A disc-type magneto-rheological fluid damper operating in shear mode is proposed in this paper, which is based on the special characteristics of the magneto-rheological (MR) fluid with rapid, reversible and dramatic change in its rheological properties by the application of an external magnetic field. The magnetic field of the disc-type MR fluid damper is analysed by the finite element method; the controllability of the disc-type MR fluid damper on the dynamic behaviour of a rotor system; and the effectiveness of the disc-type MR fluid damper in controlling the vibration of a rotor system, are studied in a flexible rotor system with an over-hung disc. It is shown that the magnetic flux density of the disc-type MR fluid damper in the working areas can significantly change with the applied current in the coil; and that the dynamic behavior of the disc-type MR fluid damper can be varied by the application of an external magnetic field produced by a low voltage electromagnetic coil. The disc-type MR fluid damper can significantly change the dynamic characteristics of a rotor system, provided that the location of the disk-type MR fluid damper is carefully chosen. The disc-type MR fluid damper is a new actuator with good dynamic characteristics for rotating machinery.  相似文献

研制了一种用于被动力/力矩再现的新型磁流变液阻尼器,该阻尼器能够在磁场的作用下产生连续变化的阻尼力/力矩.阻尼器的结构包括一个上盖和一个下盖,一个转子设置于上盖和下盖之间,转子与上下盖之间的间隙充满磁流变液,在磁场作用下其粘度变大时,转子相对于壳体将受阻尼力作用.阻尼力矩的模型主要由以下几部分组成:一是由磁场作用于磁流变液产生的力矩,二是由磁流变液的动力粘度产生的力矩,最后是由装置的摩擦产生的力矩.由动力粘度产生的力矩可以通过简单的方法进行计算,由摩擦产生的力矩可以通过实验测得,而由磁场产生的力矩则要通过电磁场的有限元分析得到.最后,对研制的阻尼器原型进行了性能实验,检验了设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

Magnetorheological (MR) fluid is a kind of smart material whose rheological properties can be rapidly varied in magnetic field. To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double-ended,shear-combined and valve-typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 k while the maximum power required is less than 50W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi-active vibration control of civil infrastructures.  相似文献

Severe vibration of underground structures may be induced under blast loads. According to the characteristics of the explosion-induced ground shock wave, a new-type damper, inverse control magneto-rheological(MR) damper was designed to control the vibration. The high-frequency performance test of the MR damper was carried out on the small shaking table. It is shown that the performance can be modeled by use of the modified Bouc-Wen model, and the parameters of the model keep stable in the ranqe of 15-50 Hz.  相似文献

Electromagnetic relay is a widely used apparatus which usually works in a magnetic disturbance environment. To evaluate its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in a static magnetic field, dynamic characteristics of a clapper relay in a uniform static magnetic field situation based on the finite element method (FEM) is studied. Influences of the magnetic field on dynamic parameters (delay time, pick-up time, end pressure, and final velocity) as well as a situation in which the relay cannot function normally are analyzed. Simulation reveals that the external magnetic field which weakens the relay's air-gap field has a greater influence on the relay's dynamic parameters than the one strengthening the field. The validity of the simulation is verified by measured results of coil current and armature displacement.  相似文献

Fluent作为计算流体动力学(CFD)常用的商用软件,它可以对包含有流体流动和热传导等相关物理现象的系统做出分析,特别适用于极其复杂问题的流场.文中首先根据所设计的减振器建立数学模型,求出阻尼力的计算公式,接着采用GAMBIT软件建立减振器模型,并在Fluent中导入该模型,设置相关的参数及边界条件对该减振器进行数值分析.然后对结果进行分析,进而与理论模型的结果进行比较,最后对该减振器的性能进行了总结,并对其结构提出了几点建议.  相似文献

The passive electromagnetic damper has the same configuration as that of the electromagnetic bearing, but no sensors and no closed loop control are needed. Its robustness and no-contact structure are its great advantages. When the rotor vibrates, the electromagnetic field intensity in the air gap is altered, then fluctuating currents in the damper coils and eddy currents inside the surface layer of rotor are created. Damping force is caused by the fluctuating currents, while retardation torque is generated by eddy currents. The characteristics of a damper may be improved by adding an additional electrical circuit. Numerical studies showed that damping coefficient increases with increasing static current, but decreases with increasing frequency. And the damping coefficient of the improved damper at higher frequency is more evident than that of the original damper. Experimental results showed that the resonant vibration around the first critical speed was obviously suppressed by both types of passive electromagnetic damper.  相似文献

This paper is based on the example of a radial magnetic bearing possessed of eight-pole, and derives the calculation formulas of static and dynamic mechanical characteristics of the bearing, in which the shape and curvature of surface, eccentricity and tilt of the journal are taken into account. Variations of the static and dynamic characteristics of the radial magnetic bearing versus static tilt parameters of journal are discussed. The outcomes show that the static tilt of the journal has influence on the mechanical characteristics of radial magnetic bearing, and change the static load capacity between two radial magnetic bearings and exert coupling effect between them. To study the dynamics of a practical rotor-magnetic bearing system, at least six stiffness coefficients in each radial magnetic bearing must be considered in ideal case, and twelve stiffness coefficients must be considered in general case of tilting journal. Such a find can be used for the coupled electromechanical dynamics analysis of rotor system equipped with magnetic bearings.  相似文献

介绍了水轮机组发电机转子在转动过程中的三种偏心:静偏心、振动偏心和转动偏心,建立了转子在不平衡电磁力作用下的非线性振动微分方程。采用数值方法分析了转动偏心和静偏心对轴系电磁振动特性的影响,结果表明,这两种偏心与电磁力呈非线性关系,随着偏心的增大使不平衡磁拉力作用不断加强,机组的横向振动固有频率有所降低,转子和转轮的振幅不断增大,倍频共振时的振幅也显著加大,转子系统展现出非常复杂的非线性动力学特征。  相似文献

磁流变液是未来应用最广泛的智能材料之一,它在无外加磁场作用下表现出良好的流体特性,在强磁场的作用下它的粘度会在毫秒级的时间内增加两个数量级以上,表现出类似固体的特性,一旦去掉磁场又立刻恢复液体的特性.这种可逆、迅速、易控的特点使磁流变液在机械工程中得到广泛的应用,其中包括表面光整加工,如将其用于光学镜片的表面研磨.目前其加工对象仅限于非导磁性材料,而现在绝大多数的机械零件的材料为导磁性材料.文章明确了磁流变液光整加工方法的主要优点;根据加工机理分析和初步实验研究,概括出将磁流变液用于导磁性材料表面光整时碰到的具体问题,并有针对性地提出了合理的解决方法.  相似文献

针对振动压路机采用的橡胶减振装置存在阻尼不可调的问题,文章利用磁流变液具有快速相变和易于控制的特征,并结合压路机结构特性设计一种由磁流变和橡胶耦合而成的变阻尼减振器,通过力学计算与有限元仿真,对减振器结构设计进行校核与优化。仿真结果发现:经过结构优化的变阻尼减振器提高了控制磁场的利用率,从而提高磁流变橡胶耦合减振器的性能与品质。  相似文献

通过分析磁悬浮轴承控制系统对积分环节的要求,针对变速积分PID控制器在磁悬浮轴承控制中控制结构转换引起干扰的问题,应用负指数函数的特性,重新设计积分系数函数。并针对磁悬浮轴承系统转子起始位置的不确定性,在积分系数函数的指数部分加入了相对误差的变化率,从而达到了增强控制器的适应性的目的。实验证明,改进的变速积分PID控制器具有较好控制性能和对转子初始位置的适应性。应用16极电磁铁径向轴承,实现转子的径向稳定悬浮。  相似文献
