The research on users as a source of innovation has been coming into blossom and the studies about the effect of users’ lead userness on their innovation-related activities are drawing more and more attention from both academic and business circles. However, there have been few empirical studies exploring the relationship between users’ lead userness and their innovation-related knowledge sharing behavior in the context of online user community and the mediating effects of users’ social capital and their perceived behavioral control on this relationship. By empirically analyzing the 140 data collected from an online user community that is used as an important source of innovation for a company with the structural equation modeling analysis through the partial least squares method, this study reveals that users’ lead userness has a positive relationship with their innovation-related knowledge sharing in the online user community and users’ social capital and perceived behavioral control jointly and fully mediate this positive relationship. Based on the new findings, this study is expected to provide useful implications which can contribute to widening and deepening the research stream about the effect of users’ lead userness on their innovation-related knowledge sharing in the online user community.  相似文献

The dominant understanding of Internet censorship posits that blocking access to foreign-based websites creates isolated communities of Internet users. We question this discourse for its assumption that if given access people would use all websites. We develop a conceptual framework that integrates access blockage with social structures to explain Web users’ choices, and argue that users visit websites they find culturally proximate and that access blockage matters only when such sites are blocked. We examine the case of China, where online blockage is notoriously comprehensive, and compare Chinese Web usage patterns with those elsewhere. Analyzing audience traffic among the 1000 most visited websites, we find that websites cluster according to language and geography. Chinese websites constitute one cluster, which resembles other such geolinguistic clusters in terms of both its composition and its degree of isolation. Our sociological investigation reveals a greater role of cultural proximity than access blockage in explaining online behaviors.  相似文献

Private information disclosure on social networking sites (SNS) is one of the most important and active issues in the information management arena. The growing phenomenon of platforms requiring users to disclose personal information exposes the limitations of previous studies that only focus on users’ voluntary disclosure. In this study, we define two modes of users’ private information disclosure behavior: voluntary sharing and mandatory provision. Using the Communication Privacy Management theory, we built a framework to explain the impact of individual characteristics, context, motivation, and benefit–risk ratio on the user's willingness to disclose voluntarily or mandatorily. Our research shows that voluntary sharing is more likely to be driven by positive factors, such as perceived benefits, social network size, and personalization, while mandatory provision is affected by individual characteristics such as age, privacy policy, and perceived risks. One of our interesting findings is that perceived risk has less impact on voluntary sharing than previous studies suggested. When encouraging users to share information voluntarily, platforms do not need to pay as much attention to reducing perceived risk as in the mandatory providing mode, but should focus on improving perceived benefits. Being the first to classify and compare the private information disclosure modes of SNS users, our research enriches the existing literature and opens up new avenues for researchers and social networking platforms.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 从动机、机会、能力3个维度揭示学术社交网络用户知识共享意愿的影响因素。[方法/过程] 基于MOA理论,构建学术社交网络用户知识共享意愿影响因素模型,搜集数据并采用结构方程模型方法对模型研究假设进行验证。[结果/结论] 利他动机、声誉动机、社区认同动机、知识获取动机、信息质量、系统质量、自我效能对学术社交网络用户的知识共享意愿影响显著,社交关系动机、服务质量对学术社交网络用户的知识共享意愿影响并不显著。该模型对解释我国学术社交网络用户的知识共享意愿和指导学术社交平台建设具有指导意义。  相似文献

The social question and answer (Q&A) community provides people with an effective tool to obtain high-quality information. From the perspective of reciprocal determinism and value co-creation, this study aims to investigate the formation mechanism of high-quality knowledge in the community. We develop a model to investigate how cognitive factors and community technological factors influence users’ knowledge co-creation behavior, thereby influencing knowledge quality in the community. A survey of 382 knowledge contributors in a social Q&A community shows that knowledge self-efficacy, topic richness, personalized recommendation, and social interactivity have a positive impact on users' knowledge sharing and integration behavior, which subsequently affect the community’s knowledge quality. Moreover, users' ratings moderate the influence of knowledge sharing on knowledge quality. This research demonstrates the synergistic effect of people and technology in knowledge co-creation, thus advances literature about value co-creation and content quality in online communities.  相似文献

随着开源软件(OSS)的普及,作为其承载平台的开源软件社区,也得到了用户的广泛使用。但用户往往仅从社区获取开源软件或代码,而缺乏知识贡献的意愿,这将影响OSS社区的持续运营和发展。基于社会影响理论,本文建立了开源软件社区用户知识贡献行为模型,考察了顺从、认同、内化三种社会影响机制对用户行为的作用。研究收集了351份有效数据,采用结构方程模型(SEM)进行分析。研究结果显示,社会认可(认同机制)是影响开源软件社区用户知识贡献意愿的主要因素,群体规范(内化机制)对用户的贡献意愿没有显著作用,而主观规范(顺从机制)阻碍用户的贡献意愿形成。研究结果启示开源软件社区需重视建立用户的社会认同,从而促进其知识贡献行为,确保社区的成功。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 在线医评信息对构建互联网医疗信任十分重要,但目前医评网站中医生人均评论十分有限。因此,探索用户生成在线医评信息的影响因素有利于促进互联网医疗的发展。[方法/过程] 对34位健康信息用户进行半结构化访谈,基于扎根理论对资料进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码。[结果/结论] 通过分析得到45个初始概念、15个范畴及对应的用户认知、用户个体特征、医疗环境和医生特征4个主范畴,在此基础上构建了用户生成在线医评信息的影响因素模型,并从医疗政策、医疗服务提供者、网络医疗平台和网络用户4个方面提出相应的激励对策。研究结果对在线医评信息生成的影响因素提供了理论支持,对促进在线医评信息的生成提供了对策和思路。  相似文献

虚拟社区用户忠诚对于虚拟社区的长期可持续性发展尤为重要。本研究以知识分享行为(知识共享数量和质量)为中介变量,探讨社会资本(信任、社会联结性、共同愿景)和外部动机(互惠动机、声誉动机)对社区忠诚的作用机理,并通过结构方程模型进行验证。研究结果表明,信任和外部动机通过知识共享数量和质量对社区忠诚有显著正向影响,社会联结性仅通过知识共享数量对社区忠诚有显著影响;信任和外部动机对知识共享数量和质量有显著正向影响,社会联结性仅显著影响知识共享数量,而共同愿景对知识共享数量和质量均无显著影响;知识共享行为对社区忠诚有显著正向影响,并且知识共享质量对社区忠诚的影响更显著。该结论为企业重视虚拟社区用户知识分享行为从而吸引和留住虚拟社区用户提供了决策支持,为企业更好的运营虚拟社区并利用虚拟社区获得可持续发展提供了重要启示。  相似文献

在社会化网络环境不断深化的背景下,网站用户逐渐开始利用微博、微信、来往等社会化网络工具获取网站信息;社会化网络环境下的用户体验成为影响网站成功的重要因素之一。本文在文献分析和深度访谈的基础上,以生活网站用户为研究对象,将其体验过程分为用户吸引、用户参与、用户分享三个阶段,提取生活网站用户体验影响因子以及构建生活网站用户体验的测评模型。运用专家访谈与问卷调查对测评指标进行分析,构建相关结构方程。使用SPSS19.0对数据样本进行预处理,利用AMOS7.0统计分析软件工具对相关因子进行检验及模型修正,为生活网站品牌深入用户内心,提升网站自身价值提供理论依据与指导。  相似文献

【目的/意义】探讨网络问答社区中意见领袖的社会与知识分享行为特征,为问答社区的发展提供改进建 议。【方法/过程】以知乎“旅行”问答话题下活跃用户为研究对象,通过python爬取用户的个人信息,利用数理统计 和社会网络分析对意见领袖的社会及知识分享行为特征展开研究。【结果/结论】研究发现,社会特征是意见领袖开 展知识共享活动的先决条件,网络问答社区的发展离不开社区用户的多元化;意见领袖为问答社区内容生成主力, 知识分享行为广泛分布于意见领袖的信息活动中且其行为影响力突出;中心团体联合促进意见领袖间的知识分 享,领袖群体间知识分享互动频繁。【创新/局限】对于意见领袖的特征分析只建立在“旅行”这一问答话题,样本数 量偏低,后期将会对更多的问答话题进行研究,以期得出更精准的、普适性更强的结论。  相似文献

People express themselves through posts or selfies with brands and activities on social networking sites (SNSs) such as Facebook and Instagram. This user-generated content provides adequate social information that may elicit the emotions of users who are exposed to such content on these online platforms. Although academic researchers have focused on factors affecting users’ emotions on SNSs, how users reconcile both positive and negative emotions to their attitude and behavior in triadic interactions remains unclear. The current study attempted to answer this research question through the lens of social comparison theory by investigating the effects of tie strength and focus of attention as two forces eliciting online social comparisons on emotional consequences measured through pleasure and envy. Moreover, the dualistic effects of the two distinct types of envy, namely benign and malicious, and the effect of pleasure on users’ approach and avoidance behavior were explored and hypothesized. The results indicated that strong ties triggered more benign envy compared with malicious envy. Furthermore, benign envy positively affected brand attitude and SNS avoidance in terms of exhaustion, whereas malicious envy negatively influenced brand attitude and increased the likelihood of SNS avoidance in terms of both exhaustion and discontinuance.  相似文献

Centrality is one of the most studied concepts in social network analysis. There is a huge literature regarding centrality measures, as ways to identify the most relevant users in a social network. The challenge is to find measures that can be computed efficiently, and that can be able to classify the users according to relevance criteria as close as possible to reality. We address this problem in the context of the Twitter network, an online social networking service with millions of users and an impressive flow of messages that are published and spread daily by interactions between users. Twitter has different types of users, but the greatest utility lies in finding the most influential ones. The purpose of this article is to collect and classify the different Twitter influence measures that exist so far in literature. These measures are very diverse. Some are based on simple metrics provided by the Twitter API, while others are based on complex mathematical models. Several measures are based on the PageRank algorithm, traditionally used to rank the websites on the Internet. Some others consider the timeline of publication, others the content of the messages, some are focused on specific topics, and others try to make predictions. We consider all these aspects, and some additional ones. Furthermore, we include measures of activity and popularity, the traditional mechanisms to correlate measures, and some important aspects of computational complexity for this particular context.  相似文献

【目的/意义】信息共享和信息搜寻是用户参与在线健康社区的主要方式,在参与过程中,用户往往会出于 不同目的同步实施信息共享和信息搜寻的复合信息行为,探讨影响用户同步实施两种行为的因素,有助于帮助在 线健康社区精准把握用户需求,进一步优化提升服务策略。【方法/过程】通过结合自我决定理论和TAM模型,构建 在线健康社区用户信息共享与搜寻行为意愿影响因素模型。通过发放问卷收集数据并运用结构方程模型对研究 假设进行验证。【结果/结论】研究结果表明健康焦虑对信息搜寻意愿有显著影响,情感需要对信息共享意愿有显著 影响。此外,用户信息共享意愿对信息共享和搜寻行为均有正向影响,而用户的信息搜寻意愿仅显著影响搜寻行 为。【创新/局限】丰富了在线健康社区用户信息行为研究领域的理论框架,为在线健康社区用户行为研究提供了新 的视角。未来的相关研究将会针对某一特定社区用户进行更深层次的探讨。   相似文献

Internet platforms increasingly rely on personal data to maintain user base and attract potential users. However, users might misrepresent their personal information in response to the requests when they expect their personal information to be used for unstated purposes. Misrepresenting of personal information (MPI), as a regular deviant behavior on online platforms, leads to data noises and service failures and needs further investigation. Drawing on the neutralization theory and online scenario survey, this study constructs a model to examine the factors of MPI. The results show that techniques of neutralization, such as denial of injury, defense of necessity, metaphor of the ledger, and avoidance of greater harm, are positively associated with users’ intention of MPI. In particular, avoidance of greater harm has a stronger effect on MPI intention than other neutralization techniques. Furthermore, we also explore the contingent role of personality traits. The results show that extraversion negatively moderates the relationships between denial of injury, avoidance of greater harm and MPI, whereas neuroticism plays a positive role in moderating the relationships between denial of injury, metaphor of the ledger, avoidance of greater harm and MPI. Moreover, post-hoc analysis results show that users do some differernces regarding justify their deviant disclosure behavior by using neutralization techniques between e-commerce platform and social networking site. Focusing on the dark side of disclosure behavior, this study enriches the current literature by applying neutralization theory and provides a new direction for academia and Internet practitioners to understand users’ deviant disclosure behavior.  相似文献

A growing number of tagging applications have begun to provide users the ability to socialise their own keywords. Tagging, which assigns a set of keywords to resources, has become a powerful way for organising, browsing, and publicly sharing personal collections of resources on the Web. It is called folksonomies. These systems on current social websites, however, have deficiencies in defining tag's meaning, and are often blocked to users in order to reuse, share, and exchange the tags across heterogeneous websites. In this paper, we describe a semantic model for expressing folksonomies in social websites. This model, called Social Semantic Cloud of Tags, aims to provide a consistent format of representing folksonomies and some features in terms of tagging activities. We describe core concepts and relevant properties such as a popularity and usage of tags, along with deduced relationships between tags. We will discuss how this model helps to reduce drawbacks regarding tag sharing between users, applications, or folksonomies.  相似文献

Knowledge is regarded as a strategic resource in organizations; thus the leverage of knowledge is a key managerial issue. Knowledge creation, sharing and dissemination are the main activities in knowledge management. This study examines the influence that social and technological factors, such as learning culture and IT use, could have on knowledge sharing among students of the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. A cross-sectional survey was used as a research method for data collection and 302 valid responses were collected from all the three categories of students that include graduates, undergraduates and preparatory students. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between both student learning culture and IT use and students’ knowledge sharing. The limitations of this study and practical implications, along with directions for further research are discussed.  相似文献

This study theorized and validated a model of knowledge sharing continuance in a special type of online community, the online question answering (Q&A) community, in which knowledge exchange is reflected mainly by asking and answering specific questions. We created a model that integrated knowledge sharing factors and knowledge self-efficacy into the expectation confirmation theory. The hypotheses derived from this model were empirically validated using an online survey conducted among users of a famous online Q&A community in China, “Yahoo! Answers China”. The results suggested that users’ intention to continue sharing knowledge (i.e., answering questions) was directly influenced by users’ ex-post feelings as consisting of two dimensions: satisfaction, and knowledge self-efficacy. Based on the obtained results, we also found that knowledge self-efficacy and confirmation mediated the relationship between benefits and satisfaction.  相似文献

本文将同侪影响引入在线创新社区的用户行为研究中,从广度和深度两方面考察同侪影响对用户贡献行为的影响,并分析感知收益的中介作用。研究以小米社区MIUI功能与讨论区的创意集市板块为对象构建S-O-R模型,采用6567名用户发布的8830条创意、5.26万条评论和收到的103.36万条评论数据,利用Mplus8.1分析检验,结果发现:同侪影响广度与深度均有利于促进用户贡献行为,综合收益在同侪影响广度、深度与用户贡献行为间起正向中介效应,情感收益仅在同侪影响广度、深度与主动贡献行为间起正向中介效应,而认知收益则在同侪影响深度与反应贡献行为间起负向中介效应。研究拓展了在线网络情境下知识管理与社会学领域的交叉研究,并为在线创新社区社交网络和知识管理提供重要启示。  相似文献
