目的:观察运动是否改变2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素和脂联素水平,分析这两种细胞因子及其交互作用的变化与运动改善胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法:21名2型糖尿病妇女随机分为运动组(n=11)和对照组(n=10),进行24周,每周3~4次的有氧结合抗阻力运动干预。实验前、后检测肥胖相关指标、血脂、血糖、胰岛素以及血清细胞因子脂联素和瘦素水平,计算HOMA-IR。结果:与对照组相比,运动组胰岛素敏感性显著升高,肥胖相关指标下降,HDL-C升高;瘦素水平下降,脂联素水平升高,细胞因子的变化是胰岛素敏感性改善的最佳预测因素。广义线性模型(GEE)分析显示,瘦素降低了胰岛素的敏感性,但在实验后运动组二者的交互作用下降。结论:运动改善了2型糖尿病妇女胰岛素的敏感性,降低了瘦素水平,升高脂联素水平。推测,对于人类2型糖尿病患者,瘦素也会抑制脂联素发挥胰岛素的增敏作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨太极拳运动诱导外周血白细胞Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达情况,以进一步了解太极拳运动对Th1/Th2型细胞因子平衡的影响,探讨太极拳健身的可能免疫学机制。方法:在健康中老年女性学练太极拳前、练习3月和6月时对其外周血白细胞自发性Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达进行实时定量观测。结果:经过太极拳运动干预,中老年妇女外周血白细胞INF-γmRNA的表达量逐渐降低,3、6月时表达量均与干预前相比存在明显差异;IL-4 mRNA表达量先降低后回升,但仍未达初始水平,且3月时的表达量与干预前相比存在显著性差异;INF-γmRNA与IL-4 mRNA比值逐渐降低,与干预6月相比干预前和干预3月均存在明显差异。结论:太极拳运动使健康中老年妇女Th1/Th2平衡向Th2极化,提示太极拳运动调节机体Thl/Th2型细胞因子的平衡也许是太极拳调节中老年机体免疫力、增强健身效果的可能机制。  相似文献

Abstract

Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine that exerts its modulatory effects on cells that express membrane bound IL-6 receptors; however, IL-6 in a complex with soluble IL-6R can bind to any cell that express glycoprotein 130 (gp130). Thus, all cell types may respond to the pro- as well as anti-inflammatory properties of IL-6. Since the first report of acute exercise-induced increase in plasma IL-6 in the early 1990s, scientists have tried to elucidate the factors that influence the magnitude of change of plasma IL-6, as well as the possible biological roles of this cytokine. Evidence suggests that exercise intensity and duration as well as the form of contraction (e.g. eccentric or concentric) and muscle damage all influence IL-6 response to acute exercise. However, data on training status and performance on plasma IL-6 concentration changes during exercise are more inconclusive, as discussed in this review. In the last decade, most of the studies have focused on IL-6 as an ‘energy sensor’ possibly secreted by skeletal muscle that activates glycogenolysis in the liver and lipolysis in fat tissue in order to provide muscle with the growing energy demands during exercise.  相似文献

Few studies have characterised the immune response to exercise of different intensities and durations in women. In those that have, baseline hormone levels and training status were not always adequately controlled for. Here, leucocyte and cytokine profiles of 11 aerobically trained, eumenorrhoeic females (33 ± 5 years) in the early follicular phase of the menstrual cycle were characterised after 30-min exercise at 3 intensities: 90% lactate threshold (LT), LT, and 110% LT. Proposed cytokine response mediators were quantified: plasma lactate and basal oestradiol concentrations. Intensity-dependent increases occurred in total white blood cells and lymphocyte counts (< 0.001). Elevated plasma IL-6 and IL-1ra concentrations post-exercise [= 12.38, P < 0.01 and F = 7.65, P < 0.05, respectively] were not intensity-dependent, indicating that cytokine release may be better associated with exercise duration than intensity in trained women. Changes in plasma IL-1ra and basal oestradiol (ρ = ?0.893, < 0.01) were correlated at intensities above LT only. These findings suggest a role for plasma sex hormones in moderating the exercise-induced immune response in women. However, the associations observed did not account for the magnitude of the cytokine response observed, and future studies should explore contributions of other potential mediators following short-duration exercise.  相似文献

However, the moderating effect of sex and underlying mediators have received limited attention. We compared plasma IL-6 responses to two cycling tasks with a resting control in young male (n = 12) and female (n = 12) recreationally active adults. Both 45 min tasks comprised an incremental test, either maximal or submaximal, followed by steady-state exercise at 55% peak power output. Interleukin-6 was elevated above baseline immediately after the maximal but not the submaximal task. Compared with the control condition, IL-6 was increased at 30 and 60 min after both exercise tasks. The IL-6 response was greater in women than men at 60 min after maximal exercise. Cortisol increased in both tasks compared with the control condition, the increase being greater after maximal than submaximal exercise. No associations were found between IL-6 responses and cortisol, heart rate, fitness or body mass index. The results show that 45 min of moderate-intensity exercise can increase IL-6 and suggest that the inclusion of maximal effort may accelerate this response. The finding that women showed a greater IL-6 response to maximal exercise may reflect a gender dimorphism in the immune response to stress.  相似文献

Cardiomyocytes comprise ∼70% to 85% of the total volume of the adult mammalian heart but only about 25% to 35% of its total number of cells. Advances in single cell and single nuclei RNA sequencing have greatly facilitated investigation into and increased appreciation of the potential functions of non-cardiomyocytes in the heart. While much of this work has focused on the relationship between non-cardiomyocytes, disease, and the heart's response to pathological stress, it will also be important to understand the roles that these cells play in the healthy heart, cardiac homeostasis, and the response to physiological stress such as exercise. The present review summarizes recent research highlighting dynamic changes in non-cardiomyocytes in response to the physiological stress of exercise. Of particular interest are changes in fibrotic pathways, the cardiac vasculature, and immune or inflammatory cells. In many instances, limited data are available about how specific lineages change in response to exercise or whether the changes observed are functionally important, underscoring the need for further research.  相似文献
