兔瘟蜂胶组织灭活苗的研制及免疫效果观察 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
采用人工感染兔瘟(兔出血热)病毒致死兔的肝组织，制成10％的兔瘟组织灭活苗和10％的兔瘟蜂胶组织灭活苗，研究蜂胶对兔瘟组织灭活苗免疫效果的影响。用常规血凝抑制试验检测比较了注射兔瘟组织灭活苗和兔瘟蜂胶组织灭活苗后，兔体内抗体水平的消长情况；结果表明组织灭活苗免疫后第10d效价为2．75log2，20d抗体水平达到6．25lkog2，30d又降为5．25log2。而兔瘟蜂胶组织灭活疫苗第10d效价为4．00log2，20d抗体水平已达8．25log2，30d一抗体水平高达11．00log2。说明兔瘟蜂胶组织灭活苗能明显提高抗体效价，增强免疫效果。 相似文献

目的：观察自拟胰康汤治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：对45例慢性胰腺炎患者采用自拟胰康汤随证加减治疗。结果：治愈23例，占51．1％；好转20例，占44．4％；无效2例，占4．4％；总有效率为95．5％。结论：自拟胰康汤随证加减治疗慢性胰腺炎疗效显著，值得推广。 相似文献

探讨不同产地巴戟(MOH)天主要有效成分含量间的关系及其护肝作用，采用方法为凯氏定氮法；索氏脂肪抽提称量法；苯酚-硫酸比色法；分光光度法；常规石蜡切片法，所得结果：巴戟天样品的总蛋白质量分数为15．99％～18．41％，粗脂肪为0．93％～7．27％。多糖为2．65％～4．73％，蒽醌含量(OD498值)为0．024～0．070；巴戟天汤药可减轻CCl4对肝的损伤，实验表明不同产地巴戟天主要有效成分含量存在较大差异；巴戟天具有保护肝脏的作用。 相似文献

以乙腈-甲醇-0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（10：20：70）（用磷酸调节pH值为4．0）为流动相．采用迪马钻石C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱及紫外检测器，建立了甲钴胺注射液中甲钴胺含量的反相高效液相色谱检测方法．柱温：40℃：检测波长为264nm；流速：1．0mL／min．本方法测定的日内精密度为0．59％，日间精密度为0．67％，回收率为99．7％～100．5％，在160～240μg／mL范围内线性关系满足要求（r=-0．9999）；结果表明方法准确、操作简单、专属性强，可用于定量测定甲钴胺注射液含量． 相似文献

目的：了解面部皮肤病患者蠕形螨感染情况．方法：采用挤粘结合法对大连市２１０名面部皮肤病患者进行蠕形螨感染调查．结果：总感染率为９１．９０％，男女感染率和感染度间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；男女皮肤病患者均以重度感染多见，且感染率有随年龄的增长而增高的趋势；毛囊蠕形螨为优势螨种；蠕形螨面部寄生部位正确排序为鼻、额、下颌、颊部；不同职业间蠕形螨感染有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），以学生感染率最低为碎６９．５７％，以工人、服务行业从业人员感染率最高，分别为９７．３０％和９６．８８％． 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex. 相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
