SPRING FESTIVAL
Spring Festival is very important for Chinese. At Spring Festival, all the Chinese visit their relatives and have a family reunion. They eat a lot of nice food. Children often get red pockets(压岁红包)from their family as lunar New Year gifts. There is some money in them. Many people let off firecrackers(放爆竹) to celebrate the Spring Festival. I am very happy. I like Spring Festival very much.  相似文献

The Renaissance is a new golden age of intellectual achievement with a sharp contrast with the Middle Ages.Though new secular and scientific values begin to supplant traditional religious belief, there exists the continuity between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, and humanists bear strong Christian character. They never change their devotion to Christianity and keep making their effort to maintain the primacy of Jesus.Humanists in Renaissance are defenders of medieval Christian view of the world.  相似文献

Living a dynamic life physically, intellectually and politically, Jack London had a career that was representative of the vigor of his time with working-class origins, he was, in some of his literary and political writing, one of the most articulate and militant spokesmen of his class. His work is absent from many American authologies, but included in some. "Martin Eden", London's most autobiographical novel,is considered by many critics to be his most mature work which is read all over the world.  相似文献

The author of this article used sport sociology and sport comparative methods to study the difference " of mass sport between China and Japan. The author considers that, in the development of mass sports, China and Japan once jiontly built the oriental system of health culture by way of mutual learning and communication. After the World WarⅡ, physical culture in Japan made progress both with great rapidity and in wide scope. In the nineties, China has ushered in a new period of reform and opening to the outside and worked out "Programme for National Physical Training" (PFNPT). Japan pushes forward its mass sports through legislation, while China position its PFNPT in activities of "engineering moden".Japan has had Sufficient funds, sport fields and other facilities available which China could not afford.  相似文献

Marathon fever is suddenly sweeping across China. Since 2014, city marathons have been the fastest developing and most influential road running races in China with the largest number of participants. According to the Chinese Athletic Association, 53 marathons were held in China in 2014, 134 in 2015, a sharp increase of 14% on 2014, and the number reached 328 in 2016, with over 2.8 million runners. In 2017, there were 1102 marathons and marathon-related road running races in China with no fewer than 800 runners each, and nearly 10 million participants. It can be argued that marathon races are becoming a sports carnival and the name card of the development of a city in China. But there are also many questions worth exploring: Why is the marathon suddenly so popular? What are people’s experiences like with running the marathon? What problems does it reveal? And how will it impact economy? etc. Sports Review in this issue publishes articles by Ji Chenglong, D. Mgt. at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Sun Ke, Ed.D. at Beijing Institution of Education and Chen Guoqiang, Ph. D. in Journalism and Communication at Shanghai University of Sport. They will discuss the marathon mania in China from the perspectives of the market, society and race participation.  相似文献

To start with, I compliment the Shanghai Municipal Port Management with its outstanding performance especially during the recent hectic years. It has brought the port to the top of the world league and it is likely that Shanghai will become the largest port of the world soon. Am I sad because Rotterdam will lose that tide after more than 40 years? No, just a little bit sentimental. More important is that Shanghai is not a com-  相似文献

Abstract: Requirements of distance education journals are analyzed from the perspective of writing paradigm, and results re- veal the stylistic features and adoption standards of these journals, which fall into two categories : specialization and quality. The former refers to originality, substantiality and academic value of the paper. Therefore, topic is selected, focusing on individuality and innovation, that is to say, finding out the breakthrough point by exploring a novel perspective, while avoiding dialectic emp- tiness and generalization, as well as empirical studies of no realistic significance. The latter refers to the application and formation of writing paradigm, which is under the influence of academic standards. Scholarly journals should maintain their academic dignity in way of preciseness and standardization.  相似文献

Guangzhou Open University (GZOU) has been considering the system construction as an important approach to extending the Radio and TV university (RTVU) education to the grass-root stratum and establishing bases for developing talents. For years, in addition to local RTVUs, GZOU has established an array of learning centers by cooperating with more than 100 partners from a variety of industries, enterprises, secondary and higher vocational schools, social organizations, groups and other training institutions. Such learning centers have taken on different characteristics corresponding to the school's three developmental phases, that is, period before 1999, when the Open Education Pilot Project was launched; that between 1999 and 2006, when the Conclusive Evaluation was implemented; and the one after 2006. At present, the constitution of Learning Center in GZOU System holds out some notable features as follows: diversity of collaborators and cooperative modes, and extensiveness of function and orientation. These strengths would facilitate the GZOU's endeavor to transform itself from a local RTVU into the Open University.  相似文献
