹整体呈现出南略偏东的态势,移动距离约为256.734 km;③旅游产业集聚会显著降低旅游业碳排放强度;旅游产业集聚和旅游业碳排放强度存在空间负相关关系;高集聚-低排放类型主要分布在北京、天津、上海、江苏、浙江、广东、贵州和云南等省区;低集聚-高排放类型分布在新疆、内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃以及青海等省区。  相似文献

运用扫描电镜和石蜡切片方法对非洲商陆Phytolacca dodecandra L′Her.的花器官发生过程及花器官各部分的位置排列进行了观察。结果表明:非洲商陆萼片5枚,以螺旋向心方式发生;没有观察到花瓣原基的发生;雄蕊为螺旋离心方式发生,前4枚雄蕊分2对出现在对萼位置,但此后发生的雄蕊的发生顺序明显区别于其他种;心皮4-5枚,与内部雄蕊互生。本文探讨了时空因素对花器官发生的影响,基于对非洲商陆花器官发生的观察,否定了“商陆属源于二轮雄蕊样式”的假说,并为商陆属中“五基数花起源于三基数花”的观点提供了新的证据。  相似文献

 对翼萼蔓属进行了外部形态、花部解剖学、大小孢子发生和雌雄配子体发育、花粉形态和染色体 的研究,并以此为据,讨论了该属的分类等级和系统位置。翼萼蔓属的花具花冠腺体。花萼筒具16条 维管束,花冠筒具12条维管束,二者的维管束是独立发生的。每心皮具1条背维管束和2条腹维管束。 雄蕊先熟。花药四室;药壁发育为双子叶型;绒毡层异型起源,细胞具双核,属腺质型绒毡层;一层中层 细胞;药壁表皮层宿存,细胞膨大,细胞壁纤维状加厚;药室内壁部分纤维状加厚。小孢子母细胞减数分 裂的胞质分裂为同时型;成熟花粉为3-细胞型。子房为2心皮,1室,超侧膜胎座;胚珠25~40列,倒生 胚珠,腹维管束靠近腹缝线。薄珠心,单珠被。大孢子母细胞减数分裂形成的4个大孢子呈直线式排 列,其中合点端的大孢子具功能。胚囊发育为蓼型。极核在受精前融合为次生核,反足细胞3个,具反 足吸器。胚乳发育为核型。花粉球形,极轴长约32.8μm,赤道轴长约34.2μm,外壁纹饰为网状纹 饰。体细胞染色体数为2n=26,染色体基数为x=13,核型公式为2n=26=18m+4sm+2st+2t,属 2A型。比较翼萼蔓属、蔓龙胆属和扁蕾属的外部形态、花部解剖学、胚胎学、花粉形态和染色体特征,表 明翼萼蔓属和扁蕾属可能具较近的亲缘关系,起源于一个较早的共同祖先。在分类等级上,把翼萼蔓属作为一独立属处理较为合适。  相似文献
