手写数字识别是手写字符识别的一个重要分支,单个数字识别技术已经比较成熟,而手写数字串的切分与识别则成为了该领域的一个难点。本文针对手写数字串的切分和识别设计了一种实验模型,该实验模型针对手写数字串的过度切分以及不足切分的特殊情况设置基于支持向量机的检测器进行再次识别确认,实验证明,使用基于支持向量机的检测器大大的减少了因为错误切分而带来的识别率的下降。  相似文献

乳制品纸包装上的生产批号在喷码过程中由于各种原因部分字符出现粘连或缺失,影响字符的自动化识别。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于改进的CNN喷码式不规则字符识别与提取方法。首先,利用yolov3算法对生产日期区域进行提取;其次,对图像进行预处理;再次,通过一种基于字宽的分割算法结合投影法,利用相邻字符间的像素差异实现对粘连字符的分割;最后,对分割后的单个字符利用改进的CNN进行多标签分类训练得到模型。实验结果表明,改进后的模型对粘连字符和半或残缺字符的识别准确率分别为97.89%和96.71%,相较于模板匹配法、传统的LeNet-5模型、fast R-CNN+NMS模型和yolov3+K-means算法都有所提高。基于该方法设计的字符识别系统,提高了生产日期的在线识别准确率。  相似文献

本文通过浅述《曹植庙碑》的形制与内容、笔法与结构以及碑刻中同字、同时代不同碑刻的比较,遵循出土碑刻和史料结合的"双重证据法"的考证原则,结合所学专业知识及实践基础,在北朝与隋唐之间,寻觅楷书由率意、洒脱的魏碑书风向大唐"尚法"书风演变的轨迹。通过《曹植庙碑》的个案研究,初步了解该碑继承北朝遗意,书体杂楷、隶、篆三体的历史原因及审美价值。  相似文献

The paper studies a technique of container image ID recognition. In the image preprocessing phase, thresholdiong based on histogram and adaptive thresholding is used. In the character segmentation phase, a labeling method is used, which is based on connected region, location of character block, location of character line recovery of absent and fragmented characters. In the recognition phase, adaptive template match and multiple image results synthesis are used. A high recognition rate is obtained.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of Arabic vowels and Arabic context on reading accuracy of poor and skilled native Arabic readers reading narrative stories and newspaper articles. Central to this study is the belief that reading theory today should consider additional variables, especially when explaining the reading process in Arabic orthography among poor and skilled readers. This orthography has not been studied: reading theory today is the sum of conclusions from studies conducted in Latin orthography. The subjects were 109 tenth-grade native Arabic speakers, 39 of them poor readers and 70 skilled readers. Subjects had to read Arabic narrative stories and newspaper articles. There were four reading conditions for each text type: vowelized text, unvowelized text, vowelized word naming, and unvowelized word naming. The results showed that vowels and contexts were important variables to facilitate word recognition in poor and skilled readers in Arabic orthography. A new Arabic reading model for skilled readers is suggested.  相似文献

Each Chinese character is a two dimensional logograph and if character writing is seen as drawing a diagram, then there is no obvious correct sequence in the writing process. However, over the ages and to this day, Chinese children have been taught the proper stroke sequence for forming the characters based on some calligraphic rules when they begin to learn to write in Chinese. The rationale for the teaching of stroke sequence has traditionally been argued on the basis of facilitating better calligraphy and as a memory aid for the exact reproduction of the correct form of the character. This paper reports on a study that tries to determine how far young children can master the correct stroke sequences in writing and the common kinds of errors children made. It further explores the importance of and the possible educational implications for the teaching of stroke sequences in the teaching of handwriting based on the empirical results.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology for off-line handwritten Chinese character recognition based on mergence of consecutive segments of adaptive duration. The handwritten Chinese character string is partitioned into a sequence of consecutive segments,which are combined to implement dissimilarity evaluation within a sliding window whose durations are determined adaptively by the integration of shapes and context of evaluations. The average stroke width is estimated for the handwritten Chinese character string,and a set of candidate character segmentation boundaries is found by using the integration of pixel and stroke features. The final decisions on segmentation and recognition are made under minimal arithmetical mean dissimilarities. Experiments proved that the proposed approach of adaptive duration outperforms the method of fixed duration,and is very effective for the recognition of overlapped,broken,touched,loosely configured Chinese characters.  相似文献

Dyslexia is one of the most common learning disabilities. It is described as a disorder manifested by difficulty in learning to read despite conventional instruction, adequate intelligence, and sociocultural opportunity. It affects relatively about 7–10 % of the population across most languages and cultures. In this study, we explore the potential benefits offered by the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support dyslexic students by considering their preferred learning styles. In the current paper we administered the VAK and Honey & Mumford questionnaires to 28 Arabic students with ages between 8 and 10 years old. 8 students from dyslexic group and 20 students from control group were selected to assess and compare their preferred learning style. The implemented system focuses on dyslexia in Arabic language, especially in Arabic countries such as Morocco. Based on the results of the analysis of learning styles differences, we introduced an adaptive mobile learning to support and promote learning for dyslexic students. The aim of the study is to consider the relationship between dyslexia and learning style and to suggest a different learning way. Preliminary results show that the ICT has a valuable role in providing opportunities for learners with dyslexia to participate more fully in education.  相似文献

Traditional methods of license character extraction cannot meet the requirements of recognition accuracy and speed rendered by the video vehicular detection system. Therefore, a license plate localization method based on multi-scale edge detection and a character segmentation algorithm based on Markov random field model is presented. Results of experiments demonstrate that the method yields more accurate license character extraction in contrast to traditional localization method based on edge detection by difference operator and character segmentation based on threshold. The accuracy increases from 90% to 94% under preferable illumination, while under poor condition, it increases more than 5%. When the two improved algorithms are used, the accuracy and speed of automatic license recognition meet the system's requirement even under the noisy circumstance or uneven illumination.  相似文献
