计算机网络技术的发展对教育思想、观念、模式、方法带来了深刻影响。高校体育教学和计算机网络技术结合的方面越来越紧密。体育学科知识更新更快,体育信息时效性强,当前传统的体育教育模式下存在知识陈旧、与实际脱节、不能做到因材施教等弊端。网络与现代体育教育相结合已成为必然趋势。本文从分析当前网络环境下高校体育教学的教学管理和教学方式入手,分析计算机网络技术在传统体育教学模式下的体育教学中的应用以及对体育教学模式改革的影响。  相似文献

采用文献分析法,深入剖析后现代主义,探究知识管理及体育教师教学知识之间的关联性,理出体育教师后现代教学知识观的脉络图,后现代教学为学校体育课程改革提供了全新的审视视角,对继续深化体育课程改革与发展具有很好的启发与借鉴作用。本文综合归纳出高等院校教师后现代教学知识观主要包括以下几个方面:1)赋权增能的多元价值,2)竞合策略的学习要领,3)体育评价的典范转移,4)资讯媒体的虚拟运用,5)差异化的学生主体观,旨在推动体育教师个人的体育及运动知识转换为对学生、对学校有帮助的力量,以达成体育教育的目标。  相似文献

身体是一种视角,是观察世界的一个窗口。要认识这个世界,首先要从身体开始。体育教育过程实质上是一种对人类身体缺陷的自我弥补过程。传统体育教育是一种人类教化自然身体、使身体社会化的教育过程。当代体育教育则是身体被规范化、编码化的"知识身体教育"过程,而且是以"知识身体教育"为主导的活态传承,是一种泛机械化的身体教育。未来体育教育的发展趋向是发展身体、解放身体。休闲身体教育将取代知识身体教育,它是人类创造的有利于人类自身发展的高级生活方式,是人类自我的一种回归,是一种人生境界、一种生活状态,也是人类的自我完善与解放。因此可以说体育教育必将由教化身体走向解放身体。  相似文献

西方强势体育项目通过其文化的渗透作用,掩盖了我国民族传统体育文化在“世界”和“本地”的文化张力.如何在文化全球化的背景下实现文化资源向文化软实力的转变是民族传统体育公共服务必须思考的问题.运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,以文化软实力为视角,对民族传统体育公共服务发展策略进行研究.提出要增加大众对民族传统体育文化的认同,防止民族传统体育文化的过分异化,避免民族传统体育理论研究的断层,提高民族传统体育文化的创新能力,充分认识教育对民族传统体育文化发展的核心作用,才能促进民族传统体育公共服务的健康发展.  相似文献

从阐释人类学的视角,对我国民族传统体育个案研究中的认知逻辑起点、研究性质、田野调查、民族志表述、认知视角以及个案与理论归纳的关系等一些关键问题进行反思.研究表明,阐释人类学的理论与方法论对处理这些问题具有重要的启示意义,主要有:民族传统体育个案研究的认知逻辑起点在于对其意义的解释;民族传统体育个案研究应是以质性研究而不是量化研究为主;"持文化持有者的内部眼界"、"近经验和远经验并置观"有助于克服田野调查法自身的不足;深度描写是民族传统体育个案研究中可尝试的表述方法;应从地方性知识的视角对民族传统体育个案进行研究;应在个案研究的基础上进行民族传统体育理论的归纳与建构.  相似文献

高校转型发展是高等教育近期的重要论题,建设“双师型”教学团队是转型发展的重要任务。知识经济时代,知识是一种资源和创新的源动力。因此,高校转型发展的“双师型”教学团队建设,其实质就是实现高校和社会两个渠道中知识的转移和创新。研究利用经济学知识,从知识转移的机会、动机和能力三方面构建与知识转移效果的关系。通过问卷调查高校体育院系与合作单位的知识转移情况,运用结构方程模型对回收数据进行建模分析。结果表明:体育院系与合作单位之间的知识转移动机与知识转移能力都对知识转移效果有着直接的影响,而知识转移机会则通过知识转移动机与知识转移能力间接影响知识转移的效果。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper was to examine the theory and practice of knowledge management processes, using the Olympic Games as the empirical setting and the Olympic Games Organizing Committee and its stakeholders as participants. The case study of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games was inductively and deductively content analyzed, resulting in the development of a knowledge management and transfer process model for Olympic Games organizing committees and their stakeholders. Moreover, we found that the information and knowledge concepts should be placed on a continuum from explicit to tacit (with experience); practitioners do not distinguish between knowledge management activities as researchers do; socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization mechanisms can be found when tailoring knowledge for a stakeholder; and knowledge sources, reasons, organizational culture, and especially individuals are important when implementing knowledge management/transfer processes.  相似文献

Skiing underwent substantial changes during the post-war years when the sport turned into a multi-billion dollar industry and a leisure activity for the masses. Despite its global nature and popularity, skiing in academic writing has not gained much recognition. This paper explores the role of knowledge transfer during the pioneering phase of post-war skiing in Australia. It describes the life of Charles William Anton, an Austrian refugee from the Anschluss who migrated to Sydney and subsequently became one of the founding fathers of Australian post-war skiing. The following pages show the multi-layered nature of skiing as a global sport by exemplifying how ideas spread from pre-war Europe to post-war Australia. The paper will also provide a case study about refugee knowledge transfer and the ‘productive process of absorption, adoption or rejection of knowledge’ that takes place once an idea has been introduced into a new environment.  相似文献

Abstract

In the present study experimental subjects practiced variations in movement distance and/or movement time during training trials on a closed timing task. Control subjects trained with single distance-time combinations. During transfer trials all subjects attempted (without knowledge of results) a distance-time combination that was different (except in the case of one control condition) from any performed during training. The results revealed that the timing accuracy of the two experimental conditions that practiced a variety of times was significantly poorer than that of most of the other conditions during the training phase. However, transfer analyses revealed several significant differences between the performance of variable-trained and constant-trained conditions, in all cases favoring the former. It was concluded that the transfer benefits of variable practice are (a) not due to the particular movement component selected for variation during training, and (b) to some extent always determined by the similarity of training and transfer conditions experienced by constant-practice subjects.  相似文献

以目前我国足球超级联赛16支球队近170名国内主力球员在国内俱乐部之间流动现象为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑推理法、比较研究法,就我国足球职业联赛开始以来转会制度发展演变进行了研究。并综合运用社会学、经济学、管理学等相关学科知识,对围绕联赛转会制度的我国足球职业联赛运动员的流动性进行了分析。研究表明:我国足球职业联赛运动员的流动依然不合理,现行的转会制度仍然是阻碍运动员合理流动的主要因素。要促进运动员的合理流动还须在转会制度,联赛法律法规建设,体育经纪人队伍建设等方面加快改革步伐。  相似文献

The persistence and generality of the contextual interference (CI) effect was tested using a rapid sequential aiming task. Participants (N=48) practiced three movement patterns for three blocks of 18 trials under a blocked (BL) or random (RA) schedule. Movement patterns were displayed and KR provided throughout practice and testing. A 24-hr delayed knowledge of results (KR) retention test included three blocks of 18 trials, followed by a transfer test of a single new movement pattern. In contradiction of the CI effect, RA practice provided an advantage for RA retention only, not BL retention. Furthermore, group differences at transfer were not persistent. Hence, RA practice does not necessarily provide enhanced, context-free learning, but it is essential training for task switching. Overall the findings reveal limited persistence and generality of the CI effect.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the attitudes, knowledge, and activity behaviors of college graduates who completed a lecture-laboratory (concepts) course in physical education during their undergraduate study. Serving as controls were college graduates of the same university who transferred to the university and who received credit for a traditional rather than a concepts course. Both groups were compared to college graduates who “quizzed out” of the concepts course rather than enrolling in the class. Subjects were randomly selected from the 1977 and 1979 graduating classes. All those selected as subjects received a questionnaire containing an attitude test, a knowledge lest, and an activity checklist. Fifty-nine percent of the 300 questionnaires were returned. Multivariate analyses indicated that the concepts groups possessed attitude-knowledge-activity profiles which differed from those of either of the other groups. Though differences were not uniform for the two years studied, knowledge was consistently the greatest contributor to differences between transfer and concepts groups. Univariate and combined year analyses indicated that, though less consistent than the knowledge differences, attitude and activity differences among groups also existed. In general, the results suggested that a college level conceptual physical education class can have positive long term effects.  相似文献
