Little of the work in critical and hermeneutical psychology has been linked to instructional technology (IT). This article provides a discussion in order to fill the gap in this direction. The article presents a brief genealogy of American IT in relation to the influence of psychology. It also provides a critical and hermeneutical framework for psychology. It then discusses some problems of psychologism focusing on positivism, metaphysics, cultural ecology, and power. The narrow psychologism in IT produces a kind of systematic blindness regarding cultural, political, and other issues. IT professionals are encouraged to engage reflectively with the power-relations and ethical issues in which they are involved. The article points out a need for looking at psychology more comprehensively ( e.g. critical and hermeneutical psychology ). 相似文献

In this article we argue that early childhood educators, under the influence of last century’s grand universal theories of
child development, have not been attentive enough to the centrality of culture in children’s development. We discuss how the
exploration of contemporary developmental perspectives is critical to the field and illustrate cultural views of child development
based on cultural psychology. The goal of cultural psychology is to study the co-creation of human beings and cultures by
focusing on both mentalities and practices, on both culture and biology. Using this lens, we explore the implications that

管理心理学是在管理科学与心理科学的边缘上发展形成的一门研究人的心理与行为的科学。近年来，由于管理心理学不断地应用于社会实践，因此其本身在理论研究和实际应用方面均得到了飞速的发展。当代管理心理学的研究热点主要集中在组织变革、领导行为、激励问题、组织文化等方面。我国的管理心理学是在西方管理心理学的理论与实践的基础上发展起来的，所以其理论在某些方面并不适应我国的具体情况，而且其理论本身也有待进一步深入，尤其是如何发展和创立有中国特色的管理心理学的理论体系和研究方法，是我们应该重点思考与探索的。 相似文献

This article examines the contribution of scientific phenomenology in design pedagogy through the theoretical relationships between the German art school Staatliches Bauhaus and the most important scientific phenomenological theories of the first half of the twentieth century. After showing the relationships between the Gestalt Theory and the principal teachers of the Bauhaus (Johannes Itten, Paul Klee, Wassily Kandinsky, László Moholy‐Nagy, Josef Albers), the pedagogical epistemology of Walter Gropius is critically presented. The epoché, the intersubjective criterion and the anti‐psychologism are examined. In conclusion, it is evidenced that Gropius was strongly influenced by Gestalt psychology. This undeclared influence was a necessary consequence of the fact that phenomenological attitude is a crucial operating modality for the concrete practice of design. 相似文献

ABSTRACT The concepts of experience and experiential learning are of critical significance in both the study and practice of adult education. Adults are seen as uniquely characterised by their experience, experiential learning an alternative to didactic and knowledge-based modes of education. In this paper a critique is presented of the powerful discourse of the autonomous subject based on humanistic psychology which, it is argued, has shaped adult education in a misleading, inappropriate and unhelpful way. A postmodern perspective drawing on Continental philosophy is utilised. The 'situated' subject provides a conception of subjectivity and experience which preserves a needed dimension of agency whilst avoiding psychologism and individualism. 相似文献
