YO-YO间歇测试与足球运动员比赛跑动能力关联研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:检验YO-YO测试与足球比赛跑动分析系统的信度与效度,探索YO-YO测试结果与比赛跑动能力的关系。方法:对24名国家男子足球队运动员进行YO-YO测试,对他们在16场国际比赛中的跑动能力进行研究,获取了每名运动员的YO-YO测试结果与比赛中的各种跑动参数。结果:YO-YO测试具有较高的重测信度(r=0.98)和较低的变异系数(8.7%),运动员的测试成绩由于位置不同表现出一定的差异性。SIMI跑动分析系统具有较好的稳定性,观察者内部与观察者之间的变异系数均小于3%,运动员比赛中的跑动能力也由于位置不同表现出一定的差异,且下半场跑动能力下降。YO-YO测试成绩与比赛跑动总距离、有氧高强度跑、无氧高强度跑、冲刺跑频数表现出较高的相关性(r=0.79,P<0.01;r=0.85,P<0.05;r=0.70,P<0.05;r=0.78,P<0.01),而与冲刺跑距离不存在显著相关(r=0.30,P>0.05)。结论:YO-YO测试与比赛跑动分析系统均具有较好的测试信度与效度;YO-YO测试能够反映与比赛密切相关的运动员体能,二者存在高度相关,可作为监测运动员体能变化的一项重要指标。  相似文献

在大多数球类比赛中,运动员需要在长时间内承受间歇性大小负荷的交替变化,因此,对运动员的间歇负荷能力有很高的要求。YO-YO测试可以对运动员重复间歇性负荷的能力进行评价。国内对YO-YO测试与运动员之间的相关研究较为缺乏。文章就近年来国外对YO-YO测试与运动员比赛表现以及有氧耐力、无氧耐力指标的相关性研究进行综述,为"YO-YO测试"在国内足球及其它项目的训练监控应用中提供参考依据。  相似文献

本文以8名上海市中长跑队男子1500m跑优秀运动员为研究对象,对Wingate无氧功率、最大摄氧量、通气无氧阈、1000m跑后乳酸值等运动能力指标测试。结果显示:冲刺速度与乳酸水平显著正相关(r=0.759,P〈0.05),最大无氧功率,VT/VO2max%呈正相关但无统计学意义(r=0.655,P〉0.05;r=0.621,P〉0.05)与最大摄氧量呈负相关但无统计学意义(r=-0.238,P〉0.05)。  相似文献

有氧能力是皮划艇项目运动能力的基础,作为高强度、高乳酸的无氧糖酵解和有氧氧化供能的项目,皮划艇运动员的有氧耐力水平对运动成绩有着决定性的影响。结合皮划艇项目特征及供能特点,分析皮划艇有氧能力测试过程中多种评价方法(3 000 m耐力跑测试、最大摄氧量测试、高强度负荷后血乳酸测试和无氧阈测试等)。在诸多有氧能力评价方法中无氧阈测试有着广泛而有效地使用历史,其中以4 mmol/L乳酸阈(AT4)与个体乳酸阈(IAT)应用最为广泛,而心率无氧阈或可成为皮划艇项目无氧阈研究的新热点。  相似文献

对2011年36名湖北省体育高考生无氧能力和运动成绩研究,分析体育高考生无氧能力与运动成绩的相关性,为教练简易评价考生无氧能力提供理论依据。采用Wingate无氧功率试验获得考生的无氧能力参数,对体育高考生高考体育成绩和无氧能力进行描述、对比分析、相关分析。受试者30sWingate无氧功率测试的各项指标值均与高考体育测试总分呈显著相关;男女生二级蛙跳成绩和男生100m短跑成绩与无氧功率各项指标呈显著相关。受试者高考体育测试各项成绩及高考体育测试总分与其无氧功率各项指标有着不同程度的相关。  相似文献

采用身体成分分析仪来测试体育高考生的身体成分,运用30s Wingate实验测试体育高考生的无氧能力,测试数据采用SPSS17.0和EXCEL2007进行统计学处理分析。研究结果表明:男女体育高考生体重与无氧能力的关系密切;男女体育高考生的体脂含量、体脂百分比、瘦体重、肌肉推测值与平均功率和峰值功率均呈高度的正相关;其中男生的蛋白质含量与平均功率呈高度的正相关(r=0.661,P〈0.01),女生不明显。湖北省体育高考生身体成分各指标与无氧能力表现出不同程度的相关性。  相似文献

目的:比较在赛前训练阶段采用加压训练结合SIT训练与单独SIT训练对公路自行车运动员运动能力的影响。方法:将12名云南省女子公路自行车运动员随机分为两组,在训练前后分别进行身体成分测试、递增负荷测试和Wingate无氧功测试。结果:(1)两组运动员训练前后体重、肌肉量无明显变化,加压组体脂率较训练前差异呈显著性(P<0.05),对照组骨骼肌含量较训练前有显著差异(P<0.05);(2)训练后加压组最大摄氧量相对值、无氧阈心率 、最大心率与每搏输出量较训练前差异非常显著(P<0.01),最大有氧输出功率较训练前差异呈显著性(P<0.05),对照组各指标的变化趋势与加压组相似,但增长幅度较加压组小,无氧阈心率、最大心率较训练前差异呈显著性(P<0.05),每搏输出量较训练前差异呈非常显著性(P<0.01),两组运动员VE均较训练前有所下降;(3)训练后加压组峰值功率、相对峰值功率、平均功率、相对平均功率较训练前差异呈显著性(P<0.05);对照组峰值功率与相对峰值功率较训练前差异呈显著性(P<0.05);平均功率与相对平均功率较训练前稍有下降。结论:(1)赛前3周加压训练结合SIT训练和单纯SIT训练均可引起机体蛋白质分解代谢和降解加速,而导致骨骼肌含量下降;(2)赛前加压训练结合SIT训练和单纯SIT训练均可有效提高公路自行车运动员的有氧运动能力,且加压训练结合SIT训练较单纯SIT训练的增长幅度更明显,训练效果更佳;(3)赛前加压训练结合SIT训练可有效提升公路自行车运动员爆发力水平和无氧耐力水平。  相似文献

运用专家咨询、调研、测试及元分析等方法,完成了对新一轮备战的中国国家男子自由式摔跤运动员的测试和数据收集,重点从身体机能训练(有氧与无氧训练)和力量训练两个方面论证了体能训练中应注意的几个关键问题。研究认为,1)就身体机能训练而言,实行"两极化"模式可能更优于"乳酸阈"模式,主要体现在有氧与无氧训练的强度和比例2个方面。2)运动员的有氧能力与功率下降率有着更为显著的相关性(r=-0.626,P=0.000),即有氧能力越强,功率下降率越低,通过元分析也进一步证实了有氧能力与功率保持能力的显著相关关系(总效应落在有效区内);3)力量训练方面应突出全面性(r最大力量=0.614,r力量耐力=0.532和r快速力量=0.511),但应在最大力量基础上发展快速力量。同时,也证实,最大力量和快速力量对运动水平存在显著的交互性作用(F=3.241,P=0.006,Et2α=0.176),进一步显示出单纯发展快速力量意义不大。4)我国男子自由式摔跤运动员在体能训练方法上应体现两点,一是需增加快速力量的训练手段,如增强式(plyometric)训练内容;二是注重不同部位的力量训练,如上肢体现出最大力量的特点,下肢体现出快速力量的特点。  相似文献

文章通过对山西省武术管理中心16名青少年武术套路运动员进行了无氧功测试、血乳酸测试,测试所获数据采用秩和检验进行组间均数比较,并对wingate结果和血乳酸结果进行相关性检验,得出结论:(1)青少年武术套路运动员的无氧能力并不是影响成绩的主要因素。(2)青少年武术套路运动员的无氧能力相比体能占主导的无氧运动而言较差。(3)wingate测试的各项指标采用其体重相对值更能反映运动员之间无氧能力的差别。(4)运动后7分钟的血乳酸水平可以反应青少年武术套路运动员的无氧能力水平。  相似文献

通过比较竞技水平及不同位置排球运动员有氧、无氧能力的差异,探讨优秀女子大学生排球运动员有氧、无氧能力特征与规律,为运动员赛前身体机能评定及训练安排提供理论与实践依据。以参加全国女子大学生排球联赛的32名优秀运动员为测试对象,利用跑台和功率自行车等仪器,对受试者进行有氧递增负荷和30s最大极限负荷运动。在测试过程中,分别记录运动员有氧能力相关气体、功率和血乳酸指标及无氧能力相关功率和血乳酸指标等,并对运动员各阶段生理、生化指标动态变化规律进行分析和总结。结果显示,优秀女子大学生排球运动员整体有氧、无氧能力与其他耐力、爆发性运动项目的优秀大学生运动员存在一定差距;随着竞技能力、竞技水平、竞技成绩的不断提高,排球运动员有氧、无氧能力表现出较高水平;通过有氧递增负荷运动过程中运动员VO2max、HR、BLA、Pmax、无氧乳酸阈等指标动态变化规律,显示不同位置排球运动员心肺能力、负荷强度、耐乳酸能力等存在显著差异;通过最大极限负荷运动过程中运动员PP、AP、PD、BLA等动态变化规律,显示不同位置排球运动员绝对力量、力量耐力、速度耐力等存在显著差异。结论:优秀女子大学生排球运动员有氧、无氧能力存在位置特征,有氧能力特征大致表现为:副攻>二传>接应>主攻>自由人运动员;无氧能力特征大致表现为:1)无氧磷酸原供能特征为:副攻>自由人>主攻>接应>二传运动员;2)无氧乳酸供能特征为:主攻>接应>二传>副攻>自由人。研究提示:排球运动员训练时应该遵循自身专项位置特征,制定符合专项能力的生物能量训练方案和计划,另外,女子大学生排球运动员在训练时应加强对主攻运动员能力的培养,在制定战术体系时主攻运动员应多参与战术配合。  相似文献

As a wide range of values has been reported for the relative energetics of 400-m and 800-m track running events, this study aimed to quantify the respective aerobic and anaerobic energy contributions to these events during track running. Sixteen trained 400-m (11 males, 5 females) and 11 trained 800-m (9 males, 2 females) athletes participated in this study. The participants performed (on separate days) a laboratory graded exercsie test and multiple race time-trials. The relative energy system contribution was calculated by multiple methods based upon measures of race VO2, accumulated oxygen deficit (AOD), blood lactate and estimated phosphocreatine degradation (lactate/PCr). The aerobic/anaerobic energy system contribution (AOD method) to the 400-m event was calculated as 41/59% (male) and 45/55% (female). For the 800-m event, an increased aerobic involvement was noted with a 60/40% (male) and 70/30% (female) respective contribution. Significant (P < 0.05) negative correlations were noted between race performance and anaerobic energy system involvement (lactate/PCr) for the male 800-m and female 400-m events (r = - 0.77 and - 0.87 respectively). These track running data compare well with previous estimates of the relative energy system contributions to the 400-m and 800-m events. Additionally, the relative importance and speed of interaction of the respective metabolic pathways has implications to training for these events.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the physiological responses to orienteering by examining the interrelationships between the information provided by a differential global positioning system (dGPS) about an orienteer's route, speed and orienteering mistakes, portable metabolic gas analyser data during orienteering and data from incremental treadmill tests. Ten male orienteers completed a treadmill threshold test and a field test; the latter was performed on a 4.3 km course on mixed terrain with nine checkpoints. The anaerobic threshold, threshold of decompensate . dmetabolic acidosis, respiratory exchange ratio, onset of blood lactate accumulation and peak oxygen uptake (V O2peak ) were determined from the treadmill test. Time to complete the course, total distance covered, mean speed, distance and timing of orienteering mistakes, mean oxygen uptake, mean relative heart rate, mean respiratory exchange ratio and mean running economy were computed from the dGPS data and metabolic gas analyser data. Correlation analyses showed a relationship between a high anaerobic threshold a . nd few orienteering mistakes ( r = - 0.64, P ? 0.05). A high threshold of decompensated metabolic acidosis and V O2peak were related to a fast overall time ( r = - 0.70 to- 0.72, P ? 0.05) and high running speed ( r = 0.64 to 0.79, P ? 0.05 and P ? 0.01, respectively), and were thus the best predictors of performance.  相似文献

This study examined the effects of equal anaerobic and aerobic total work outputs on the relationship between reproductive hormones in men. Nine subjects performed three randomized trials on separate days: (1) 1 h period of rest (control), (2) 1 h continuous aerobic exercise (65% VO2 max), and (3) 1 h intermittent anaerobic exercise (which included 2 min exercise periods at 110% FO2 max). The total work output of the aerobic and anaerobic trials were equated. For the 8 h after each experimental trial, blood samples were collected hourly and analysed for testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle‐stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin and cortisol. Diet, physical activity and circadian influences were all controlled. Compared with the control, the aerobic and anaerobic trials significantly (P < 0.05) elevated testosterone, prolactin and cortisol; however, these changes were transient and returned to control levels within 1–2 h of recovery. Neither exercise produced significant (P > 0.05) changes from control for LH and FSH. The area under the hormonal response curves (AUC) was calculated for the 8‐h recovery period. The testosterone and LH AUC results did not differ (P > 0.05) among the trials (the FSH AUC was not calculated). The prolactin AUC for the aerobic and anaerobic trials were greater (P < 0.01) than the control trial. The cortisol AUC for the anaerobic trial was greater than both the control and aerobic trials (P < 0.05), but the aerobic and control trials did not differ from one another. Correlation analysis among the AUC results within each trial showed testosterone and LH to be significantly related during the control (r = 0.723, P < 0.05) and aerobic (r = 0.801, P < 0.01) trials, but not so during the anaerobic trial (r = 0.430, P > 0.05). No other significant correlations were found. The present findings suggest the relationship between testosterone and LH is affected by anaerobic exercise but not aerobic exercise. However, the effect of anaerobic exercise upon the testosterone‐LH relationship did not seem related to the concurrently induced prolactin or cortisol changes. Anaerobic exercise may produce some degree of temporary alteration within the testosterone‐LH component of the hypothalamic‐pituitary‐gonadal axis; however, the mechanism for this phenomenon remains unclear.  相似文献

目的:检验8周CrossFit训练是否对健康成年人最大有氧能力、爆发力、体成分有影响,各指标之间的相关性是否显著。方法:选取14名至少受过CF训练一年以上的男性训练者分别在训练前和训练8周后进行功率自行车递增负荷测试、wattbike 6S峰值功率测试,采集训练者的最大摄氧量(VO 2 max)、体成分、6S峰值功率等相关参数。结果:结果:(1)8周crossFit后,健康成年男子的BMI、最大摄氧量绝对值有显著下降(P<0.05),体脂百分比下降具有极显著性(P<0.01)、最大摄氧量相对值,6S峰值功率均有显著性提高(P<0.01),体重虽然有所下降但是不具有显著性。(2)从皮尔逊相关性得出体重与体成分之间相关性不高,体脂百分比与最大摄氧量相对值(rp=0.94,P<0.01)、最大摄氧量绝对值(rp=0.87,P<0.01)峰值功率(rp=0.89,P<0.01)之间也存在显著性相关。结论:(1)体重与体成分其他指标之间相关性不明显(2)CrossFit可以显着改善健康成年男子的最大摄氧量、无氧峰值功率和身体成分。  相似文献
