质量是研究生教育的生命线,而研究生导师又是影响研究生教育质量的主要因素。针对目前研究生导师评价理论依据的缺乏,科学性和合理性有待提高的现状,试图将胜任特征理念引入研究生导师评价中。在文献研究和对研究生导师访谈和问卷调查的基础上,建立了5个维度、18个因素的研究生导师胜任特征模型。  相似文献

研究生培养机制改革的重点就是建立以科学研究为主导的导师负责制。研究生导师负责制中存在着各种委托代理关系。研究生导师负责制中复杂的委托代理关系是处理好高校、导师、学生三者之间关系的核心,并具有有别于其他委托代理关系的特殊性。这些特殊性是当代我国研究生教育中导师负责制存在问题产生的根本原因,也是指导研究生导师负责制实施的重要依据。根据委托代理理论实施研究生导师负责制,应该澄清委托代理角色定位,明确责权利,激励与约束相统一,转嫁代理风险,用委托人的权力约束代理人的权力,利用长期代理目标进行重复博弈,强化研究生导师声誉激励,正确考核研究生导师工作绩效,合理解决委托人的道德风险问题.加强研究生导师的竞争性。  相似文献

导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,担负思想政治教育的首要责任。提升研究生思想政治素质是导师立德树人职责的基本内容。在具体实践过程中,研究生导师思想政治教育的首要责任的落实面临共识难以形成与合力育人有效模式难以构建的双重挑战。为此,要在学校层面倡导研究生导师承担起"立德树人、教书育人"的根本使命,推动研究生导师将一切优势转化为思想政治教育优势,既要构建科学合理的研究生思想政治教育成效检验机制,鼓励导师积极承担研究生思想政治教育的首要责任;又要构建和谐的导学模式,不断完善研究生导师评价方式,把思想政治教育成效作为导师考核的重要指标之一。  相似文献

本文从遴选制度、评价制度、学术制度和教学制度四个方面对现代中外研究生导师制度进行了比较.在遴选制度上,我国具有特殊的导师遴选制度;在评价制度上,欧美国家的研究生导师评价制度已逐步成熟完善,而我国仍未建立相关评价制度;在学术制度和教学制度上,由于体制和文化的差异,既和欧美国家一脉相承,又有着特殊的本质上的不同.最后,通过对中外研究生导师制度的比较和总结,对我国研究生导师制度的发展提出几点建议.  相似文献

学习获得感是学生对学习获得的主观感知评价,学习获得是学生在学习过程中学习任务的完成程度和学习目标的达成情况。对研究生群体而言,学习获得与学习过程中个体的学习投入以及学校、导师提供的教育资源密切相关,即受到主观努力、导师指导和资源支持的影响。本研究通过对216名学术型硕士研究生进行问卷调查发现:研究生的学习获得总体处于中等水平,不同性别研究生的学习获得存在一定差异;导师指导、资源支持不充足是导致研究生学习获得水平普遍不高的主要原因;研究生主观努力程度对其学习获得水平的影响最大,主观努力水平越高,越能够更好地得到导师指导和利用学术资源,从而促进学习获得的提高。  相似文献

导师与研究生的关系因为双方身份的特殊性以及对研究生培养质量的深远影响而成为高等教育研究中一个重要领域.认为应该尝试构建一种合作伙伴关系,合作伙伴关系之所以可能,在于制度安排使然,共有合作基石,科研工作需要,符合现实伦理.建立合作伙伴关系的途径为:重构有关导师与研究生关系形象的知识谱系;选择适切的合作伙伴;形成合作的基点、共同愿景与约束机制;共享、参与和决策;交流、谅解与尊重;专业和价值的结伴成长.  相似文献

在外聘教师担任辅导教师的情况下,建立助理辅导教师制度有利于为学员提供更好的学习支持服务,有利于尽快建立适应试点工作的教师队伍;推行个别化学习模式,要把课内外教学看成一个整体,综合确定一个合理的计酬方法,切实落实激励政策;指导教师是个目标性、专业性很强的工作,应由本专业教师担任;开放教育更注重教学过程和学习方法,在知识和获取知识能力两方面更注重能力的培养。  相似文献

The aim of this Norwegian study is to get a deeper understanding of the assumptions for building third spaces in teacher education. Learning in different contexts may open for development of new knowledge in the third space through intersubjectivity based on confidence, respectful disagreement and a common aim. This is the backdrop for the current study where a group of mentors with and without mentor education are interviewed focusing on tutors’ competences and responsibilities. Findings show that mentors have an unclear understanding of who the tutors are. Experiences from teaching are essential for mentors’ understanding of tutors as respectful collaborators. Educated mentors value theoretical knowledge and research higher than non-educated. The conclusion is that tutors and mentors should have knowledge about and respect for each-others’ competence and responsibilities and that mentor education is a promising assumption for building third spaces and developing a pedagogy for teacher education.  相似文献

The provision of a professional development programme for distance tutors can be problematic because of the need for flexibility to cater for a variety of working practices, or to overcome the hurdles imposed by geographical remoteness. At the UK Open University, online networks are widely in use for teaching and learning, and we are actively exploring their potential for professional development. This paper describes the Supporting Open Learners in A Changing Environment project, which has piloted a reflective approach to professional development using a log to structure reflection, which is then shared with others in a computer conference. Our evaluation of tutors’ perspectives of the project indicated that all participants found the experience stimulating and helpful for identifying and sharing issues of student support, although some found the process unexpectedly time consuming. We believe there is considerable potential for such an approach to networked reflection among distance tutors, provided the issue of tutor time can be addressed.  相似文献

Peer assessment is a common form of shared learning in which students provide feedback on each others work. Peer assessment takes many forms; and involves students and tutors taking various roles at different stages of the process. This study explores the views and opinions of undergraduate students in relation to their perceptions and experiences of formative peer assessment introduced as a learning development opportunity for the first time. The study found that on the whole formative peer assessment was a positive experience in enhancing students learning and development. However, consideration needs to be taken to address individual learning styles, as a limited number of students found the process to be less useful. Consequently, when tutors are constructing peer assessment strategies they should be cognisant at the planning stage of the variety of learning styles that are evident in order to maximise the development opportunities this can bring to students.  相似文献

During 2001–2002 the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong undertook a large‐scale evaluation of the school–university partnership scheme. As part of this study, all mentors were asked how, if at all, the mentoring process had enhanced their own professional development. An open‐response questionnaire was administered with a selection of follow‐up interviews. About 70% of the mentors claimed that they had benefited professionally from mentoring. Here we analyse mentors' responses and from them propose four constructs that we suggest lead to professional development, namely: learning through self‐reflection, learning from student teachers, learning through mutual collaboration, and learning from university tutors. Of these, the first appears to be the most significant.  相似文献

Abstract

The recent curriculum changes in the South African education system have necessitated the development of large scale in-service training programmes for teachers. For some teacher training providers this has resulted in utilizing the services of tutors or facilitators from the various regions to deliver the programme. This article examines the role of the part-time tutors in one such programme (designed to upgrade and retrain Mathematical Literacy (ML) teachers in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)). The purpose of this qualitative case study was to elicit the tutors' perceptions of the learning offer in the various modules and their reflections about the ways in which their participation in the programme enhanced their professional development. The sample comprised 10 out of a total of 25 tutors. Data was generated from the tutors' detailed reflections as documented in response to questions in an open form questionnaire. The participants reported on specific areas of growth in their professional development, including a deepening of their mathematics content knowledge and pedagogic content knowledge. They were also able to provide detailed recommendations for improving the learning offer. The article concludes by calling for increased involvement by tutors in the development and implementation of these large scale teacher development programmes.  相似文献

辅导员是大学生健康成长的导师和引路人,更是高校德育和大学生思想政治工作的生力军。然而,现阶段辅导员工作仍存在诸多不尽如人意之处,具体表现在:师生人数比差距过大,工作重心偏移;激励机制不明显,考核标准不科学;晋级晋职有困难,培训机制不完善等等。通过问卷调查的方法,研究了广东省高校辅导员的工作现状,在此基础上提出了准确定位辅导员工作,建立科学的考核机制与评价体系;健全奖惩制度,完善激励机制;提高辅导员工作待遇,关心辅导员的个人成长等加强高校辅导员队伍建设建议。  相似文献
