通过对33名学生的铅球、标抢、铁饼在最后用力阶段非投掷臂的大幅度摆动成绩与小幅度摆动成绩的实施研究,为提高投掷技术的教学质量、训练成效提供理论和实践依据,研究结果表明:非投掷臂在最后用力阶段的正确摆动姿势对投掷成绩有显著的影响;实验组的成绩比对照组的成绩因性别、项目的不同可提高6%~22%;铁饼成绩提高最显著,其次为标枪、铅球。  相似文献

铅球运动可以说是对各个技术环节都非常严格要求的运动项目。近年来,随着科学技术的应用和技术动作的完善,人们越来越关注非投掷臂在铅球投掷中最后用力阶段的研究,并逐步地细致和深入的研究。根据在过去的教学、训练和比赛过程中的经验,由于受到种种因素条件的限制,一些教练员和体育教师一般只是注重运动员身体超越器械的动作要领和投掷臂的完美姿势,从而忽视了非投掷臂在整个铅球运动中的作用和其对投掷成绩的影响。在投掷技术逐渐完善的今天,随着各种先进仪器设备的介入和使用,投掷铅球运动对动作的协调运行越来越受到人们的关注。实践证明,在铅球运动中的最后用力阶段,非投掷臂的摆动路线、特点、摆动时机等都会对保持身体重心的平稳,力量的集中造成影响,从而影响铅球的投掷成绩。  相似文献

运用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法对第1-16届世锦赛男子投掷成绩发展变化特征进行分析,并根据灰色预测模型及置信区间对第17届世锦赛男子投掷各单项前8名平均成绩进行预测,结合当前我国男子投掷竞技表现,为我国男子投掷成功备战第17届世锦赛提供参考。结果表明:男子铅球和铁饼成绩变化起伏不大且正处于上升阶段;男子标枪正处在发展的黄金时期,竞技水平较高,竞争激烈;男子链球成绩正呈现下降趋势,且下降幅度较大;第17届世锦赛男子铅球、铁饼、标枪及链球前8名平均成绩预测值分别为21.50m、66.23m、88.79m、77.06m,从预测值来看,第17届世锦赛男子铅球和标枪前8名平均成绩会有一定幅度上升,而男子铁饼和链球前8名平均成绩会出现小幅度下降,我国男子投掷应根据自身竞技水平、世锦赛男子投掷各单项成绩发展特征及预测情况进行针对性训练、排兵布阵;另外通过分析世界男子投掷项目成绩发展变化趋势,从运动员选材、运动训练、投掷技术给我国教练员及运动员提出建议。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to identify associations between discus throwing performance and the technical parameters of: hip–shoulder and shoulder–arm separation, trunk forward–backward tilt, and throwing-arm elevation angles. Video data of male and female discus throwers' competitive performances were captured during major competitions. Real-life three-dimensional coordinates of 21 body landmarks, and the discus's centre, were obtained for 94 trials using the direct linear transformation procedure. Each technical parameter was reduced at six critical instants. The trend of each parameter across four standards of performance was analysed separately for both sexes. For the female throwers, hip–shoulder and shoulder–arm separations after the flight phase, as well as forward–backward trunk tilts at the beginning and end of the throwing procedure were associated with performance. For male throwers, only the hip–shoulder separation immediately before the flight phase was associated with performance. These findings suggest that the relationships between technical parameters and discus throwing performance are different for males and females. Our results suggest that elite female discus throwers are reliant on effective technique throughout the throwing procedure to achieve long distances, whereas male discus throwers may have a relatively homogeneous technique, and a dependence on physical strength to achieve their long throws.  相似文献

对1896~2008年间历届(1~29届)奥运会田径投掷项目前3名运动成绩进行了定量分析.结果显示:田径投掷各单项间速度发展是极不平衡的,各单项发展速度依大小排序为;铁饼>标枪>铅球>链球,且各单项都有其各自的发展空间及轨迹特征.各单项成绩的提高速度与该时期训练方法、手段、技术的创新及规则的更新密不可分,并受当时战争、经济、科学、文化诸多方面的影响.  相似文献

Abstract

This study examines the differences between expert and novice team-handball players in their sensitivity to instructions that emphasize speed or precision requirements. The effects of instructions on throwing speed and accuracy of a handball over arm throw and the speed–accuracy trade-off in experts and novices is revisited. An expert group (n=18) with a training experience of more than 10 years, and a novice group (n=24) without experience in team-handball, took part in the study. The participants were asked to throw to targets located at different positions following instructions emphasizing accuracy and instructions emphasizing accuracy and speed. Throwing speed was measured with a speed gun radar, and the centre of the ball when the ball entered the goal was digitalized for accuracy. Under these experimental conditions, the novice group was sensitive to instructions for reducing throwing speed and increasing accuracy when instructions emphasized accuracy. The expert group increased throwing speed when the instructions emphasized speed, but was not less accurate. The results indicate that it is advisable for experts’ speed to be close to maximum speed since it does not seem to have a significant effect on accuracy of the throw.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between discus throwing performance and the following technical parameters: hip–shoulder and shoulder–arm separation, trunk forward–backward tilt, throwing-arm elevation angles, and the absolute and relative throwing procedure phase times. Videographic data of 51 male and 53 female discus throwers' competitive performances were captured during major meets. The three-dimensional coordinates of 21 body landmarks and the discus were obtained for each thrower's best trial using direct linear transformation. The technical parameters were reduced from the three-dimensional data at six critical instants during the throwing procedure. Hierarchical stepwise multiple regression analyses were performed to determine the relative influence of linear combinations of the technical parameters on discus throwing performance. Specific techniques associated with linear combinations of certain technical parameters were identified using canonical correlations. Males and females were analysed separately. Suggestions for controlling the height of release and the vertical component of the speed of release using an effective technique are made.  相似文献

通过对我国20名优秀铁饼运动员专项力量指标与专项成绩的PLS1回归分析,结果表明铁饼运动员专项素质由专项投掷能力、最大力量和下肢爆发力三个递进的层次构成。专项投掷能力对专项成绩的影响最大,其次为最大力量和下肢爆发力。铁饼运动员专项力量素质指标与专项成绩的PLS1模型的精度较高,可用来检查和评价运动员专项力量素质发展水平及预测专项成绩。PLS1回归分析是解决运动训练中小样本、多指标且共线性复杂条件下回归建模的一个非常有效的方法,并为定量研究运动员身体素质指标与专项成绩之间的复杂关系提供了可行的技术方案和备选工具。  相似文献

This paper considers the kinematic characteristics of overarm throwing with particular emphasis on the techniques of throwing and pitching in baseball. The technique is subdivided into: (1) sequential pattern of throwing, (2) lead foot contact, (3) preparatory phase, (4) arm acceleration and (5) instant of ball release. Specific biomechanical principles that underpin throwing and their application within baseball are identified. The paper also presents a case study of the three-dimensional characteristics of throwing technique in cricket. The aim was to compare the skill in cricket to that previously researched in baseball. The findings for throwing in cricket are similar to those reported for baseball, indicating that there is a definite crossover in the rationale of how an individual should throw specific to the demands of cricket and baseball. The differences noted--greater elbow flexion at lead foot contact and less external rotation during the preparation phase--can be attributed to the demands placed on the fielder and pitcher specific to their respective sports.  相似文献
