This paper presents a synthetic design procedure for a robust LQ regulator for refining process, including modeling and robust optimal system designing. The paper discusses three major topics: mathematical modeling of the process with large uncertainty, determination of a synthetic performance index for optimizing the process, and design of the robust optimal system with robust guaranteed stability. This research result is a part of preliminary results of the real refining process optimal control system implemented in the Minfeng Paper Mill, Zhejiang Province. Simulation test results showed that the proposed modeling and control algorithm are efficient and practicable. This paper presents a new design of robust optimal controller for multivariable system. The row characteristic functions of a linear multivariable system and dynamic decoupling of its equivalent system, were applied to change the transfer function matrix of a closed-loop system into a normal function matrix, so that robust H∞optimal stability is guaranteed. Furthermore, for the decoupled equivalent control system the l∞optimization approach is used to have the closed-loop system embody optimal time domain indexes. A successful application on a heater control system verified the excellence of the new control scheme.  相似文献

阐述了线性二次型状态反馈控制器的原理及设计方法,给出了最优状态观测器的存在条件,以及基于最优观测器的最优控制理论.以一级倒立摆为受控对象,通过Matlab仿真实验研究讨论了加权矩阵Q和R的变化对最优控制系统的影响问题,通过最优控制器与PID控制器控制效果进行比较,得出了最优控制器性能更好的结论.  相似文献

This paper presents a nonlinear robust control design method for a generic rotorcraft unmanned aerial vehicle(RUAV). The control objective is to let the RUAV track some pre-defined time-varying position and headingtrajectories. The proposed controller employs feedback linearization process to realize the dynamic decoupling controland applies adaptive sliding mode control to compensate for the parametric uncertainties and external disturbances.The global asymptotical stability is proved via stability analysis. Compared with the cascaded controller, the proposedcontroller demonstrates a superior tracking performance and robustness through numerical simulation in the presenceof parametric uncertainties and unknown disturbances.  相似文献

针对一类可转化为“标准块控制形”的MIMO非线性系统,基于动态面控制技术,提出一种鲁棒自适应神经网络控制算法。采用径向基函数神经网络逼近不确定性模型,通过引入一阶滤波器,消除后推设计中由于反复对虚拟控制的求导而导致的复杂性问题,同时补偿项的引入可避免反馈线性化方法中可能出现的控制器奇异性问题,无需控制增益矩阵正定、可逆的条件。利用李亚普诺夫方法,证明了闭环系统是半全局一致终结有界,适当选取设计常数,跟踪误差可收敛到原点的一个小邻域内。计算机仿真结果表明此法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper presented a control design methodology for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) generation system for residential applications. The dynamic behavior of the generation system is complex in such applications. A compre- hensive control design is very important for achieving a steady system operation and efficiency. The control strategy for a 60 kW generation system was proposed and tested based on the system dynamic model. A two-variable single neuron proportional-integral (PI) decoupling controller was developed for anode pressure and humidity by adjusting the hydrogen flow and water injection. A similar controller was developed for cathode pressure and humidity by adjusting the exhaust flow and water injection. The desired oxygen excess ratio was kept by a feedback controller based on the load current. An optimal seeking con- troller was used to trace the unique optimal power point. Two negative feedback controllers were used to provide AC power and a suitable voltage for residential loads by a power conditioning unit. Control simulation tests showed that 60 kW PEMFC generation system responded well for computer-simulated step changes in the load power demand. This control methodology for a 60 kW PEMFC generation system would be a competitive solution for system level designs such as parameter design, performance analysis, and online optimization.  相似文献

This paper describes empirical research on the model, optimization and supervisory control of beer fermentation. Conditions in the laboratory were made as similar as possible to brewery industry conditions. Since mathematical models that consider realistic industrial conditions were not available, a new mathematical model design involving industrial conditions was first developed. Batch fermentations are multiobjective dynamic processes that must be guided along optimal paths to obtain good results. The paper describes a direct way to apply a Pareto set approach with multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs). Successful finding of optimal ways to drive these processes were reported. Once obtained, the mathematical fermentation model was used to optimize the fermentation process by using an intelligent control based on certain rules.  相似文献

研究时滞系统的鲁棒方差约束控制问题.针对带有不确定参数和白噪声干扰的离散时滞系统,设计一类反馈控制器,使通过反馈控制所得到的闭环系统不仅一致渐进稳定,而且系统各状态分量的稳态方差在给定约束范围之内.利用线性矩阵不等式的方法,得出了满足这一反馈控制器的充分条件.给出了一个数值算例,验证了所提出算法的有效性.  相似文献

Robust design and optimization for autonomous PV-wind hybrid power systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This study presents a robust design method for autonomous photovoltaic (PV)-wind hybrid power systems to obtain an optimum system configuration insensitive to design variable variations. This issue has been formulated as a constraint multi-objective optimization problem, which is solved by a multi-objective genetic algorithm, NSGA-II. Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method, combined with Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS), is applied to evaluate the stochastic system performance. The potential of the proposed method has been demonstrated by a conceptual system design. A comparative study between the proposed robust method and the deterministic method presented in literature has been conducted, The results indicate that the proposed method can find a large mount of Pareto optimal system configurations with better compromising performance than the deterministic method. The trade-off information may be derived by a systematical comparison of these configurations, The proposed robust design method should be useful for hybrid power systems that require both optimality and robustness.  相似文献

The design problem of delay-dependent robust control For uncertain discrete singular systems with time-varying delay is addressed in this paper. The uncertainty is assumed to be norm-bounded. By establishing a finite sum inequality based on quadratic terms, a new delay-dependent robust stability condition is derived and expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A suitable robust state feedback control law is presented, which guarantees that the resultant closed-loop system is regular, causal and stable for all admissible uncertainties. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献
