为了适应21世纪农村经济发展对高等职业技术人才培养需要,实现专业培养目标,我校对农业经济管理专业的专业办学模式、教学团队、课程体系和实训基地建设进行全面改革,取得了一定成效,2008年该专业被教育部和财政部批准为国家财政重点支持建设的专业。在这里,对我校农业经济管理专业的基本情况、在专业建设过程中的具体作法、工作成果及今后改革思路作以简要介绍仅供参考。  相似文献

Sixty early intervention team members (30 community‐based and 30 hospital‐based) were surveyed regarding their attitudes and perceptions of teamwork. Respondents were recruited using a purposive non‐probability sampling technique and completed a packet of questionnaires consisting of a detailed demographic survey, Attitudes About Teamwork Survey, Team Performance Screening Scale, and Team Process Perception Survey. Although both community‐ and hospital‐based team members had a relatively high regard for the team process and a relatively positive view of the performance of the teams on which they served, community‐based team members had an overall higher regard for teamwork than hospital‐based team members. Community‐based team members also were more likely than hospital‐based team members to provide higher ratings on a number of key variables including support for child/family involvement as team members, the development of goals within the team meetings, and ability to work within a team environment. In comparison, hospital‐based team members rated both the internal support of the team and the extent to which they value their own efforts that contribute to the team higher than community‐based team members. Respondent themes associated with benefits (discipline collaboration), limitations (time), supports (collaboration), and recommendations (time management, communication) regarding the team process are provided.  相似文献

In this paper, techniques from the research field of knowledge management are used to improve the maturity of the Computer Based Training (CBT) development process at an IT-oriented organization involved in producing courseware. The project team is facilitated with a knowledge-sharing solution that enables them to unambiguously define their project process, and link templates and best practices to the activities in that process. In addition, a virtual discussion room is provided for them to share new insights. Results from measurement experiments indicate more positive project experiences with projects that used the knowledge-sharing solution.  相似文献

Teachers are required to work with data on a daily basis to assess the effectiveness of their teaching strategies, but may not approach it as research. This paper presents a reflective discussion of how and when a professional development team used an action research project to help 12 K-6 teachers explore the effectiveness of reform based Nature of Science (NOS) teaching strategies in their classrooms. The team encouraged community development and provided “just in time” supports to scaffold the steps of the action research process for teachers. The discussion includes concerns they addressed and issues related to management and support of the professional development model. Evaluation results are shared to suggest how this approach can be improved in the future.  相似文献

This paper reports the development of an instrument to assess the support needs of students with a disability in regular classes. The instrument was developed by a University-based research team on behalf of the New South Wales Department of Education and Training, and was used as the basis for providing funding support for over 12,000 students in the year 2000. The developmental process was robust in that it was based on three types of information: assessment approaches being used in other locations; expert judgement by Departmental officers; and statistical analyses of data obtained using an initial form of the instrument. Statistical analysis was based on a final form of the instrument consisting of 11 focus areas structured into three domains - physical needs, learning needs, and social needs of students. These domains had good construct and face validities and high score reliabilities.  相似文献

Cases have been recommended as an important instructional tool for developing professional knowledge across disciplines. In this paper, we begin by defining case methods, a potentially valuable instructional tool for encouraging authentic, active learning. We describe our approach to the design and use of instructional design (ID) cases, and go on to report on the design and use of a Web-based ID case in a team case competition involving six universities. Students and most officials were enthusiastic about the use of ID cases and about this event. Team collaboration and competition were noted as motivating factors for students. This paper argues for the need to adopt a more participatory and research-based approach to teacher development in India. Drawing on the experiences of a participatory teacher educator development project in three States, we discuss processes of developing a democratically orientated qualitative research team to work with teachers and teacher educators, highlighting the interplay between their education and socialisation and the demands of the methodology. In the second part of the paper, aspects of developing collaborative action research projects with teacher educators in the context of District Institutes of Education and Training are discussed. Both these approaches require the development of autonomy and critical reflexivity, and although there are tensions in this process, these emerge as vital components of developing a more democratic approach to teacher education.  相似文献

The question “Can team development increase revenue?” was tested using regression analysis at a mega‐casino. The general manager implemented a strategic initiative to enhance revenue through exemplary customer service. Team development was selected as the vehicle for implementing this initiative. Performance improvement initiatives focused on qualitative team development outcomes that included the establishment of team pacts, team goals, and improved communications between management and employees. The team pacts and team goals included customer service agreements created by each team. The team pacts and team goals established performance goals that introduced concrete measurable performance outcomes. The creation of a feedback loop provided employee autonomy that assessed the quality of the team's efforts. This article defines team development, explains the researchers' processes, and concludes with quantitative evidence that supports the economic value of team development as a revenue enhancement tool.  相似文献

This article focuses on the theory and practice of teamwork in ‘top management teams’ in UK higher education institutions. It is informed by some of the key findings from a recent two‐year research project sponsored by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education that investigated the different ways in which UK higher education institutions organise their ‘top management’ and ‘senior management’ structures ( Kennie and Woodfield, 2008 ). The authors discuss literature from the corporate and higher education sectors on the meaning of ‘teamwork’ in top teams (e.g. Bensimon and Neumann, 1993 ; Katzenbach, 1998 ; Wageman et al., 2008 ) and relate the findings to the challenges of top level team working in higher education settings. Particular issues discussed include: the terminology related to higher education top teams, areas of decision‐making and time‐management, team orientation and agenda setting, team behaviours and team roles, team performance and evaluation, location, logistical support and resources, and team development. The authors conclude that the challenges of top team working in higher education settings are similar to those found in the corporate sector, albeit nuanced by different organisational cultures, and suggest some key principles to help top teams in higher education institutions improve their ability to work effectively together.  相似文献

Traditionally, learning is provided in a unidirectional manner from instructor to learner. This practice can be limiting to all individuals involved in the learning process. To develop quality instructional materials, the learning team can participate in instructional design and development (ID) as partners. This article discusses a proposed learning community to be created during the process of course redesign.
