采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续垂直平板电泳技术对江苏种群橄榄蚶不同个体的苹果酸脱氢酶、苹果酸酶、醇脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶、酯酶、超氧化物歧化酶和细胞色素氧化酶8种同工酶进行分析,得到基本图谱,并对其进行了生化遗传分析.共记录了21个基因座位、38个等位基因,其中有11个基因座位(Me-1、Adh-2、Adh-3、Ldh-1、Ldh-2、Amy-1、Amy-2、Est-2、Sod-2、Cod-1和Cod-2)为多态,多态座位比例(P)为0.5238,该比例接近一般海产无脊椎动物的多态座位比例,表明江苏种群橄榄蚶具有一定的遗传变异能力.  相似文献

采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法分析毕拨挥发油化学成分,在毕拨挥发油化学成分中,共分离出115个成分,鉴定出其中的81个成分,已鉴定成分占总挥发油成分峰面积的97.83%;主要为萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等化合物,含量较高的成分是α-律草烯(4.44%)、α-姜黄烯(4.94%)、大根香叶烯-d(5.67%)、十五烷(12.30%)、β-没药烯(6.20%)、十七(碳)-8-烯(6.66%)、8-十七(碳)烯(9.29%)、十七烷(9.07%)等化合物。  相似文献

泥蚶肌肉提取液经硫酸铵二步分级沉淀后,再经DEAE-Sepharose(Fast Flow)离子交换和SephacrylS-200-HR分子筛层析,从中分离纯化得到泥蚶肌肉凝集素.经测定,该凝集素分子量约为238kDa,为单个亚基的蛋白质,其相对分子量为60kDa,分子中含3.27%的糖.在氨基酸组成中,谷氨酸(Glu)含量最高,其次是丝氨酸(Ser)和天门冬氨酸(Asp).泥蚶肌肉凝集素对人和动物红细胞均有凝集作用,其中对兔的红细跑的凝集活性最高.该凝集素对兔的红细胞的凝集活性不被测试的10种浓度为200mmol·L^-1的糖所抑制.pH6.0~7.0时具有较强活性;热稳定性较高,在30-50℃的温度范围内对兔红细胞的凝集仍保持原有活性,60℃以后活力下降;凝集活性依赖于Ca^2+.  相似文献

测量了1357个橄榄蚶的壳长、壳宽、壳高、湿全重、软体部湿重和软体部干重。分析表明,橄榄蚶各性状间的相关系数均达到显著水平。壳长与壳高,壳长与壳宽,壳长与铰合部长,湿全重与软体部湿重之间均呈线性正相关,可用线性回归方程模式表示:Y=aX+b;壳长与湿全重,壳高与湿全重之间呈幂函数关系,可用幂函数回归方程表示:Y=aX^b。建立了经济性状与壳体形态性状的多元回归方程。  相似文献

以柴胡种子为材料,经6-BA、60℃、KMnO。和对照4种方法进行萌发处理,在萌发处理过程中,测定了不同处理时间的柴胡种子中可溶性糖和淀粉酶活性的变化,初步探讨了在萌发过程中的生理生化变化规律.结果表明:可溶性糖的变化总体呈现降低的趋势;经6-BA处理、KMnO4处理和对照处理的种子中α-淀粉酶的活性总体呈升高趋势,只有60℃处理的种子中α-淀粉酶的活性呈下降趋势;4种处理的种子中β-淀粉酶活性总体统一呈升高的趋势,每种处理中总酶活性变化与β-淀粉酶相一致.  相似文献

成熟的苦瓜种子含水量较高,对脱水的反应既有别于正常性种子,又不同于顽拗性种子.室温下应用不同的方法脱水,虽然脱水速度不同,但都有利于苦瓜种于萌发.当含水量在6%以上时.随含水量降低,种子发芽率,发芽势和活力指数显著提高;超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性略有降低,脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量缓慢上升.当含水量低于6%时,种子发芽率和活力指数下降.SOD活性迅速降低,LOX活性和MDA含量明显增加.温度较高的日晒脱水可显著降低苦瓜种子的发芽率和活力指数.使种子很快死亡;并显著降低SOD和LOX的活性.MDA含量增加明显.室温脱水和6%~9%的含水量有利于苦瓜种子的萌发和活力保持.  相似文献

采用DNS(3,5-二硝基水杨酸)比色法与直接滴定法测定高沸醇木质素中残留糖分的含量。这两种分析方法的可靠性通过测试已知残留糖含量的木质素磺酸钙试样得到证实。实验结果表明,上述两种方法所测得的同类高沸醇木质素中的含糖量基本相同。不同高沸醇木质素的含糖量分别为:松木木质素5.47%、杉木木质素4.10%、稻草木质素5.12%、芒秆木质素6.68%、花生壳木质素6.81%、麦秆木质素4.78%、毛竹木质素4.73%。  相似文献

研究了北草蜥肥满度(K)和重长指标(Kwl),成体的K和Kwl均存在显著的两性差异;K无显著的月间差异,但Kwl存在显著的月间差异;成、幼体K差异不显著,而成体的Kwl差异高于幼体。通过对两个肥满度指标的生物学意义的分析表明,描述动物肥满度时,Kwl优于K。  相似文献

在饲料中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的水产专用V-CE饲养湘云鲫,经过60d的生长试验,观察不同添加量的水产专用V-CE对湘云鲫的生长、机体营养成分组成的影响。养殖试验结果表明,添加水产专用V-CE可以促进湘云鲫生长,并对改变湘云鲫内脏的相对重量,提高肥满度有一定作用。尤其0.2%的试验组与对照组相比,末重、日增重和特定生长率均有显著的差异。此外,添加水产专用V-CE可以显著降低湘云鲫肌肉和肝胰脏中的粗脂肪含量。  相似文献

This paper describes the NiiMi process designed to treat landscape water. The main aim of the research was to investigate the feasibility of NiiMi for removing organic and nutriment materials from landscape water. During the batch-scale NiiMi operation, the removal rates of color ranged from 66.7%o-80% , of turbidity from 31.7%-89.3%o, of chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 7%-36.5%, of total phosphor (TP) from 43%-84.2%, of soluble phosphate from 42.9%-100%, of total nitrogen (TN) from 4.2%-46.7%, and of NH4^+-N from 39.3%-100% at the hydraulic loading of 0.2 m^3/(m^2·d). Results showed that the removal efficiencies of COD, TP, soluble phosphate and TN decreased with the decline in the temperature. The NiiMi process had a strong shock loading ability for the removal of the organics, turbidity, TP, soluble phosphate, TN and NH4^+-N. Three sodium chloride tracer studies were conducted, labeled as TS 1, TS2, and TS3, respectively. The mean hydraulic retention times (mean HRTs) were 31 h and 28 h for TSI and TS2, respectively, indicating the occurrence of a dead zone volume of 12% and 20% for TS 1 and TS2, respectively. TS 1 and TS2 displayed the occurrence of short-circuiting in the NiiMi system. The comparison results between TS1 and TS2 were further confirmed in the values obtained for some indicators, such as volumetric efficiency (e), short-circuiting (S), hydraulic efficiency (2) and number of continuously stirred tank reactors (N).  相似文献

选取同一品种黄芪,比较研究了不同产地的黄芪质量。黄芪多糖采用硫酸.苯酚法测定,总灰分、浸出物的含量按2005年《中国药典》一部附录方法测定。结果表明,不同产地的黄芪中浸出物、总灰分、多糖、微量元素含量不同,山东黄芪中浸出物、总灰分含量均为最高,山西道地产区黄芪中多糖含量高。山西黄芪中微量元素铁、锰、铜、锌含量明显高于其他产地黄芪。  相似文献

对光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus fasciatus)的合肉率和肌肉营养成分进行分析,结果表明光唇鱼的含肉率平均为59.59±2.81%,肌肉(新鲜)的水分含量77.69±1.02%,粗蛋白含量19.21±0.02%,粗脂肪含量0.54±0.05%,灰分1.01±0.03%;脂肪酸为12种,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)4种,不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)8种,其中单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)4种,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)4种;肌肉中含有17种氨基酸,总量为69.28%(干重百分比),7种人体必需氨基酸总量是28.98%,4种鲜味氨基酸含量为28.01%,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)是59.56:测得矿物元素8种。  相似文献

2006~2008年将多个烤烟品种(系)在昆明烟区4个生态点进行同田对比试验,针对不同产地烟叶的化学成分和评吸质量特性进行分析,分析结果表明:1.产地对烟叶化学成分和评吸质量起主导作用,同一产地烟叶年度间化学成分的变幅较小,不同产地烟叶的评吸质量呈现明显的梯度变化.2.评吸质量以烟叶总糖含量(质量分数)30.0%一35.0%,还原糖含量25.0%~28.0%的较好,而总糖含量20.0%~28.0%,还原糖含量17.0%~22.0%的略差.3.根据区域对品种的包容性和强选择性,烟叶质量以类似石林路美邑区域为一类优质烟区A亚区,嵩明杨桥区域为一类优质烟区B亚区,而类似西山厂口与禄劝翠华区域为二类优质烟区.建议在生态条件不足或娴叶质量欠缺的产地,可以采取合理选择种植品种及改善烟叶的烟碱、氧化钾和氯含量等配套栽培措施来彰显烟叶特色.  相似文献

以持水力、烹饪失水率及感官评分为指标,探讨复合蛋白酶(木瓜蛋白酶和菠萝蛋白酶)和谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TG)处理对鸭肉的嫩化效果,并通过L9(34)正交试验优化工艺条件.结果表明:复合蛋白酶和谷氨酰胺转氨酶液的酶活、处理温度、处理时间、pH值对鸭肉的持水力和烹饪失水率均有显著影响;复合蛋白酶的最佳嫩化条件为酶用量0.10 mg/mL(即木瓜蛋白酶用量90 U/mL和菠萝蛋白酶用量15 U/mL),作用温度30℃,作用时间40 min,pH 7.2,此条件下的持水力可达91.25%;在复合蛋白酶嫩化基础上,采用谷氨酰胺转氨酶作用的最优工艺条件为酶用量5 U/g原料,作用温度45℃,作用时间80 min,pH 6.5,此条件下的样品持水力达90.51%.  相似文献

The effects of different fatty acid (FA) contents in diet on serum parameters, FA compositions of eggs and meat, and liver morphological changes were studied in Shaoxing laying ducks. A total of 264 ducks at 17 weeks were fed a control diet or a diet containing 30 g/kg fish oil (FO), 25 g/kg sunflower oil (SO), or 30 g/kg palm oil with 20 g/kg beef tallow (PBO). Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the liver and the serum of ducks fed the PBO diet was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of ducks fed the other diets. Triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) levels were significantly lower (P<0.05) in ducks fed the FO diet. Serum TC also was lower in ducks fed the SO diet. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was also affected by diets. The contents of polyunsaturated FAs (PUFAs) in eggs and meat were significantly higher (P<0.001) in ducks fed the FO and SO diets than in ducks fed the control diet. The level of C22:6 (n-3) FA in ducks fed the FO diet was significantly higher than that in ducks fed the other diets. However, the conversion efficiency of the longer-chain C20:5 (n-3) FA was higher than that of C22:6 (n-3). Ducks fed the PBO diet exhibited lipid droplet accumulation in the liver. These results demonstrate that a diet enriched with different FAs has strong effects on serum lipid levels and the deposition of PUFAs into tissue lipids.  相似文献

通过测定壳聚糖澄清前后苹果酒主要成分含量的变化,研究壳聚糖对苹果酒的澄清作用。结果表明:壳聚糖处理后可溶性固形物没有变化,总糖、总酸度、有效酸度等都有不同程度的下降,且苹果酒内的菌数也有所下降。当壳聚糖用量达到0.004g/mL,温度在30℃,作用时间为24h时对苹果酒的澄清效果最好,壳聚糖的应用可以有效地提高苹果酒的澄清度,抑制苹果酒内的菌数,且壳聚糖对苹果酒的澄清作用效果明显优于明胶,说明壳聚糖是一种良好的苹果酒澄清剂。  相似文献

The changes of kernel nutritive components and seed vigor in F1 seeds of sh2 sweet corn during seed development stage were investigated and the relationships between them were analyzed by time series regression (TSR) analysis. The results show that total soluble sugar and reducing sugar contents gradually declined, while starch and soluble protein contents increased throughout the seed development stages. Germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index gradually increased along with seed development and reached the highest levels at 38 d aider pollination (DAP). The TSR showed that, during 14 to 42 DAP, total soluble sugar content was independent of the vigor parameters determined in present experiment, while the reducing sugar content had a significant effect on seed vigor. TSR equations between seed reducing sugar and seed vigor were also developed. There were negative correlations between the seed reducing sugar content and the germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index, respectively. It is suggested that the seed germination, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index could be predicted by the content of reducing sugar in sweet corn seeds during seed development stages.  相似文献
