采用酶联免疫吸附法测定大脑中动脉区脑梗塞(CI)急性期18例头痛患者与22例非头痛患者和28例对照组血清SIL-2R含量,发现脑梗塞头痛组、非头痛组血清SIL-2R含量(358.49±63.15U/ml、314.83±50.21U/ml)均显著高于对照组(203.92±41.35U/ml1.642±0.217μg/L,P<0.01),CI头痛组血清SIL-2R含量显著高于非头痛组(P<0.05)。研究结果提示:SIL-2R参与了CI头痛的发病过程。 相似文献

天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者抗氧化及颈动脉硬化的影响 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者抗氧化活性以及颈动脉硬化的影响.方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压患者60例,随机分为天麻钩藤饮组(中药组)和非洛地平组(对照组)各30例,治疗6个月,分别检测治疗前后患者血压、血清SOD、MDA以及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的变化.结果:治疗后,2组血压均明显下降,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),天麻钩藤饮组和非洛地平组的SOD活性在治疗前分别为(85.6±11.2)U/mL和(86.3±12,5)U/mL,在治疗后为(98.1±12.8)U/mL和(95.1±13.2)U/mL,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);MDA在治疗前为(6.28±1.65)nmol/L和(6.23±1.58)nmol/L,治疗后为(4.08±1.30)nmol/L和(5.11±1.39)nmol/L,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).天麻钩藤饮组IMT治疗前后分别为(1.16±0.14)mm和(0.75±0.08)mm,比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者具有良好降压作用,并且能增加抗氧化活性,改善高血压患者颈动脉硬化. 相似文献

目的:通过测定女性吸食海洛因患者外周血中T细胞亚群Th1/Th2细胞因子和血清中性激素的变化,从分子水平探讨吸食海洛因对女性免疫功能和性激素的影响。方法:取吸毒组和正常对照组清晨空腹静脉血3mL,应用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定Th1/Th2细胞因子,采用放免法检测血清雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)。结果:吸毒组30例患者Th1细胞因子(IL-2:1.45±0.48μg/L,TNF-β:0.37±0.14μg/L,INF-γ:2.99±0.55μg/L)和Th2细胞因子(IL-4:23.68±11.22μg/L,IL-10:12.11±5.13μg/L)低于32例健康组Th1细胞因子(IL-2:4.09±0.79μg/L,TNF-β:0.91±0.35μg/L,INF-γ:5.69±0.91μg/L)、Th2细胞因子(IL-4:54.24±17.21μg/L,IL-10:22.34±7.26μg/L)水平(P<0.01);吸毒组患者血清雌激素与孕激素水平显著低于健康组(吸毒组E2:38.71±18.18ng/L,P:0.79±0.53μg/L;健康组分别为79.98±34.42ng/L和2.10±0.86μg/L)(P<0.01)。结论:海洛因的摄入可导致青年女性性腺激素水平下降和免疫水平全面下降。 相似文献

目的 探讨西洛他唑与瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者脂代谢的影响。方法 108例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,观察患者治疗前后高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、血浆骨桥蛋白(OPN)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等水平变化。结果 患者治疗后TC、TG和LDL-C水平分别为(4.13±1.28)mmol/L、(1.71±0.88)mmol/L和(2.24±0.77)mmol/L均较治疗前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后HDL-C水平较治疗前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后SAA、hs-CRP和OPN水平分别为(2.23±0.18)mg/L、(3.11±1.06)mg/L和(68.32±12.05)ng/L显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未发现有肝肾功能损害等严重不良反应发生。结论 西洛他唑与瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病,能有效改善患者血脂情况,降低SAA、hs-CRP和OPN水平。 相似文献

In this paper,we investigate the effect and the possible mechanism of high glucose levels on the calcification of human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMCs).HASMCs were divided into four groups: normal glucose group (NG),osmolality control group (OC),high glucose group (HG,HASMCs culture medium containing 30 mmol/L glucose),and high glucose plus recombinant human Noggin protein (bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) antagonist) group (HN).The mRNA levels and the protein expressions of BMP-2 and core binding factor alpha-1 (Cbfα-1) were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blot.After induced by 10 mmol/L β-glycerol phosphoric acid,cells were harvested for assessments of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities at Days 1,2,and 3,and intracellular calcium contents at Days 7 and 14,respectively.High glucose levels increased the mRNA levels and the protein expressions of BMP-2 and Cbfα-1 (P0.05).The expression of Cbfα-1 was partially blocked by Noggin protein (P0.05),while BMP-2 was not (P0.05).After being induced by β-glycerol phosphoric acid,high glucose levels increased the ALP activity [(48.63±1.03) vs.(41.42±2.28) U/mg protein,Day 3;P0.05] and the intracellular calcium content [(2.76±0.09) vs.(1.75±0.07) μmol/mg protein,Day 14;P0.05] in a time-dependent manner when compared with the NG group,while the ALP activity could not be blocked by Noggin protein [(48.63±1.03) vs.(47.37±0.97) U/mg protein,Day 3;P0.05].These results show that high glucose levels can evoke the calcification of HASMCs by inducing osteoblastic trans-differentiation and intracellular calcium deposition via the BMP-2/Cbfα-1 pathway,which can be partially blocked by Noggin protein. 相似文献

目的了解汉族人群APOA5基因rs147142271位点遗传多态性与高甘油三酯血症的关系。方法采用SNa Pshot技术分析85例HTG患者和110例正常对照rs147142271位点遗传多态性。结果 HTG患者和正常对照rs147142271位点多态以基因型GG为主,两组内的甘油三酯均值不存在差异,GG基因型为2.125±1.42mmol/L,TG基因型为3.17±0.000mmol/L,TT基因型为2.27±0.000mmol/L,最高为TG基因型,两组间不同基因型个体的甘油三酯水平在男女性别差异上无统计学意义(P=0.677),不同性别不同基因型个体间的甘油三酯水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.181)。结论 rs147142271位点各基因型可能与汉族人群高甘油三脂血症不相关,且在男女性别差异上无统计学意义。 相似文献

目的:探讨2型糖尿病对于急性脑梗死患者外周血清sCD40L水平的影响。方法:急性脑梗死患者60例(合并糖尿病33例),无卒中病史对照组20例(2型糖尿病8例)。颈动脉超声检测颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块情况。根据检测结果将本部分研究对象分为无2型糖尿病组:对照组(无斑块组、斑块组)、梗死组(无斑块组、斑块组),2型糖尿病组:对照组(无斑块组、斑块组)、梗死组(无斑块组、斑块组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定外周血清中sCD40L浓度。结果:1、组间:伴有2型糖尿病研究对象血清sCD40L浓度均显著高于无2型糖尿病研究对象血清浓度(P<0.05)。2、组内:斑块梗死组血清sCD40L浓度最高,无斑块对照组血清sCD40L浓度最低,且两组内呈现相同的变化趋势。结论:糖尿病导致动脉粥样硬化、微血管病变及血液的高凝状态,能够上调CD40L表达,继发脑血管病的过程中可能启动或者介导了CD40/CD40L信号途径。 相似文献

目的:探讨亚急性甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能和血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的变化.方法:采用放射免疫分析(RIA)检测28例经抗生素、肾上腺皮质激素和甲状腺素片治疗前后亚急性甲状腺炎患者和28名健康人(对照组) 血清IGF-1和甲状腺激素水平.结果:治疗前亚急性甲状腺炎血清IGF-1水平(714.02±309.74)mIU/mL明显高于对照组(211.13±39.85)mIU/mL,差异有显著性(P<0.01);亚急性甲状腺炎治疗后,患者血清IGF-1水平(91.18±30.83)mIU/mL明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:亚急性甲状腺炎患者治疗前血清IGF-1和甲状腺激素水平明显升高,IGF-1的正常调节受到后者变化的影响;且在治疗后期IGF-1水平下降有助于甲状腺功能的恢复. 相似文献
