推动跨学科的开放和交流是高等教育未来变革的方向,也是提高专门用途英语教学质量和促进专门用途英语教师专业发展的重要途径。文章基于自我效能感、组织支持感等理论构建专门用途英语教师跨学科合作教学意愿影响因素的理论框架,利用结构方程模型对广州华商学院94名发展对象的调查样本进行分析。结果显示,教师的专业自觉性对其跨学科合作教学意愿有显著的正向影响,教师的组织支持感正向作用于教师的自我效能感,并通过自我效能感对专业自觉性的正向传导对其跨学科合作教学意愿产生间接影响。  相似文献

文章通过梳理相关文献成果,针对电商直播环境、直播行为、感知愉悦、感知唤醒、冲动型购买意愿等搜集对应量表,并提出对应假设;面向5所高等院校大学生发放在线调查问卷,将调研数据纳入到基于SOR框架所构建结构方程模型,验证假设合理性。从环境刺激到情感认知,用户交互、气氛烘托、内容创造、意见领袖、促销行为对感知愉悦和感知唤醒均存在显著的正向影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);从情感认知到机体反应,感知愉悦对冲动型购买意愿存在显著正向影响(P<0.01);但感知唤醒对冲动型购买意愿的影响不显著(P>0.05)。在传统电商迈向电商直播的情境转换过程中,大学生消费者更容易被刺激消费,形成强烈的情感反映,进而产生冲动购买意愿。  相似文献

探究小学生认知角度下的师生关系对学业自我效能感的影响,采用结构方程模型验证课堂态度在师生关系和学业自我效能感关系间的中介作用,结果发现:小学生认知角度下的师生关系对课堂态度具有正向影响作用;小学生认知角度下的师生关系和课堂态度均对学业自我效能感具有正向影响作用;学生的课堂态度在师生关系和学业自我效能感关系间具有部分中介作用.基于此,教师在教学过程中应当着力与学生建立良好的师生关系,引导学生养成积极的课堂态度,同时帮助学生认识自我,提高学业自我效能感.  相似文献

在线评论存在初始评论与追加评论前后态度不一致的现象。基于SOR模型,加入感知有用性作为中介变量构建理论模型,以问卷调研形式获取数据,用结构方程验证假设以探讨这种不一致性的各维度与消费者购买意愿的关系。研究结果:矛盾性评论的内容特征、内容质量、时效性、时间间隔和评论者资信度均对消费者的购买意愿有负向影响;矛盾性评论内容特征、内容质量、时效性和评论者资信度均对感知有用性有正向影响,时间间隔对感知有用性的影响并不显著;矛盾性评论的感知有用性对消费者的购买意愿有负向影响  相似文献

本文探讨大学生职业价值观、自我效能感和就业能力的关系,并以广东各高校266名在校大学生为对象进行实证研究。研究结果显示:大学生职业价值观对就业能力有显著的正向影响;自我效能感对就业能力有显著的正向影响;自我效能感在职业价值观与就业能力的关系中起部分中介作用。由此得出建议:大学生应积极培养良好的职业价值观,同时努力提高自我效能感,进而提升自身就业能力。  相似文献

以湖北省27,769名初中生为调查对象,运用Mplus 8.3软件对学生的数学学习动机、数学失败归因、数学学习反思性及数学自我效能感之间的关系进行研究.结果表明:数学学习动机与数学学习反思性均对数学自我效能感有显著正向影响,数学失败归因对数学自我效能感有显著负向影响;数学学习动机对数学学习反思性有显著正向影响,数学失败归因对数学学习反思性有显著负向影响;数学学习动机对数学失败归因有显著负向影响;数学失败归因、数学学习反思性在数学学习动机与数学自我效能感的关系间有显著中介作用;数学失败归因、数学学习反思性在数学学习动机和数学自我效能感的关系间有显著的链式中介作用.为了调节学生的数学学习心理发展,学校和教师应合理创设数学问题,激发学生的学习动机;客观分析学情,鼓励学生积极归因;培养错题整理习惯,引导学生自主反思;正确建立阶段目标,提升学生自我效能感.  相似文献

文章研究探讨初中生学业自我效能感、求助态度与求助行为之间的关系。选取初中生作为被试,采用初中生学业自我效能感、学业求助态度和学业求助行为量表进行测量,分析学业自我效能感对学业求助路径的影响。结果发现在非工具性求助路径中,有3条显著路径;在对工具性求助-老师路径的分析中,有4条显著路径;在对工具性求助-同学路径中,有5条显著路径。可得结论,学业自我效能感通过学业求助态度影响学业求助行为,为了提高初中生学业求助行为频率,有必要干预自我效能感和学业求助态度。  相似文献

基于TALIS 2018的数据,利用多水平分析法探究上海市教师自我效能感的影响因素.研究发现:上海市不同学校教师的自我效能感存在显著差异,但差异原因主要来自教师个人;教师的教龄、教学实践、专业发展、师生关系融洽度、社会价值取向、工作满意度及团队创新因素对教师的自我效能感有显著的正向预测作用,课堂纪律风气混乱度对教师的自我效能感有显著的负向预测作用,个人价值取向对教师自我效能感的预测作用不显著;学校位置与学校类型对教师的自我效能感有显著影响,私立学校教师的自我效能感高于公立学校教师,城市学校教师的自我效能感高于乡村学校教师.为提升教师的自我效能感,建议立足特定文化情境,探索教育政策的制定和完善;重视教师教育发展,营造良好的教师工作环境和工作氛围;加强政府调控,削弱学校因素对教师自我效能感的消极影响.  相似文献

通过对276名网上体育消费者的调查,探讨了消费者的体育网店感知对信任感和忠诚度的影响。中介效应和调节效应的检验结果表明:对于重复购买的体育消费者,信任感对其忠诚度起部分中介作用。体育网店美感、实用性和服务质量对体育消费者忠诚度的影响因体育消费者类型和体育商品类型的不同而显现差异。  相似文献

Abstract

This study explores factors that predict students’ self-assessment intentions and practices using a framework based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). A total of 1425 Hong Kong students (Primary 4 to Secondary 3) participated in this study. Students’ intentions and practices pertaining to self-assessment and the predictors of their intentions and practices were assessed with 11 self-report scales aligned to the TPB constructs. The psychometric properties of scales were examined with Rasch analysis and the relations among the variables were investigated with path analysis based on Rasch-calibrated person measures. The results showed that attitude, subjective norms, self-efficacy, and perceived controllability were statistically significant predictors on intention to self-assess, while self-efficacy and intention had significant influence on self-assessment practice. Psychological safety was also found to have relatively weak but significant impact on both self-assessment intention and practice. This study lays a foundation for future investigations on how to promote meaningful self-assessment behaviour which is crucial for self-regulated and life-long learning.  相似文献

Audiences have praised and criticized Martin Scorsese’s film The Wolf of Wall Street since its release. Despite projecting a portrait of Wall Street greed, the film’s cultural reception demonstrates a public ambiguously mesmerized by a wealthy individual and his “get rich quick” philosophy. This article argues that Scorsese’s film and rhetoric from the real Jordan Belfort act as a homology for America’s ambivalent attitude on the hegemonic power of money and celebrity. Connecting rhetorical homologies to Raymond Williams’s structure of feeling, this article illustrates how personal and public attitudes are constituted through a text’s form and content.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the decisions of civil servants to use Web 2.0 applications while engaging in online learning. The participants were 439 civil servants enrolled in asynchronous online learning programs, using an e-learning portal provided by Taiwan's Regional Civil Service Development Institute. The participants completed a questionnaire which measured their responses to 12 constructs (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, peer influence, superior influence, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, behavior intention, and behavior) based on the decomposed theory of planned behavior. The research results revealed that the participants’ perceived usefulness of online learning was the strongest predictor affecting their attitude. Peer influence was also the primary factor influencing their subjective norm. The construct of self-efficacy appeared to be the most important element determining their perceived behavioral control. Also, the results of the path analysis showed that the participants’ attitude was the strongest indicator of their behavior intention to use Web 2.0 applications, followed by the perceived behavior control and subjective norm. Theoretical and practical implications and recommendations are provided based on the results of the study.  相似文献

职业教育作为一种类型教育,与普通教育相比,从课程逻辑到教学模式均有区别。基于TAM技术接受模型,通过对不同职业院校325位教师疫情期间在线教学情况的问卷调查后分析发现:教师的个体创新性、教学资源优质性对感知有用性,教学平台交互功能对感知易用性均影响显著;感知易用性对感知有用性、感知有用性对实施态度、实施态度对行为意向均有显著影响;不同于TAM模型,感知易用性对教师的实施态度影响不显著;社群影响对教师实施态度影响显著,但对教师行为意向影响不显著,自我效能则与之相反。为此,建议职业院校选择成熟可靠的在线教学平台、建设优质资源库、加强教师培训、培育创新教学团队、发挥高效能教师的示范作用和制定在线教学激励制度,在学校形成在线教学的实践共同体。  相似文献

从现行法律意义上讲,"消费者"应该是为个人的目的购买或使用商品和接受服务的社会成员。但现实生活中不断出现有别于法律规定的新的消费购买形式,与传统意义上的"消费者"定义不同。我国《消费者权益保护法》中关于"消费者"概念的界定已日益凸显出弊端,因此有必要对之进行重新界定并加以完善。文章通过对"消费者"概念的比较与分析,进一步分析"消费者"概念存在的缺陷,提出"消费者"概念界定的三方面修正建议。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to examine the undergraduate students’ adoption of video lessons. The data were collected from 313 undergraduate students from Education, Health Sciences, and Letters Faculties within a large university in Turkey using a questionnaire with six constructs: ease of use, usefulness, enjoyment, intention, computer self-efficacy and relative advantage. The Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation Theory were used as the research framework for the study, and the data were analysed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that ease of use and computer self-efficacy had a significant influence on usefulness of video lessons. Computer self-efficacy had a significant influence on ease of use regarding video lessons and usefulness of a video lesson had a significant influence on relative advantage. In addition, relative advantage and enjoyment had a significant effect on student intention to use a video lesson. Interestingly, it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and computer self-efficacy had no effect on the intention to use video lessons. Consequently, five constructs account for 38% of the variance intention to use video lessons. The research model was found to have a good fit.  相似文献

Although Information and Communication Technology (ICT) seems a promising tool in an educational context, many teachers are reluctant to integrate it in their daily practice. A large scale survey was undertaken amongst primary and secondary school teachers in the Netherlands to explore possible determinants of the educational use of digital learning materials (DLMs) in order to develop interventions to reduce teachers’ reluctance to use ICT and more specifically to stimulate the use of DLMs. Basing on the Integrative Model of Behaviour Prediction it was conjectured that self-efficacy, attitude and subjective norm would take a central role in explaining the intention to use DLMs. Several other predictors were added to the conceptual model whose effects were hypothesized to be mediated by the three central variables. All conjectured relationships were found using mediation analysis on survey data from 1,484 teachers. Intention to use DLMs was most strongly determined by attitude, followed by self-efficacy. ICT skills was in its turn the strongest predictor of self-efficacy. Subjective norm played only a limited role in the intention to use DLMs. Basing on the outcome of this study, persuasive communication focusing on positive outcomes and skills based training seem appropriate interventions to promote a positive attitude towards DLM and improve self-efficacy in using DLMs.  相似文献
